I purchased a car a few months ago from Braham for my son. Purchasing a car can be a Stressful process. Upon speaking to numerous salesmen over the phone and through text messages, I was extremely Fortunate to have been contacted by Mario Henriquez. I provided him with exact details of what I was looking for and he provided me with a quote which was felt was reasonably Fair . That weekend I drove from Weston and my son from Orlando to Brahman. Within a few hours, my son drove off in his brand new Honda Accord Sports car. Mario is not your Typical car salesman, one who just wants to sell you a car. He was respectful, personable, and most of all Honest as there were NO surprises when I arrived at the dealership. Last month realizing I too needed a new car, I immediately contacted Mario informing him I was looking for a new/used 2018 minivan car. Upon a couple of conversations knowing I was going to pay in cash, he suggested that I consider purchasing a 2019 and take advantage of the .09% Honda financing. Even though would be paying more than I would for a 2018, this option was more advantageous. Keep my money and finance for pennies. Now that s a true representation of Excellent Customer Service, providing your customer with the best possible options. I also had a pleasant experience with the finance manager, Alfonso Murcia. He too was respectful, personable and provided me with excellent customer service. He provided me with several extended warrantee options and helped me choose the right one based on my personal needs. Please note I usually don t buy the extended warrantees. Driving off in my new Honda odyssey EX-L was a Breeze , in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. It s been a True pleasure working with both Mario and Alfonso.
