Cedric , Atone and Karen we re all so wonderful today!! Service is always great I highly recommend boucher brothers during ur stay in Miami. $60 for two chairs and an umbrella. If you re here for a day or two it s a great way to spend your money and chill at the beach all day

Chick at the desk was basic, unenthusiastic, and rude about information & one of the guys couldn t take a joke, but I ll get an umbrella cause it s than a mf out here lolz

We met George on Hollywood Beach (FL) - he was professional and courteous, and took great care of us!

Vincent and Ashanti was very nice and accommodating. They were helpful with the cabana!! Great Service!!!

Lied to and disrespected in front of my face to get told I m SOL basically shut up and wait it s not their fault their staff literally lied to my face as I m looking at them give preference to other people for no apparent reason. I asked the employee directly why did you lie to us about the specific situation he had no response and oh well I wasn t but now it is and it wasn t open before in 2 minutes as I m looking at them the entire time this happened. DO NOT USE THEM. PLENTY OF OTHER VENDORS. Specially number 14 on south beach and whoever was the lead at the time. I don t know how they hire this type of staff.

I was so disappointed in their customer service. I am on vacation for a quick weekend and the first night was great! I wish I got his name. The second day we were screamed at from across the beach saying we had to check in.
We needed 4 chairs. He said that it wasn t allowed and it was $250 for a beach chair. The beach was not crowded (11:30) and there were so many chairs open.
I asked instead of the umbrella because it was so windy they weren t putting them up if I can I have an extra chair. They gave us such a hard time that a girl sat on the floor.

There customer service was just so poor and I was beyond disappointed. I paid a resort fee for a reason.
Very disappointed and hope to never run into this company again.

I decided to rent an umbrella and chair from the Boucher Brothers rentals while vacationing in Hollywood, Fl. All I can say is Santia and Dwayne were amazing. Santia was extremely informative with my selection and Dwayne made sure my beach placememt met my expectations as well as checked on me from time to time during my stay. I don't often get a chance to give kudos for excellent customer service so when I do it's my pleasure. BB you found a real gem with these two individuals...I hope you know...for them you get 5 stars!

Super nice staff. A bit costly but hey this is South Beach!

On an impromptu weekends birthday girl's trip to Miami. We spent a day at South beach and Ashanti and Charles assisted us in renting our cabana. They were extremely friendly and helpful and also assisted us in getting towels. Keep up the good work guys.

On 14th street and Elijah is so polite and obviously loves what he does, he provides excellent service....great job Elijah

Sense the Boucher have various locations I can only speak on the ones I visit which are by 64 and Collins and at the carillon. Both places have great service especially at the carrillon. I Recomend ordering the Caesar wrap with a carafe of More

I arrive early to get a spot with a view.at the Marriott Hollywood on October 13th. The man was rude from the beginning and then move a Villa directly in front of my chair and umbrella. So much for a relaxing day at the beach.

My husband and I were recently vacationing in Virginia Beach. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas. I have to comment on the young man that was on duty that day, Mr. Lavont. This young man is so polite and kind. I watched how he interacted with all the customers as he patiently accommodated everyone, running back and forth under that hot sun. He made sure everyone was OK. Every-time he passed us or any of the other sunbathers in his area, he would always ask is everything fine. He chatted with some and made others laugh. Lavont help make the day very enjoyable. Boucher Brothers, Sunrise Beach Services are very lucky to have this young man working for them.

Demetrius, Karen and Cedrick were excellent hosts. They provided fast service and made us feel comfortable. Will be renting from them again!!!

I was robbed at the banana boat area. I was told my items will be in a locked shed staff was rude and so was the owner Keith.

Criminal!

$ 20 for an umbrella, which is then cleared away at 5:45 p.m.

Love their beach chair rentals, especially the luxury chairs with the fitted towel sheets! Makes coming to the beach so easy and comfortable! Leave the beach bag at home and use boucher!

The company had horrible communication across their locations that led to us running around Miami from Uber to Uber. When we finally spoke with the operations manager, he mentioned the Marina location was the only location available to rent Jet Skies. In addition, the only slot available would be around two hours later from the time we spoke. This was a change from the initial conversations about availability. Good amount of time and money WASTED! Prices are higher than average as well!

Great service, if you getting a free beach chair dont be cheap and tip your chair guy. The Clinton hotel has a deal were you get 2 free beach chair fron 9am to 5pm so tip.

Ashanti was super helpful! He had great knowledge of the area and gave excellent directions on how to enjoy a true Miami experience. Eugene worked with him and also assisted us with making our stay on the beach most pleasant. Thanks guys for a job well done. I will look for you both on my return to South Beach

Demetrius , karen and Cedric were the best ever!! They were so nice and personable! Demetrius checked on us throughout the day and even got me a drink when I didn t feel well. I would definitely come back just to see them!!!

Guys be aware, extremely careless and irresponsible people. Me and my cousin hired their jets ski. I told them that both of us cant swim. During our ride both of us felt into the sea however they had no one in the waters to take us out. After 5 minutes a private boat came and rescued us. Till that time I had swallowed lot of water. I went through lot of hardship after that incidence and medical emergency was called upon.

So much happened their however no one from the Boucher Brothers came to my rescue or did not even bother to say sorry. Actually, they were still not knowing what happened to me their.

They even charged $100.00 to my CC whereas their fees was $ 84.00.

Extremely careless and irresponsible staff.

I ve had a lot of great experiences with the Boucher Brothers. The employees were friendly and resourceful.

Boucher brothers has tip top service in miami Beach Florida, the people our relatable, and very kind, on lummus park Christian and Jordan made the beach day great and Karen was kind as well

This is my 1st time renting boucher brothers
At 2:49p rented out a cover tarp and I'd asked until what time I have it rented for....i didnt get his name but he said 6p.
Not even 1 HR! Two different guys came up and said they are closing and one of them said I want to go home. Huh? I thought im paying for services. Sorry im going to need my full refund. I even recorded as proof timeline.

If I could rate lower I would because one star is too much. My friends and I walked around confused for about 15 minutes trying to figure out where to rent chairs from until we finally found someone who sent us to a stand. At the stand was an extremely rude young lady ( I wish I got her name , she was working around 4/5 on 12/31.) with headphones in her ear and her phone in her hand. No greeting, no nothing but a blank stare. Finally we stated we wanted to rent a chair and was told it was $20 and we could only have them for an hour. No explanation why, just went back to her damn phone and continued to treat us like we were inconveniencing her. later on we found out they collect the chairs at 5 due to the sun setting, no thanks to her. Never will I rent from that rude young lady again! another note, please get a larger staff to set up the chair and umbrella rental, it took about 20 mins to get out chairs set up but i felt bad for the guy since he was alone!

One star is really to much. Where do I start, the lady or girl running the hut was so rude that she wouldn t even greet customers nor make any sort of eye contact while speaking. She gave my husbands reservation away and apologizing for it would have been just far to much of a stretch for her. I seen at least 10 customers turn and walk away since she refused to greet anyone and answered every question as if it was the worse bother.

Amazing service from Ronald, came by to ask if everything was fine and check on us. They look after your chairs when we go to grab lunch and I would definitely also recommend getting an Aquavault to put your things in that attaches to the chair so you can get into the sea carefree :-) Cashier comes around 9 - the white and green stands - and you can rent chairs with them. We got to luxe chairs and an umbrella for 60 bucks total and the aquavault for 5. Clean linnen/towels covers on the bed, very comfortable. Awesome day!

We paid for chairs and towels from 9 - 5....and had to wait till noon EVERY day!

Awful service!

Very shifty! Just was told that all chairs & Umbrellas belong to their company. They told me the price for each chair & each umbrella is $20 & not to bother to check at other places next to them bc they ALL belong to them. That was clearly a lie. The guys next to them with the turquoise colored chairs umbrellas & chairs only charge half the price & they DON'T belong to the Boucher Brother. Beyond rude!

It all seems a little bit of a con, very highly priced but then they all are... Ten for chair and fifteen for umbrella

Unclear pricing! Managed to resolve the issue, but very aggressive first approach!

Unfortunately this monopoly leads to bad customer experience indeed. People there performe hard work for 10 usd per houre while 80 usd are charged for sunbeds that are so close together that you literally cant walk to the sea. As a business its genious but as a customer a total no-go.

If you are looking for a first class beach spot on south beach, checkout Boucher Bros. Excellent beach, fantastic service and nothin is too much trouble. Cedric and Dimitrius are running the beach and Karen is in charge of the cold drinks and snacks.

Great Experience! Toni was amazing great customer service. This was our first time visiting and we'll definitely return. Thank you also to the young man that setup our bed and chairs.

Ashanti, Charles, Eugene were very professional and helpful on the beach. As a tourist to this beautiful city, they made the beach life pleasant and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend people to visit hut #7 for their South Beach needs.

Customer service is horrible, I couldn't even rent a umbrella or tent because the girl'phone died walked to another booth and that booth said the same thing. Extremely blunt, didn't even bother to greet their customers the correct way. Never again will I approach the Boucher brothers booth.

Rip off ! The umbrella costs $ 20 and is so far back that you can't see the sea at all. After asking if the umbrella could be further up (so that you can also see the sea), we were only told if we rented a couch otherwise we would have to sit at the back. After complaining, the umbrella was reluctantly put forward. The screen was provisionally "stuck" in the sand. In the event of wind, the umbrella is taken away and there is no money back (even directly after the purchase).

46st is a very nice and quiet place to spend the day on the best beaches in Miami, Jean was the best host, very kind and gentle!

the boca beach club operation is horrendous they got kids sprinting to set up these chairs the management treats the employees like there next to nothing i feel bad for these kids and to find out there doing this for 8 dollars a hour..... god bless them this company is a joke

Paid $30 for a Cabana in South Beach but I couldn't even face the opening towards the water, I was told it had to remain in the position it was in that it couldn't be moved.

Elijah was great and very helpful. Came through for all of our requests and was very consistent throughout the day.

Chris was sooo bomb and sweet! So attentive! Would come back just to see him!

The most luxurious vacation experience of my life!! Relaxing in a luxury lounge on Virginia Beach under an umbrella with an incredible Cabana guy named Warren. He moved my umbrella twice for me just so I would be comfortable and came back to check on me! I will definitely be back and tell all my friends where to go for the most relaxing experience

Lady that sells tickets near Starlite Hotel at South beach was very rude. She told us we can use the chairs until 4pm because there is no one to take care of the chairs. Guy who was in charge directly for the chairs told us that they are open until 5pm as we knew because we used same chairs yesterday.

Eugene was super helpful and friendly!!! Got us a great spot on a gorgrous beach.

just enough service, high prices, but average South Beach

Demetrius, Cedric, and Karen were top notch in their service, personality and hospitality!! Demetrius took the best picture on the beach for me and my girls!! Come to South Beach and relax and enjoy with the team!!

If you are selling drinks for more than triple of the cost in-store, you should be providing a cup of ice to your customers; especially your local customers that live here on the beach. How long do you expect a cold drink to remain cold on the beach?

We lease a sunshade, however it was closed by a worker for "security", finally we do not use it

This is the company for hospitality on the beach and more! Almost entire Sobe is under Boucher Brothers s umbrella!

Eugene was wonderful help in assisting us with our beach seats. Which helped us enjoy our 1st time visit to South Beach from Kansas.

Demitrius was a very pleasant. He went above and beyond to make sure that our visit to the beach was exquisite We truly appreciate his help.

On a girls trip of 8 beautiful women and was serviced by two young men by the name of, Ashanti and Charles. We spent the day out on South Beach and those guys made sure we were all set up and ready to enjoy ourselves. They even assisted with setting up one of our own umbrellas before leaving us. They were great and showed us that they love what they do. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Great job fellas!

Act like they own the public beach. Go to Walgreens and purchase your own umbrella and chair for what they charge for an hour. Extremely rude staff. Dont let them ruin your day.

While I was sitting on the beach the employees moving the tent hit me with it and all the sand on it fell on top of me! It was very rude and they did not apologize. It was two males one of them looked much like a Neanderthal. Very rude.

We rent an umbrella in Miami Beach. Jesus was really nice to us, but when we went to pay the beach attendant she was really rude to us throwing in our faces that we had not gone to pay right away and launching an impolite whatever! I let her know her ways were not appropriate for a person working face-to-face with customers and she proudly replied that a lot of people tell her that. She made us have a really unpleasant first impression of Miami hospitality.

Ashanti on Southbeach was a dream provider. We stayed at the Clinton Hotel just blocks from the hotel. I appreciate how Charles was hospitalable no matter what I asked of him. Eugene, who was only on his second day, expressed a sincere desire to assist us as well. Thanks for the wonderful staff BB!
