Monday through Thursday, four-day at ten hours a day work schedule. Great people, clear values, quality products, competitive pay, esp. for night shift ($15/hour). They pay for college completely if it relates to this company. It tries to make products cheaper (while maintaining or increasing quality) for the customer (John Deere). Music is allowed, the tech is great, the break rooms are nice, the scenery outside is nice. This is a fantastic company, and it's a joy to work here.
