Can openers, should have received 4 plus 4 colanders, received 2 can openers and 6 colanders?
After 45 mins on the phone and going from customer service all the way to management, finally got agreement that they would send out the extra 2 can openers, to fulfill the original order. We will wait and see if they arrive, if not it's a job for Fair Go.

I bought 2 fish seekers from your page $2000 doll...

I bought 2 fish seekers from your page $2000 dollars worth. Assembled it word by word as per instructions manual. Water got inside the hull and over a short period of time internal mechanism started rusting ceasing motor. I was blamed for this. They said user error. After a lot of to and froing they replaced the 2 units I rec5at a cost of $580 New units took in water but in the meantime they took $333.36 from my account. I rang them and reached their call centre India. A lot was lost in translation. Next to useless customer service. No consideration for the money they removed but almost impossible to get a N Z contact. After some heated discussion finally got an address in Auckland nz. Dont buy these units

Have paid for a Split super king bed worth $6500 3 months ago. Have called the Tv shop to get it delivered on the 18th of Dec 2018 to my newly built property but they never did. Have called again on the 20 asking where my bed is and got told that i will be receiving a call within 48hrs and never did. Called again on the 28th to ask about my order and got a reply back saying we wont be able to deliver it after the 7th january 2019 because couriers are close till then. So rang again today to confirm when the actual delivery is because im getting really frustrated and got told by their call centre that again i will be receiving a call within 48hrs. My wife and I have spent our xmas and new years sleeping on the floor. Thank you brand developers for taking our money and making us sleep on the floor and for constantly screwing us over. Very very bad service. You just lost a customer, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER! GOING TO SHOP WITH YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN!

Poor customer service when it comes to trying to return product before 30 day trial.tried contacting to gain rma number only to be forwarded to an answering machine with no voice message.Managed to get through to them only to be told someone would call me back still waiting.only thing is money has come out of my bank due to 30 days being up.
Shocking scam tactics make it easy easy to purchase the trial and hard to get anyone to return the product before trial period.
I still want my money back.

It s obvious that your company operates on the misfortune of weak consumers in a demographic that are unlikely to be perisitant enough in successfully initialising and executing your strict refund policy within the allotted time. Your poor lack of customer service reflects this statistic and justifies the attrocious feed back your company has received here on Google Business reviews. Even worse your 2 for one sales tactic thru inflated excessive P&H (post & handling) more that covers the cost of each unit and the some. TV shop should be put out of business. Buyers Beware

OMG where do I start not only where they rude over the phone and email to me they sent me the wrong product charged me 250 for shipping and I had to ship the product (total gym) back to there VIC warehouse at my own expense it only cost me $95 to ship back that is a big price Mark up at the consumer cost I will never go through brand developers again

I had to give a 1 star rating to be able to post this but really didnt want to give any as this company is the worst to buy from. Misleading information into the product I purchased paid $500 for the shark light weight vacuum It wont pick up anything of hard floors throws everything around had no attachments to get into corners or edges blocks up constantly even after emptying it. Its hard work and now I have to purchase another vacuum. I got no joy out of management they didnt care at all. I feel completely ripped of and mislead. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM you will be disappointed!!!

I have a mini max in July 2017 and this is just a start. The product mini max could hold charge and I wrote an email explaining what was happening and asked for a replacement. I was told that they couldn t replace because product was faulty so they sent me all the necessary documents to return which i did for a
refund and rang them on the 0800 number mentioning the product was returned which they acknowledged so asked me to email my bank account details which I did but it s over 4 to 5 months now I haven t received my refund. I rang them so many times and people at the customer service tells me that someone will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours but no body does. I am disgruntle because they haven t refunded me when they asked me to return the product for refund but I asked them to replace the product which brands developers said they couldn t. I am really disappointed on they are handling this so far. I will never deal with this company ever again.!

Everyone beware if your looking to buy a fish harvester dont waste your time with the TV shop they are over priced. Buy the same thing from miter 10 for $1800 including the beach buggy yea that's right $1800 forget the TV shop price of $2800 which is their 50 per cent discount price.

It takes 60 seconds to give a customer a RMA number and set up a return ... this company takes 1 week and told me they would ring me back, that was a lie .. its clear and obvious they do not want the product back even after owning it for less then a week

Good luck if you buy something and its not faulty because if it is you can not get answer back now I want m money back CUSTOMERS BE WARNED thinking my next phone call will be to consumer affairs

The customer service number line can be the worst they talk to you like you are a child, they argue with you when you know your right, they back chat, talk over you and certainly don't listen. WELL DONE TV SHOP train and employ people that do listen and care. WARNING when purchasing from these guys be sure to keep your receipt for the exact time it is covered under warranty for or lose it.

Very dodgy dealing with this people... very unprofessional. Found out that they had accessed my account for money when I had not purchase anything from them for year's.
They are really rude especially if you are looking for a refund.
When you're talking to someone you can hear chickens in the background which makes it even more scetchy.

Absolutely disgusting service. Returned my powerfits within trial period and have been mucked around so much for my refund. They told me I didn't have to return shake. I am waiting for my refund and they said there us a good up because they don't have the shake. I told them that I was told I didn't have to so they are requesting to listen to the recording of the call for proof. They still haven't done this and keep saying I will get a call back from the supervisor within 24-48 hours (which I never get). Absolutely shocking service. No one to talk to in management and i dont know when im ever going to get my $1000 refund!! I have rung consumers institute. Something needs to be done about this very bad service!!

I had to give one star to write this otherwise there would be no star. I purchased a pain erazor and it's not doing a thing. Rang last Friday to get a RMA number and was told I'd have one within 48 hours. I rang again today as I haven't heard from them and the person on the phone was very abrupt and rude and ended up hanging up on me while I was speaking. I've sent emails so have some proof that all this before the trail free period is up. Never deal with them again.

The best of both worlds. Not only TV shop has amazing products that are worth buying but it also has a great environment to work and learn. The sales floor is just like you are on the wall street. With good incentives and commission, TV shop has helped its employees to buy their own homes and business. Working here is what I call Living the American Dream.

First response telephone operators very good. They are polite and helpful and I would find it hard to believe that any of the ones I have spoken to would be responsible for what I would describe as possibly tbe worst customer service experience I have had. In fact I have had absolutely no customer service whatsoever so far, in spite of having phoned four times, left messages and also emailed the support line and requested a call back. Although I keep being assured that someone will get back to me, it is now 3 days of messages etc., and I am still waiting to even talk to someone in customer services let alone actually assist me.

I have purchased many $$$$$ worth of products with Branddevolopers over a long time . My first experience of needing to return a product has left me discussed with the service provided . Was initially advised someone would call back within 2. - 3 hours ( Didn't happen ) Rung back again requesting RMA & was told I am at front of queue & someone would be in touch within next 48 hrs !!! Have always had someone call back within time given when wanting to purchase !!!! Would suggest you are very sure about your purchase before buying from them. My purchase also cost around $45 for handling & shipping which is not refundable as well as my cost to return product !!! Seperate cost for each item sent but all in 1 package .

Okay where to start?? I, in line with another customers review on this site I have had nothing but the run around. This is not targeting some of the lovely telephone people but more the system and how it is operated. Of course if you work there you are going to like it Mr Choudhry, but try being a customer!!!. If you are returning goods with a fault expect to get fobbed off or put on hold for an eternity whilst they deal with buyers. I have made numerous phone calls and finally have sent the goods back for a replacement due to a malfunction. I love the product but I think Customer Service needs a big wake up call in as far as returns and replacements go. They are obviously paid per sale made rather than hourly because I waited on the phone for an eternity and when I finally got an answer the person said, sorry Monday is our busiest day we will call you back tomorrow, which they didn't surprise, surprise. I wonder if Fair Go has ever looked into it. They have covered their bases legally but the customer definitely comes last when returning or replacing goods.

Poor. My daughter ordered a adjustable bed on 14 April 2018 and cancel the order on the 16th April 2018 , She thought it is already okay. Suddenly 18th of April they deduct the initial payment of $1,211.99 in her account but the agreed date to be deducting the initial payment was supposed to be 21st of April 2018, if she will push thru with the order. She haven't got to see the product as they were telling my daughter that, after they deduct on the 21st April they will deliver the product. She was shocked that suddenly they deducted the money in her account earlier and should not be because it was cancelled.When she called the customer service , they told her they didn't deduct but where is the money in her account? plus they are blaming the bank that it is just a hold from the bank. Until now they did not credit back the account. The customer service named KHUMBUM is so rude and keeps on telling my daughter that my daughter can't understand . as He is the one who cannot understand , he can't even handle the situation and speak proper English. He is also the person whom he cancelled the order. He even hangs up my daughter. This should be escalated to the media and public. As a mum, I feel sorry for my daughter , the money they got is supposed to be for something else. Plus I asked the bank of my daughter , they are holding anything , directly it is credited to the Bank account of Brand developers. This company should be reported.

Until now there is no action on this . this is ridiculous. Please put back the money on the account, the order has been cancelled before you deducted on our account and the ANZ said that until now they haven't got any fax from you. Maybe it is the job of Fair go now to contact you!

Don't do it!!!! paid for a Kool Grill Cooker VERSION 2 with Domed lid and received a obviously returned Kool Grill with built in rust, and fatty deposits, DEFINITELY not new. This was a special present from my wife for Christmas and she is heartbroken. We could have got the Kool Grill in Australia for $95 and it wouldn't have been second hand. She has already been onto the company. 21/12 Rang and negotiated a discount to keep the current one. We accepted, pulled it out of the box, and it is missing the battery springs! They "will ring us back" Will be ringing Consumer Affairs today. GRRR UPDATE: Just spoke to an AMAZING Customer Service Person, I'll call her "Christmas Carol". For the first time, someone in the Company cared. Just hoping the promise stands. Will update.

Nutri Infusion 700 is absolutely rubbish. On my second machine and the second unit is starting to leak liquid from the blades between the bearings only after a few months of owning it. It only gets rinsed under fresh tap water and never place in a dishwasher. I contacted Brand Developers only to be told the following:

Great outcome Thank you.
Just a real shame it took this review and many emails and phone calls to get anywhere. Goes to show if you don't put up a fight you get shunned

Absolutely Disgusted with this company. Bought 2x mini heaters thinking of my 5 week old baby needing extra warmth. Upon receiving the goods, plugging one of them in to try, it sparked. In no way now do I want this in my house with my newborn baby. Rang to get a resolution, best they came up with was a replacement.
After my experience with it sparking like it did, in no way do I want a replacement. I then emailed them. Refused a refund again. Wow clearly safety is not a concern of your company.
Absolutely mind blowing what kind of so called business are you running?

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Called them to ask to return products and they said I had to Email through request. Did that. 2 days later no response. then it was 2 days over the return date. Emailed again.. . money came out of account and they said I had gone over the notice of return (even thought emailed them before). Then sent me more product and charged for it. I asked them to stop payment and for someone to contact me. Emails I got were computer generated and open and closing order and soooo confusing. still nearly 2 month in... no call from reps... no refund and still not allowed to send back. Please.. . do not deal with these guys... great at charging you and extra charges but won't call you and discuss! They are worse company have dealt with ever! Even wish , Top hat and Ali express will help you. now prefer them! Screw these guys!

Just tried to order a product for my mother. They have made it so incredibly difficult! If it wasn't that it was for someone else no way would I deal with this company. Was given an extension to call back to and then when I rung they said they couldn't put me through. It shouldn't be this hard people!
