Explain things so that I completely understood the work being done for the cost. Very friendly. Took care of the recall on the vehicle.

The experience was not very friendly, I felt the total out the door price was high by $2,000. The sales people told me over and over how this was the best they could do and could probably knock a few hundred off but no more...I did not believe them because I spent some time researching prices before I went, so I left and went to another dealership selling the same model car with less miles for the price I wanted.

The next day the sales department called and asked if I was still interested in the car...I told them I bought the same model car at another dealership...his response was, "Too BAD! We would of lowered it by $2,000." in a very condescending voice...like I had missed out on a great deal...when he could of just had a sale that day instead of trying to over sell me.

I'm glad my experience was bad at this dealership in a way because I found a better deal at another dealership.

Any consumer willing to spend 30min on the Internet researching prices on the cars will see that they are over priced CHECK THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS, APPARENTLY THIS IS A HABIT, but apparently their tactics are working cause their sales guy bragged about how many cars he sells monthly...I'm assuming to unaware consumers. Do your research before going to this dealership or you ll just be another one of their numbers they get to brag about over selling.

Derek and Mike in the Service Department are awesome! The service was great and quick. They made future recommendations. Not pushy like other dealerships.

Our service adviser of choice, Glenn Decker, is always helpful and explains everything clearly so we understand exactly what is going to be done. I've never had a bad experience at Braman's service center.

On July 16 I took my car to Brahman Honda concerning a flat battery. I was greeted by Valerie Chrystal, who took my details and organized an inspection. She updated me while I was in the waiting room, explaining that the techs were going to do a Multi-Point inspection, and she gave me an approximate completion time. When the work was finished, Valerie went through the work-sheet with me to explain what had been done. I ve been a Brahman Honda customer for eleven years and I ve always found the staff to be knowledgeable and efficient. I give Valerie Chrystal five stars.

So I took my car in as instructed by Lindon when it reaches 15%. I know at some places and dealership they are quite reluctant in giving anyway anything free. So I went directly to Lindon. Lindon took me through he whole process and I paid zero as promised. Thank you for a great experience.

If I could give a zero I would . I went to Braham with my husband to buy a new car , initially we were looking for a used car then the next day we went back and decided to buy a new Car.We were given a quote from another dealership which was further away and we told our sales person and the manager if they could match that deal we would take the car . After 5 hours of explaining what we want and what price we were looking to pay, they were very pushy and wanted us to sign the paper the same night .I had my two year old daughter with us and we were very tired and after we agreed on the price we wanted I signed the papers . We added extra things to the deal like extra warranty and maintenace for the vehicle I signed the papers and I was very happy. When we went home this was 10:30 in the eveing. When we got time to look over the paper work and calculater our monthly payment with the interest rate and our down payment of $8000 we realised something was wrong . The sales person and the managers tricked us into signing the papers with the wrong price. We told them we were tired and wanted to come back the next day to finish up the deal but the manager insisted and told us that if we didnt make the deal that night he will not do it any other time . I feel we taken advantage of and manipulated to sign papers that didnt add up. What we verbally agreed upon and what was on paper was $4000 over . When I went back the manager he did not want to help and insisted that was the price we agreed upon. If I could go back and in time I would not have bought the care and go to the dealer who offered us the cheaper price . I feel like we were cheated . I would not recommend anyone to use this dealship because they put on a good face with nothing else behind it . I feel totally betrayed. I initially thougt they were nice people buy but they are nothing but fakes who totally took advantage of the fact that we we tired and had the baby with us . I FEEL LIKE WE WERE SCAMMED!!!!

Valerie at Honda in Greenacres is a delight to work with! She s on top of her customer s requests & always keeps them updated. I brought my 2012 Civic in the beginning of October for the warranty extension on the paint issues & within a couple hours, I knew what Honda approved & with Valerie and the body shop being so awesome to work with, I got my car scheduled for the work the next week! I m so happy with the paint job from Quality Auto Body Shop & would recommend anyone bringing their vehicle there for a well done job!!

Excellent customer service. The guys there was honest and I can tell reliable. The service took me about an hour for oil and oil filter. Very good experience.

I only take my car to Braman Honda for service and to Bernardo, my service rep. He is always friendly and efficient and gets me in and out on time.

Service Manager Mr Ortega was spot on with his word. Chuck, apparently 2nd in command, and also extremely pleasant, honest, also A1, and BTW could manage any dealership's service dept.
NOW I'll recommend the dealership altho the finance man did pull a fast one on me finalizing my purchase. . ...which of course, was my fault allowing that to happen. We all make mistakes. However, he did not & Honda Finance refused to correct it. I still got a great deal and Bill got a bigger commision pulling his fast one. Retrospectivly.....great acting !

In this day when finding a good deal and more importantly a great dealership is rare these days it seems. Recently I was shopping for a CRV with specific exterior/interior colors. Give the situation of social distancing and trying to do a transaction remotely (I am in GA buying a vehicle for a relative in south florida) seemed a bit daunting. I shopped at 5 different dealerships, all with varying degrees of personalities and many attempts to get me in the showroom even after explaining that he transaction would have to be negotiated and completed 100% remotely.

My Sales rep: Yoana Leon and eventually the Finance manager: Juan Montalvo completely blew my mind as it relates to an extremely painless process of selecting a vehicle that matched my requirements but more importantly arrived at a price that was amicable.

Within a few texts with Yoana, we had a deal and by that same evening, I completed the financial aspects with Juan who quite frankly shocked me with little to no pressure on buying the or that warranty.

Historically speaking, its the financial guys I worry about. There are so many warranties, insurances, etc that some will try to sell you. Not these guys. I really appreciate their commitment to making the entire car buying process as painless and as comfortable as it was.

At no point did i feel like they were pressuring me as other dealerships were trying to do.

No games, no BS, just straight up great service!

If you are in the market to buy a car, try these guys out. You wont be disappointed!

Everyone I've Encountered At Honda Is Great But Raphael Is Thee Absolute Best! Very Personable, Helpful & Knowledgeable. He's Genuinely Concerned With Making Sure My Honda Is Running Perfectly But Never Comes Off Like He's Just Trying To Sell Me On Something, I Couldn't Ask For More.

Excellent service. Just two complaints-
1) the service fellow promised to give me a list of all the future maintenance and he did not include it with my paper work. I didn't have time to ask him for it again.
2) After they serviced my car they parked behind another car and I had to wait until they unblocked my path.

Other than that they were fast and courteous!

Gonzalo did everything in his power to help us get the car we were looking for at a rate we can afford. We thank him and the staff for the great service they offered us.

I purchased a car a few months ago from Braham for my son. Purchasing a car can be a Stressful process. Upon speaking to numerous salesmen over the phone and through text messages, I was extremely Fortunate to have been contacted by Mario Henriquez. I provided him with exact details of what I was looking for and he provided me with a quote which was felt was reasonably Fair . That weekend I drove from Weston and my son from Orlando to Brahman. Within a few hours, my son drove off in his brand new Honda Accord Sports car. Mario is not your Typical car salesman, one who just wants to sell you a car. He was respectful, personable, and most of all Honest as there were NO surprises when I arrived at the dealership. Last month realizing I too needed a new car, I immediately contacted Mario informing him I was looking for a new/used 2018 minivan car. Upon a couple of conversations knowing I was going to pay in cash, he suggested that I consider purchasing a 2019 and take advantage of the .09% Honda financing. Even though would be paying more than I would for a 2018, this option was more advantageous. Keep my money and finance for pennies. Now that s a true representation of Excellent Customer Service, providing your customer with the best possible options. I also had a pleasant experience with the finance manager, Alfonso Murcia. He too was respectful, personable and provided me with excellent customer service. He provided me with several extended warrantee options and helped me choose the right one based on my personal needs. Please note I usually don t buy the extended warrantees. Driving off in my new Honda odyssey EX-L was a Breeze , in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. It s been a True pleasure working with both Mario and Alfonso. Manny, my sales person was great! He wasn't pushy and spent all the time I needed, They also have insurance agents there who reps all the companies and will switch your insurance for you with your company. Great prices too!

They tell you the price you agreed on when you are with them but they charge immediately you left to a higher price they cheat I don t like the way do business they are liers

This is my second time buying a vehicle from here in the last 7 months. Carlos Moreno was my sales rep both times. He made the whole buying process stress-free. My family needed a replacement vehicle that was both reliable and reasonably priced. We were thinking about the Honda Pilot so we went to Braman to see their selection of Certified Pre Owned vehicles.

We met with Walid and he was the most kind and friendly car salesman I ve even encountered. He wasn t pushy or anything like that. He came across and genuinely interested in what our needs and wants were.

We saw a few of the Pilots and I met the Used Car finance guys, MJ and Bisam. I knew what our budget was but didn t feel like signing that night.

We recessed for the evening and decided to meet back in the morning so I can sleep on the choices we were given. The next day we came back and we saw that one of our choices was sold that night.
We looked at the remaining Pilots but we didn t want to pay more for the Touring version and the EX-L they had wasn t as appealing in the daylight.

We looked over their inventory and found they had a used Pilot EX-L that hadn t been through the Certifed process as yet. They brought it out front and we took it for a decent test drive. My wife and I both liked it. It was in great shape and the CPO process will bring with it a Honda Factory warranty plus additional Honda Care warranty if we chose it.

After sitting with MJ we got the bottom line out-the-door price and was satisfied. He set us up with a bumper-to-bumper Honda Care warranty for the next 5 years and we are now the proud owners of a Cerified PreOwned 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L.

I want to thank Walid, MJ, & Bisam for all their help and bringing a sense of peace to my family with their product.

Cexso and Om are amazing. This is my first car. I m not one to be excited for a lot, but they really made my experience great. I really am loving my first car. Today hasn t been great, but I m thankful for the service I ve received. As someone who s never had much experience in the necessary information, Om helped me greatly to get my car and was flexible with how I ll be able to afford it. My parents got a new car as well, 2 cars in a day. It was something great for us to have. Cexso is very nice and attentive. He helped greatly with making sure we liked what we saw and that everything was explained to us.

I was skeptical, but I ended up having the best car buying experience here. I worked with Jhon Vargas in the internet sales department. I negotiated a price before I went to the dealership;they were able to beat Delray Honda s lowest price! When I arrived, he was preparing my new 2018 for pick up. They accepted the price we agreed to over the phone and no games were played. I recommend this place if you already have a check from the bank. Jhon was patient and helpful. I would buy a car here again!

By far ... the best experience I have had while purchasing something... ever. Yes of course the process is time consuming and long when getting a new car... but when you re in the presence of such plesant employees all around, the time you spend isnt so bad. Due to a series of unfortunate events and my bad luck with cars, I have spent a good amount of time in this location over the past 2 months and I do not have one complaint about it. Last week I decided to get my first brand new car and I never thought it would be so easy. Pedro Rodas was the consultant who helped me thru the process with an amount of patience and professionalism I think not many sales man have. If you're looking for a new car this's the place you should go and this's the sales man you should talk to, fast, reliable, and cheap prices.

I called to get my exploding, potentially lethal airbags replaced. I called twice. Each time I called I was told to leave a message and they would call me back. I got no call backs either time.
I called Delray Honda, someone answered right away, and made my service appointment.
I dealt with Braman once before to get a new key. When I called to make the appointment, they checked that the part was in stock. It was. When I got there for the appointment, there was no part available.
I will never go to Braman again, even though it is closest to me.

These guys treated me like family. They gave me clear instructions and details about the cars in my budget and professionally advised me towards my next great purchase. Gonzalo was with me every step of the way and was willing to push for every one of my requirements, and I had a lot. Thank you!

We came into Honda Service Greenacers Location last week, worried because our honda CR-V was having issues. From the first moment we drove up, we were greeted by a very helpful service associate Rosemary. Rosemary assisted us from that moment until my car was fixed and ready to go.
