Service Manager Mr Ortega was spot on with his word. Chuck, apparently 2nd in command, and also extremely pleasant, honest, also A1, and BTW could manage any dealership's service dept.
NOW I'll recommend the dealership altho the finance man did pull a fast one on me finalizing my purchase. . ...which of course, was my fault allowing that to happen. We all make mistakes. However, he did not & Honda Finance refused to correct it. I still got a great deal and Bill got a bigger commision pulling his fast one. Retrospectivly.....great acting !
