I have a mini max in July 2017 and this is just a start. The product mini max could hold charge and I wrote an email explaining what was happening and asked for a replacement. I was told that they couldn t replace because product was faulty so they sent me all the necessary documents to return which i did for a
refund and rang them on the 0800 number mentioning the product was returned which they acknowledged so asked me to email my bank account details which I did but it s over 4 to 5 months now I haven t received my refund. I rang them so many times and people at the customer service tells me that someone will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours but no body does. I am disgruntle because they haven t refunded me when they asked me to return the product for refund but I asked them to replace the product which brands developers said they couldn t. I am really disappointed on they are handling this so far. I will never deal with this company ever again.!
