Started blaring his horn while we were walking across the crossing, did not have lights goin or anything.

They pulled a nice lady over who did nothing wrong. Said she wasn't wearing her seatbelt. She was. Said she needed new plates. She didn't. Corrupt law enforcement making stops for no reason.

This county set me up not sure which station it was But I had no priors I was known as a good person to the officers in the county I stayed in But my uncle in law was on probation or whatever for this county for arsenic
so he set me up I was doing good I was doing great for myself he made it seem like he needed me to do the joB because his family who was actually my blood relatives where in need and almost homeless so I did it and low and Behold k-9 unit pulled me over and might as well say the tow truck also pulled up all at once But I say this to say this county may not Be entirely racist But there are a few dirty cops in Montgomery County I was even given a chance to trial smh Salute to the ones who are here for justice of WE THE PEOPLE (FYI his name (My Uncle in law )is Jon he owns a Cardio boxing gym in magnolia)

The officers in the Livestock Division did an amazing job. An animal is alive today thanks to their fast response.

I had a positive experience with Deputy Justin Pierce. He and his partner helped me out with a flat tire in the middle of the night near the woodlands mall about a week ago. I am so grateful for his help, his great attitude and his kindness. He even escorted me to a gas station to get some air in my donut tire! People like this are hard to come across and I really appreciate him. Thank you so much!

P.S. : I ve been trying to call the non-emergency line to commend him but this line is unanswered. So I decided to leave a review here and hope it reaches someone.

The illegal aliens across the way from my house were blaring their music at 1:00a.m., with little concern for the rest of us. I called the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded promptly and the loud music ceased. Thank you, the deputies whom made the extremely loud disorderly conduct cease.

They are racist to Hispanic people and rude .they Sucks.

Called for a non emergency issue with my neighbors pitbull trying to bite us.Thsy never showed up!I waited for more than an hour and NOTHING.I guess they want to come until the dog mules one of us.

I'd say about half the department is comprised of decent and well-educated people. They need to arrest the other half including most of the judges and City officials in these little pothole towns robbing the citizens and passers-by.

Every police department around our great country has a few bad cops ..I've never really cared for law enforcement because I myself was a law breaker but after last night my views of these men and women has changed. ..I wished I had the officer's name but hopefully he will see this ..I want to thank you for going above and beyond to try to find my brother. ...He did not have to do what he did but he did he called me four or five times over the course of four hours asking me questions and keeping me updated...though they never found him he was found and is in the hospital.....THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. ..MAY GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU.......THANK YOU

Worst Sheriiff's office in Texas. Civil standby -not our job. The deputies are lazy and complacent and they won't assist taxpaying citizens. But they'll write you a ticket in a speed trap. They don't call it Monkey County for nothing. I don't know how this sheriff is elected. Call Don Sowell in Grimes County he can tell you how it works. DO NOT BUY PROPERTY IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY. Stop the money trail.

Some of your deputies are a little too big for their britches, since when do we have to listen to a man with a badge when we're doing nothing wrong..
Just because you bark does not mean we have to reply back, even the supreme Court says we don't have to help you guys out.

Went to visit my daughter, they were very nice and helpful to me. Thanks for that part. But very hateful on the phone. The nurses keep telling me lies, keep refusing to give my daughter her eye drops. She has glacuoma and not using eye drops she will go blind. She is blind in one eye and doctor is trying to prevent the other going blind. Oh well guess it's not their eyes.

They train their officers to have a god complex. They treat other humans with no respect and place them in inhumane conditions. They will also keep some of your documents so make sure to double check you re items before walking out the door. If you take any medications you prob won t receive them while booked here.

What a bunch of thugs with badges. Search up a youtube video about this department. Watch them harass and verbally abuse a photographer taking pictures from a public street. Seems like the department needs some training in not violating peoples rights and better training in not thug behavior.

I have been trying to press charges against someone for theft during a real estate transaction. It is a criminal charge not a civil charge. I have all the proof in a packet and it's very cut and dry. It is against a husband and wife that have extensive criminal history ripping people off for money. Believe it or not, I have been trying for over 2 years. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? I never imagined attempting to file charges against someone where I would feel like the bad guy and am the one being ignored. I have a case number but am being kept from moving forward. l pay property taxes in this county. Why would I be treated this way?

Poorly trained and under educated. They are some of the most corrupt and inept people that I have encountered during my travels around the world. My cable guy has better and more training than these clowns. Yet, they are back by an even more insidious agency: The Montgomery County District Attorney's office. Together they will make sure that injustice is served and that no good deed goes unpunished.

I was treated very rudely the last time my son was in jail there. I was sent to 3 different blocks before I got to the right one. I had to go into a room to see him. Not in the general population sector. ThenI had to wait until the room was free. I was told I would get 2 visits but then they only let me have one. My son is back in there and I won't be going to see him this time. The only way to stop them is to report them to Texas Jail Project. Look them up

If you have to be in jail or need help MCSO wins hands down!!!! I was treated very well thank you Sheriff Tommy Gage, most of all Mrs. Vand, Mrs. Homeyer, Mrs. Harper!!!! I hope to see you outside..lol Thank you for helping me. Now please note jail is not fun and is not a resort but if you must Montgomery is the BEST again Thank you.

Sherrifs were very helpful and came to look around my house tonight to bake sure nobody was in my property. 3 officers showed up

Called asking a question and they very nicely aswered my question and explained the reasons/laws... Great job guys and gals and be safe!

When I was arrested they were very friendly and polite. They didn't put me in a jail cell and allowed me to stay on the bench for my entire stay. Would definitely get arrested by them again.

This sheriff's office will arrest anyone for absolutely anything they possibly can because that's how they make their money.
I have even had my vehicle towed during a traffic stop for no insurance when I did have my insurance up to date. I still had to pay the impound and tow fee, 300+.
I have multiple complaints against this department but if I wrote them all down I could write a book.

I have been attempting to get some assistance from MCSOfor almost 2years. I have submitted crime stoppers tips and contacted the sheriff's office and left messages for narcotics detectives with no response. I have never received a response from crime stoppers tips and spoke to to officers with no success. I am tired of calling the sheriff's department for assistance with illegal activities and drug trafficking.
I have called the sheriff's department weekly with no success. Its unfortunate that I have provided all the important information to do an investigation with NO RESPONSE. Who do we homeowners call of the Sheriff's department is not willing to make an effort to resolve serious issues in Montgomery County. I was told by an officer on Monday that he had a large area to patrol and there was not much he could do to respond to call.
