Poor. My daughter ordered a adjustable bed on 14 A...

Poor. My daughter ordered a adjustable bed on 14 April 2018 and cancel the order on the 16th April 2018 , She thought it is already okay. Suddenly 18th of April they deduct the initial payment of $1,211.99 in her account but the agreed date to be deducting the initial payment was supposed to be 21st of April 2018, if she will push thru with the order. She haven't got to see the product as they were telling my daughter that, after they deduct on the 21st April they will deliver the product. She was shocked that suddenly they deducted the money in her account earlier and should not be because it was cancelled.When she called the customer service , they told her they didn't deduct but where is the money in her account? plus they are blaming the bank that it is just a hold from the bank. Until now they did not credit back the account. The customer service named KHUMBUM is so rude and keeps on telling my daughter that my daughter can't understand . as He is the one who cannot understand , he can't even handle the situation and speak proper English. He is also the person whom he cancelled the order. He even hangs up my daughter. This should be escalated to the media and public. As a mum, I feel sorry for my daughter , the money they got is supposed to be for something else. Plus I asked the bank of my daughter , they are holding anything , directly it is credited to the Bank account of Brand developers. This company should be reported.

Until now there is no action on this . this is ridiculous. Please put back the money on the account, the order has been cancelled before you deducted on our account and the ANZ said that until now they haven't got any fax from you. Maybe it is the job of Fair go now to contact you!
