Spent my Eve of NYE at South Beach and Machine and Jay took amazing care of us...its hard work being beach bums but they made our vacay easy breezy and care free. They set up our umbrella and lounge chairs and we just had to sit back and relax. And when we left for lunch and came back our spot stayed on reserve. Thx Guys for the VIP treatment!
I just wanted to go on a jet ski tour plan and simple. Well it took over an hour to talk to someone on the phone. Then they told me to go to this location Miami Beach Marina Piet A because it is accessible. So I go and it s NOT accessible. So I m back to square one. What a waste of time and energy. Not easy to work with in regards to accommodating handicaps within any reason. Very unprofessional business.

My group and i rented jet skis. We did the $200 tour with the group on 8th street. Rafael was our escort . He was so fun and knowledgeable ! Really made the experience amazing !! The entire staff was very helpful, fun, and nice . We will def come back !

I had a great experience with Christian on 9th st. he made sure to introduce himself and made sure to know us by name he also checked on us regularly. He knew all of his customers by name. Held our spot at lunch an was very friendly. We enjoyed our time at the beach :).
Worse experience ever and I'm a paying customer! We purchased 1 beach chair and 1 umbrella after spending only 20 minutes on the beach we decided to leave and kindly asked for a refund. We were told no refund, fine. I asked a young lady if she would like to take our chair & umbrella since we paid and she happily said yes and proceeded to move her items to the beach chair we rented. Before we could walk more than 5 steps away we were approached by the same rude sales agent yelling out "No Tranfers, No Transfers", my husband asked him to show him that policy and he yelled that's the policy after my husband yelled back he concluded he would send it in email and started to remove the paid ticket from in back of the beach chair. Not only did this companies extremely rude employee get in my husband's face and yelled at him, but he obviously lied about a policy that could not be proven so he could continue to rip people off on the beach for overly priced beach chairs.Bottom line, if you are going to charge those prices to your customers, at least have employees with positive attitudes. Two, have your policies and or rules in email along with the purchase receipt. I DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RECCOMEND RENTING ANYTHING ON LAS OLAS BEACH FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Careless Irresponsible and slowpoke. There was a long que and they were taking almost 20-25 mins for every customer and after waiting for long time in que he told all of us that they are sold out of jet ski's and we all moved to next line for banana boat and after waiting for another 30 mins he told all of us that they dont have no more banana boats. If they know that they dont have enough jet ski or banana boats then why make them wait for hours in que. Really dumb n stupid people

The dark and portly employee at Deerfield location was alarmingly rude to my elderly mother. He nearly hit my 5 year old son with a lawn chair and was asked to please be careful. He responded with it s a public beach I can do as I please . When asked to not mimick and laugh in my mother s face he confronted my underage brother with intent of physical altercation. The situation was defused as he strutted and voiced vulgarities at my entire family. If this is a representation of how he treats fellow human beings I will ensure to inform all of my associates to not employ this unprofessional company.

If I can give this 0 stars I would. The biggest rip off. Me and my gf rented jet skis for 30 mins. We paid for the service and wasn't given any instructions. we went by the jet skis and we're waiting around for over 15 mins. A person that worked there came by because they heard us talking about who we need see to go on the jet skis. A person came over which gave absolutely no directions on what we should do besides explain how far are out left and right we can be and that we need to be behind the red floating balls in the ocean. We then took off and 4 mins later get waved in. I asked what was going on and no response once we get back we were kicked off the jet skis because apparently a life guard Andrew complained that we were too close to ppl in the ocean. This was not true. I then kept compaling this this is not professional and that I want my money back . I then located the life guard and he said no one complained I brought the life guard over and the man working at the rental place was in denial that he blamed Andrew that we were breaking the rules. Andrew backed us up and then the "boss" said he would give us 5 mins of jetskiing which was a slap to the face. I was like I want my 25 mins that I paid for. This got no where so I called American Express and filed a dispute. As I left the employees were all smiling. I think they are very disrespectful and should be out of business. They need to hire new management and hire respectful ppl that appreciate there job. I will never never come here again. I also hope everyone chooses another jet ski place to go too. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE... SAVE YOUR MONEY.
This beach is a sad joke. Service is subpar. Hotel guests are charged extra for umbrellas. One time we as hotel guests were sent away because there were no beach chairs available anymore. Prices of offered beverages are outrageous.
I rented 2 chairs and 1 parasol. However, having a little wind, we were forbidden to use the umbrella. I complained where I hired and requested a refund of the amount since I could not use it but I was not attended. Shameful, never again,
I can t express how wonderful and polite your team was during our visit to the beach. It was my birthday (they didn t know), but you would think they did! Karen was so kind and polite. Christian was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. They both remembered us from the day before. And Jordan was also very nice! We will definitely come back here. Priscilla
