Had an amazing stay. Quite a place it is. The moment you cross the entrance, you ll feel something special about this place. The resort is situated little out of Puducherry but its on NH so no trouble of connrctivity. The stay is gentle. They greeted us with Welcome drinks and sea shells neclace. The breakfast buffet is amazing too. It had all varities from Puri, idli, dosa, omlette to desserts like halwa or baked breads. There are options available for your room like Cascade view, fern view or open Jacuzzi. We opted for Cascade view and the balcani was worth it. Mini bar was empty though. Rest all seemed welcoming. Would love to visit the place again.

Beautiful resort for the vacation, entertainment and wedding.It has beautiful structure and well designed infrastructure. Natural atmosphere.Nearest to beach.

Such a huge and well maintained star hotel . Here there is only value for the money and not for the humanity . Now a days even a small lodges are providing cottage and food for drivers .I request the management to provide food for drivers because we r also u r staff .we also serve for u in one or another way . Resort is good. But they should decrease their stars from 5 to 4. Does not seems like a 5 star hotel. Ambience is good though. But things are not so clean in room. Spots on mirror. Electric kettle not working. Iron was not there. Staff was not quiet professional to handle all types guests.

On the breakfast table, we need to ask cutlery and small things like salt and pepper. They should be kept on the table.

A good resort with extremely beautiful outdoors - the biggest swimming pool that i have ever seen and very well manicured lawns with palm trees, bridges, a petting zoo with lot of animals and birds, swings for children and great views of the sky - during the day and at night. The resort is just on ECR - the highway connecting Chennai to pondicherry. It is on the outskirts of Pondicherry, however, reaching pondicherry is easy if you have your own car.
If you are a beach person - there are some good beaches nearby and one just on the back of the resort - walking distance.
We took the Heavens room with a Jaccuzi in the balcony and the experience was amazing. My recommendation is to renovate the interiors especially the reception and the restaurant as they are nothing compared to the beautiful outdoors that this resort boosts off.
The food is okay - nothing too good OR bad. The staff was very helpful.
WIFI connectivity was a big issue and the staff wasn't able to fix it even after many efforts.
Overall a great experience.

Property is nice.. but not beach.. first of all its not beach resort.
It is 500 mtrs from a bad beach.
Also most of the things are under renovation.
They had weird guests.
All bachelors.. and running naked in pool

Good place to enjoy your weekend with your family near to sea coast

This is a huge and well maintained property considering all the effort that goes into maintaining an artificial lake in a highly humid climate setting. It was raining all the time when we visited but still there was minimal amount of water mess inside the property. The free roaming birds and huge pools are an added advantage. There is a quick access to the beach and one can directly take a shower and get into the pool after returning from the beach .
Food wise breakfast spread is good, lunch and dinner buffer are very sub-par for the price.

Beautiful, green, scenic and pleasant. It's a perfect place for honeymoon or a pleasant stay to chill out.

This place is good for Yong and old people.Rooms are good and also with balcony.Open pool.also have basketball, volleyball,..etc .

Nice serene place ...but the bed doesn't smell nice and toilets are not regularly cleaned, while the view is very beautiful but the jacuzzi tapes are not very well functioning.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort. It is a vast property with water bodies and trees all around. Gives a fantastic feel and vibe to the place. The beach, though outside the resort is just a 5 mins walk away and is quite clean and calm.

We booked the heaven's with jacuzzi suite and this suite has a huge balcony with a jacuzzi in it. You can just enjoy and relax in the jacuzzi while overlooking the beautiful campus of the resort. The resort also has a massive swimming pool where you can go for a swim and relax.

The breakfast buffet is top-notch with a wide spread including south-Indian, north Indian as well as western dishes.

At night, the place lights up and looks absolutely out of the world. Extremely picturesque.
Service is also top notch with no major complaints.

Great property, food, courteous staff, fun activities and a wonderful spa. Water body is the highlight of the property.

Its a great place but its far off from the city so to access to some common commodities is hard. Rooms and Room Services is great. Will surely visit again.

The rooms are really good - spacious, neat & good views. However, the following dislikes will keep me away from this resort for future stays & also when referring my friends & families
1. Restaurant is way too expensive !!...Dosa costs Rs. 250 + tax. Gulab jamun costs Rs.350 + taxes, etc.
2. They are charging seperately for the outdoor activities like cricket, arrow shooting, ball ride, biking, etc. Rs. 500 per person for ball ride, Rs. 300 for arrow shooting, Rs. 500 for bike riding, etc.
3. This is not a beach resort. Beach is outside their property, 500 mtrs away from the resort. There is no private beach. The public beach is also not clean, & doesn't seem good for families.

May be this resort will suit for very rich people

5. Could maintain the property even better specially with good floor mats and not with towels

One of a few resorts of such type in the nearby area.Right on the east coast road. Large resort with plenty of amenities ,battery car facilities,parking facilities,seperate cottages ,swimming pool etc.A few km north from central university.

The food and the ambience were great! But unfortunately the guy taking our orders didn't have enough knowledge about the food in the menu! He said the veg sizzler comes with only tandoor veggies but no rice or fries to accompany! Whereas the non vegetarian sizzler had it. Being a vegetarian, i didn't like this bias at all. He didn't know saffron pilaf was rice in the ratatouille.
Anyway, we enjoyed what we finally ordered. But the dessert was a big disappointment. My friends n I ordered a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, specifically mentioning it to the guy to heat the brownie and put the ice cream on top of it. This can't be rocket science. We got a cold block of brownie with ice cream in another bowl, and all this after a good 20 min wait. Period.

Brilliantly maintained and stunning property with water bodies all around; pristine pool and an open to sky Jacuzzi in your room's balcony. Excellent plane to unwind over a weekend with your loved ones

Service and people are friendly and nice... But resort was not good at all.... When we went lake was under renovation... Swimming pool was dirty... In the night when we wer at pool power went off and it was complete dark for about 10min. Hotel people said no power back up is der... Over all experience really bad..

Excellent facilities. Lot of space to move and play around. The water pool running throughout the resort is the major attraction.

Contrary to the name, there s no private beach accessible from the resort. So, choose wisely.

Place is exceptionally beautiful.Cottages are spacious,well maintained and very clean. Staff right from buggi driver to general manager go out of their way to make you comfortable. Restaurant staff is also very courteous and prompt. I will recommend this place for travellers without any hesitation.
