We took a jetski tour, and it was amazing! The price is a little steep, but it is SoBe. The employees were very nice and professional. They took a lot of good pictures of us by the city and star island. I recommend this for people who have older kids because it is hard for the little ones to hang on and they slow the group down. We were beginners and they accommodated to us.

Horrible management. They re not professional and can t keep a proper conversation. I received bad hospitality and regret renting with this company. I rented a bed and the attendant who set me up was accused of stealing and 2 guys came over and started questioning me about the purchase. I believe he told me his name was Clarence and Henry. They made me feel like I was being interrogated. I rented a bed at Lummus park. This company can t be trusted they ruined my vacation.

We rented jet skis in South Beach next to the Lowe...

We rented jet skis in South Beach next to the Lowes Hotel and Royal Palm hotel. It was my 11 year old son and my self. When we first walked up the female was not friendly at all (I'm kind of used to it by now in this area) but we tried to make the best of it and were overly friendly back to her. She asked us how long we wanted to rent the Jet Skis and I told her one hour. She then said you can rent for 1/2 hour and extend the time if you like. I said ok and gave her my credit card and said we want to do all of our paperwork and take our phones and credit cards to the room so they wouldn't get wet or damaged by the sun or sand. We came back and went out for an hour and when we came back she said she had only processed payment for a half hour. I said ok well run the card for another half hour then which is another 85.00. She said she cold not without the credit card. I explained it was back in my room and I would be happy to go get it and bring it back. She said: And I supposed to trust that you will come back?" Are you kidding me? I told her what room I was staying in and at what hotel and I would be back in 15 minutes. She did not want us to go and started to make me feel very uncomfortable with my 11 year old son. She then got on the phone with her boss and I asked to talk to this guy who also made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Bear in mind they all ready ran my card for 85.00 and so if I were not to return they could call the credit card company or worse but I assured them I was not a thief and I would be right back. After speaking to the manager who was not all helpful I explained you just runied my experience over 85.00 bucks and I insisted they give me my sandals and shirt which at first she resisted and then headed back to my room to get my credit card. once entering the pool area I noticed one of the staff members following me and he said I am really sorry but they want me to follow you to your room and back. I said are you kidding me? I said you can wait her by the pool and I will be back. I went to my room got my credit card and came back to pay them their lousy $85.00. I would never again use Boucher Brothers for any thing again including jet ski rentals. These guys are supposed to be in the hospitality management business as well????????????? Really? I would not let them manage walking my dog so he could use the restroom.

RACIST!!!!!!! To the employee at 12th Street (description- chubby, beard, chin-length wavy fauxhawk haircut, 5 10, 200 lbs, white-passing Latino) who decided to ask me By any chance did you happen to get that towel from us? , even though I clearly was walking up from an entirely different area of the beach beyond you- it s probably a good idea NOT to assume someone is a thief just because they re black and look young, carrying their belongings near your area. I m certain that if I were an older white person in this same scenario, you would not have randomly questioned me. Not only am I a good decade plus older than you I m certain, I happen to have a much higher education level than you, and make your daily salary as a beach towel attendant in one hour. I also HAVE NEVER STOLEN OR BEEN ARRESTED IN MY LIFE!! And when I politely responded, albeit confused: No, I got my towel from my hotel... - for you to mockingly grin and speak back RUDELY to me with disrespectful familiarity as if I was the absurd party here- I will be calling to report you to management. You could clearly use some training on approaching strangers who are not even customers of your s, minding their business on vacation , and take a class on RACIAL PROFILING!!!!

I had a great experience on South beach thanks to Big Mike from Brochure Brothers. He made sure he explained everything to the T and he even assisted us with information about other exciting beach activities!! I recommend stopping by 10th and Ocean for your beach chairs.

If you stay in loewes hotel it's great, other than that is complete disappointment, if you come from other locations be prepared for no lockers to change your clothes, no storage lockers for your belongings,no waiting area w shade,just get your money w no service at all,If you come w family you need to leave one family member on beach or pay another $$$$ , for other services related to hotel not to water sport company

Karen, Jordan and Christian were the BEST!!!! we stayed in Miami and got the cabana set for two days and they were phenomenal both days! Bed, cabana, chairs and umbrella for a great price and they gave us extra towels and held our spot all day when we had to go back to the hotel and eat lunch. Karen is super nice and the Jordan and Christian were very helpful. Best service we have had with Boucher brothers rental!

Great customer service! I hit the beach in Hallan...

Great customer service! I hit the beach in Hallandale with my vacationing BF who came from Maryland. We never been at this beach before. We had a great time. Sergio was very helpful and really care that we enjoy a good time at the beach. We got clean beach chairs and clean towels to use and the restrooms were near. Best $46.00 spent and my friend was impressed. We promised to return.

These guys are awesome! Down to earth, coo guys. The jet ski tours were amazing! I think I am now addicted to jet skiing. The prices are a bit high but it was worth every bit of the money. Really had a good time. It was convenient because they were stationed in back of hotels. So all I had to do was walk to our hotels beach and get on a jet ski

The trip i took to miami was great the have a quick friendly and well spoken staff i had the pleasure of enjoying myself all thanks to the beach attended Charlie or charles hope I'm not getting his name wrong but he made me and my party feel welcome with his services i would recommend that any to his section awesome services we waited till he came back from lunch before we left to let him know we enjoyed our stay and looking for to seeing him next time

Very unprofessional. Felt targeted as the guy only came up to me to ask if I had rented a beach chair. He proceeded to be extremely rude towards me when I was nice towards him. Company is a joke stay away.

Went to the beach and rented one chair and one umbrella..... However, when I checked my account with online banking I found that she charged me an extra 20$ for nothing.... Smh. Be careful with this company and don't let them scam you out of your money

Paid $20 for just and umbrella (way too overpriced in my opinion) then about 2 hrs later some guy started to close all the umbrellas including ours due to safety reasons???...I asked him to explain or provide details but he kept walking saying there is no refund....if you dont want to be robbed or rhave your day ruined at the beach stay away from them.

worst experience. I paid and tipped and was not told that the cabanas couldn't be moved but instead of the guy explaining that to us and giving us the option of changing for an umbrella no he just grabbed our ticket and moved the cabana to the back the started to help someone else. totally ignoring us. I asked him for my ticket and asked for me refund. I waited 45 to just talked to a manager on the phone that just said he would refund me. when i asked proof of refund he said my information has to be forwarded to someone and that i would get it soon. I wasted 2 hours on the beach dealing with this non sense and never even my refund. I don't recommend renting tanning beds or anything from this over priced company that has rude employees.

I went to the kiosk to rent 2 umbrellas, a super rude girl was standing in the booth staring at me for 30 seconds without asking if I needed any help, I took 1 step forward and asked "where I can get umbrellas" she pantomimed with her finger without saying anything (meaning here). I paid 40$ for 2 umbrellas and another guy came with me to give me umbrellas, I asked him if he could bring umbrellas a little further to where we were sitting he said he couldn't!!
I went back to the kiosk told the girl that I didn't know you can't move umbrellas, she replied rudely: I told you but she actually never had..I asked for a refund and she refused to do by saying it's written on back of your receipt "final sales" again I added "you gave me this receipt after you charged me and didn't tell me anything about no refunds before that" she replied "it is what it is"
I insisted to see or talk to her manager and she started whispering something and whining...
After few minutes ignoring me and pretending to help some other customers she said that her manager would be there in 30 minutes.
I even told her that her behavior was not appropriate for a face to face interaction, she replied proudly "everyone says that to me"!!!!!!!

Impoliteness and rudeness of this particular employee is a reason that I'm never going to get a bottle of water from boucher brothers even if I'm dying from thirst.
After 5 times refering to the kiosk she finally told me that she gave the refund which was an absolute lie.. I never got my 40 $ back and most importantly they sold me some service which they never gave it to me.
I'm writing this 10 days after the incident and the money hasn't come back to my account yet and I'm sure it won't.

Don't waste your money there, since at wallgreens you can get a basic beach umbrella for 14$ and it's good enough to enjoy your day at the beach and don't ruin your beautiful sunny day by arguing with the most rude, arrogant and unprofessional liar employee.
It's not good to judge a company by a bad hire but this behavior and interaction was bad enough to do so.
I would give zero stars or even negative stars if it gave me the option for!!

Omg.... where can I start. Well I went to relax on the beach @lummuspark and the staff are so rude. I tried to ask someone for instructions and they just looked at me with no care in the world then I seen a person in a yellow golf cart that was handing out water I tried to asked him what to do and he said I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU LADY. Then he came back around and I heard one of the staffs call his name his name was David or Daniel( if I m not mistaken). So in reality Boucher brothers is one of the worst places to go relax at. Don t COME SAVE YOUR MONEY

Boucher brothers made our vacation!!! The Boucher staff at Loews Miami Beach will go out of their way to make sure you get the most out of your stay at the beach. They are professional, friendly, and the prices are good too! We have rented beach beds from them many times over the past 5 years and have never been disappointed with the service or the staff. I would highly recommend you check the, out at your next trip to the beach!

I absolutely loved Boucher Brothers. On my recent trip to Miami the people working at the 14th St. stand were great. As a red head with freckles, I needed to stay in the shade as much as possible, and rather than dragging my chair around to chase the shade, one of the Boucher guys adjusted the umbrella. Also, I grew up on the ocean. I think putting an umbrella up is one of the hardest things to do effectively. South Beach is pretty windy. These umbrellas were so stable that I thought they were anchored to something in the sand. Impressive. I want to learn how to do that!
The service was great. The guys were friendly but not invasive, the girl manning the drink stand was super nice. Highly recommended.
I stayed at the Betsy Hotel, which has an agreement with the Boucher Brothers, so ended up not having to pay for the chairs and umbrella. (Other than a tip).

At the beach, my friends and I were in a very unfortunate situation with one of the workers of Boucher Brothers, and a man by the name of Wilky came and helped us out. He handled the situation professionally while also showing incredible integrity! Wilky was quick to respond and easily proved he s an amazing asset to the Boucher Brothers company! We greatly appreciated him, so we hope he receives the level of recognition he deserves from the company! Thank you again Wilky!!

Spent the weekend in South Beach for my birthday, ...

Spent the weekend in South Beach for my birthday, got to the beach on a beautiful sunny day and came accross these pretty blue umbrellas and lounge chairs which was a life saver since my wife was worried about spending the whole day under the sun. Ronald took great care of us, very friendly, informative and made payment a breeze by taking my credit card. Will definitely rent again !

It was a terrible experience as I got a chair and umbrella that broke and when asked to change, I was denied and did not receive a refund either upon request . As well as when confronting an employee, I was met with a poor attitude as the employee walked away ignoring my questions. Also, the prices per item were way too expensive and not worth purchasing.

I highly don't recommend this place, we went at 12 to reservate for a jetski, a man named Ryan told us he wasn't able to make a reservation, we agreed that we would return at 4pm. When we returned, Ryan stated that he never saw us and that weren't allowed to go on a jetski, due to they were closing at 5pm, while it was 4pm. Ryan lied to us multiple times as we continued to ask him questions, when he at the end, refused to let us on, because of his employee rights. I have never ever met someone with so much arrogance as him, and never had such a poor service.

Sedric was the most phenomenal fast customer service i ever had. Highly recommend Bucher brother HAVE tongivr this guy a raise or promotion. He was the one to convince us to go jet skiing and boat riding with the water sports. What a guy. Thank you for an amazing time.

Such an AMAZING experience!! It was my first time on a Jet ski and had a blast. You must ask for Kerry if you plan on doing any water sports. Trust me you won t regret it! He was full of energy and made sure my family and I had fun and stayed safe. I will definitely come back as long as he is there!!!! Thank you Kerry for showing us a great time.

Cameron is awesome!!! We live in Pompano Beach an...

Cameron is awesome!!! We live in Pompano Beach and can see the beach from our place. Everyday when Cameron is working he gets all chairs lined up perfectly with umbrellas. Three sets of chairs and umbrellas and one cabana lining the beach then sets sign out and uses his rake to draw designs in the sand around the sign. He s always willing to help and is very attentive. Thanks Cameron.

Demetrius, Cedric and Karen provided excellent customer service, professionalism and created an enjoyable experience during our vacation on South Beach in Miami Beach, FL.

Specifically, Demetrius took stellar pictures of our group on the beach and provided great advice on where we should relax on the beach.

Next time we return to the beach, we ll request Demetrius services. He s an excellent addition to Boucher Brothers and very knowledgeable about the company!

Arrived on Sunday at around 1PM when the beach was...

Arrived on Sunday at around 1PM when the beach wasn t packed yet. The girl at the booth was nice, but could not take my payment because their system wasn t working. I had to pull a mission to get $20 cash and so be it. She told me to grab whichever chair I wanted since it was fairly empty. I grabbed a chair where I liked, settled my belongings and proceeded to tan.

About 30 minutes in, some rude worker walks up to me and says you have to pay for the chair and you have to move, this chair is reserved. Extremely confused I asked, I already paid, and it s reserved to who? He answered to a party of 15 that hasn t arrived. Excuse me? With SOOOO many empty chairs you re really gonna interrupt me to grab MY chair to a party that hasn t even arrived and wondered if I paid? I refused to move and told him I would move when the party got there. We re in COVID and you re going to sit 15 chairs next to each other? This seems bizarre. Best part? The party of 15 never arrived! Beach closed and everything. Please teach your staff some customer service. PLENTY of competition out there for me to tolerate rudeness and poor attitude - never again.

I had a wonderful experience with your employee Andre. He made sure you needs were taken care of he walks you to your chair and helps you if you need the extra help. He is very polite and professional. A lot of employees do not get recognized for there effort when they do there best to go above and beyond so thanks again Andre.

It was nice as hell the guy Charles was on point he help us out alot. And he pointed us into the right direction wit the jet ski's and helped us wit out umbrella and chairs. We stayed at the Washington park hotel so he was very helpful.
