In this day when finding a good deal and more importantly a great dealership is rare these days it seems. Recently I was shopping for a CRV with specific exterior/interior colors. Give the situation of social distancing and trying to do a transaction remotely (I am in GA buying a vehicle for a relative in south florida) seemed a bit daunting. I shopped at 5 different dealerships, all with varying degrees of personalities and many attempts to get me in the showroom even after explaining that he transaction would have to be negotiated and completed 100% remotely.
My Sales rep: Yoana Leon and eventually the Finance manager: Juan Montalvo completely blew my mind as it relates to an extremely painless process of selecting a vehicle that matched my requirements but more importantly arrived at a price that was amicable.
Within a few texts with Yoana, we had a deal and by that same evening, I completed the financial aspects with Juan who quite frankly shocked me with little to no pressure on buying the or that warranty.
Historically speaking, its the financial guys I worry about. There are so many warranties, insurances, etc that some will try to sell you. Not these guys. I really appreciate their commitment to making the entire car buying process as painless and as comfortable as it was.
At no point did i feel like they were pressuring me as other dealerships were trying to do.
No games, no BS, just straight up great service!
