My family needed a replacement vehicle that was both reliable and reasonably priced. We were thinking about the Honda Pilot so we went to Braman to see their selection of Certified Pre Owned vehicles.

We met with Walid and he was the most kind and friendly car salesman I ve even encountered. He wasn t pushy or anything like that. He came across and genuinely interested in what our needs and wants were.

We saw a few of the Pilots and I met the Used Car finance guys, MJ and Bisam. I knew what our budget was but didn t feel like signing that night.

We recessed for the evening and decided to meet back in the morning so I can sleep on the choices we were given. The next day we came back and we saw that one of our choices was sold that night.
We looked at the remaining Pilots but we didn t want to pay more for the Touring version and the EX-L they had wasn t as appealing in the daylight.

We looked over their inventory and found they had a used Pilot EX-L that hadn t been through the Certifed process as yet. They brought it out front and we took it for a decent test drive. My wife and I both liked it. It was in great shape and the CPO process will bring with it a Honda Factory warranty plus additional Honda Care warranty if we chose it.

After sitting with MJ we got the bottom line out-the-door price and was satisfied. He set us up with a bumper-to-bumper Honda Care warranty for the next 5 years and we are now the proud owners of a Cerified PreOwned 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L.
