Graydon delivers nothing! Lost more than 400 euros and they only sent 2 letters for that money with zero success. Never again. Better find a lawyer than you will get your money much faster. Graydon is just a waste of money. The next step is to go to court, so save that money better because you end up with a lawyer for the first letters much cheaper and you are 3 steps further than with Graydon! Graydon is not customer-focused and received little input from Graydon. More than disappointing. In addition, they have calculated too much on their final declaration and I also had to go after it to check everything and have it corrected. Absolutely not recommended.

It has proved very valuable to be able to request unlimited creditworthiness information from both new and existing customers. At first I was a bit skeptical because the costs seemed quite high to me. Since I use this service regularly, it has already saved me from a few financial mistakes. Very satisfied, definitely recommended!

They're bastards. Publish and resell unsolicited company and personal data.

Request and process unsolicited data, they disclose the data. They can request this information from the Chamber of Commerce, and the Chamber of Commerce is legally obliged to provide this information to them.

Publish company data from the Chamber of Commerce. Can't help it according to others who have been through the same thing. From this principle-> this cannot be a good company.

Credit information provided by Graydon is incorrect. Graydon indicates that that information is being purchased and that they cannot check whether that information is correct. That is why we have canceled our subscription. No value for money.

A moderate company, with outdated back-end and presentation of the data and very pricey. Pay attention that you are not suddenly stuck for 3 years. You don't get rid of them easily.

Never again!
We have engaged Graydon to collect an invoice for someone who is staying abroad.
Their salesman talked about a one-off amount of 125 euros and we are insured for collection throughout the year. After we paid that, they still asked 125 euros extra for abroad, namely Bulgaria. We did it because they assured us that we will get our money back. The invoice amount was 3200 euros so well worth it.
A few months later we are told that unfortunately they could not do anything and we still had to close 60 euros. Really ridiculous!

Graydon have the smooth sellers who lie and do not come to their appointment at all.

Watch out before you turn them on!

A dodgy company with little value to the world.

In my experience a dog-cruel company: Have given 'negative' advice without permission on the creditworthiness of a company known to me, based on zero, comma, zero, information. In addition, the information they have is 10 years old, incorrect and / or incomplete. How they get that information is also a mystery. This is because NO permission has also been given. Especially not to distribute this information publicly. In effect, they discredit the company in question based on false assumptions.

Instead of an excuse, they now demand more information otherwise they continue with these practices.

What a cheeky company this is. Simply without any permission or cooperation from my company. Throw my data online. And to get in touch with them you just have to call the customer number they will answer within a few seconds. Otherwise you have nobody after 15 minutes. And then also 4 weeks of processing time. To delete my data.

Watch out with Graydon credit check contracts. They send someone along who says that everything costs 400 euros and you x number of credit checks in a year. Turns out he made 1200 of it. Beware don't sign contracts with Graydon they earn if you go bankrupt.
