Good for adults but not no much for kids. The activity centre is not good and is more or less useless for kids. Both the pools (Kids & Adults) are amazing though.

Really worth the money!!! Complementary breakfast is awesome with lots of choices. Rooms are neat with queen size bed. Kids really liked the pool, its very clean. Lockers also provided. Down side is it's little far from Pondy City and it's open parking. Staffs are friendly and cooperative.

A well maintained resort. Good place to spend quality time with friends and family. Peaceful place with a lot of ameNities in the property. Rooms with separate balcony between the lake/pond is a good add on to have. Room arrangement is also done in a planned manner keeping washroom and dressing areas separate from the bedroom. Property amenities include swimming pool, confrence halls for corporate events, paint ball and gaming arenas for kids, volleyball court, and much more.

Horribly maintained hotel with overpriced service. Rude staff and very less customer review value. The receptionist told to write a review of whatever kind as one review wont make a difference to them.

Wonderful experience. Right from the customer service to the ambience and the food, everything was perfect. It's perfect for everyone. They do have fun activities. The only disappointment I had is the swimming pool was closed due to covid. Other than that, my stay was perfect.

Relaxing Quiet.. Perfect for vacation with kids. Great staff, helpful, courteous, friendly and great with kids and their needs. Also the restaurant is really good. Good food.

The jacuzzi rooms are insane. Worth a visit. Wonderful place to be at. Amazing customer service too.

Travelled with family stayed for 2nights .It was awesome. Well maintained pool surrounded by water bodies. Great staff and courteous.

Very good resort with indoor pool, man-made lake with fishes, pet ducks and turkey birds and a local fisherman's beach at walkable distance. The staff is good and the pool is pretty good but a bit on the pricey side.

Staff and property is good. But rooms were poor - got their top end villa, loads of mosquitos and smelly rooms .
No restaurants nearby so you are dependent on the resort food - but options are few within the resort and Extremely expensive for the quality of food they provide.
Potential to make the resort better - food option wise and cleanliness wise.

Rooms and service was very nice. Nearly every Villa had an outdoor sit area. There was rust and unclean chairs. Would be better if this would be taken care of. The outside lawn and garden were nicely maintained. The Activity Room had Billiards and Table tennis which was very nice. There was space to play badminton but was not able to play it due the heavy breeze.
Would recommend the place !!!

We went for a weekend stay there 3rd may to 5th may. we took our own car and upon reaching we were welcomed got the corner roomn 201 of type fern. to me 201 to 205 and 2010 to 2014 are best rooms (two corner side). swimming pool is just awesome... everything was picture perfect... except few.. let me tell them 1. access card was not working properly, i had to struggle to open the door most of the time. when I brought this issue to front desk..she just ignored it and I had to struggle for next two days. 2. open parking in summer is really bad option, and they don't have valet parking. I did not expect it. 3. food taste wise was just awesome... wish it was 30min drive... I would have gone there for biriyani every week. charges for the food is really high...I am ok if taste and price... when you charge so high for food u must maintain quality and address quality related issue. restaurant manager was asking for feedback in every meal and I gave good feedback...but when I complained about fish and chips is smelling bad and too oily...he just showed his back...I had to throw the plate and pay for it...I did not raise any issue as I went to collect some positive memory.

overall our stay was good except these minor issues.

if you are going there with kids they have kids activity in the evening...we loved it. you must know that there is nothing nearby u need to go to Pondicherry to get anything which is around 10km...

What an amazing property at about 15 Kms from pondicherry. It is a must visit for a long relaxation seeking weekend. It has almost everything one needs for a good weekend. The spa service is impeccable and the staff are very well behaved.

The complimentary Breakfast was just average and the Food Menu is very highly priced (for Lunch & Dinner) like one Briyani costs Rs.530 + 5% GST. As this Resort is located 16KM away from Pondicherry, the Guests who stays there got only 2 options for Food: Either drive such a long distance for one Meal or shell out not less than Rs.1500 for a decent Meal for a couple. Adding the Service quality is also not upto the mark. The Staffs over there doesn't seem come from any Hotel management institute, they just employed some unemployed youths with Black pant and white shirt and make them to do Hotel Service. It is clearly seen as they lack in some basic protocol to be followed while treating the guests. Overall it isn't a great experience at all for the price they charge !!!

Picturesque place. Hospitality was amazing. The moment we arrived staffs made sure to collect our bags to shift to our room. They do valet parking, so no need to park your car yourself.

Pleasant welcome will be made. They have spa to relax yourself. By 10mins walk you reach the beach and they have other entry and exit to this beach.

They too have playing area for all age group. This resort covers more than 15 acres as per my knowledge. They have different category in room section.

Food is also equally good. One drawback is they don t serve alcohol because of government regulations, but you can carry your own and consume in your room.

Pool was amazing, such a lavish one. There is no distraction in the pool and kept upright to use.

Indeed a great place to stay if you are planning for Pondy.

A very big spacious resort, cottages are arranged mid water ponds_ a harbour kind of ambience. A very big ground and a tasty complimentary breakfast are huge plus. Bar and spa are little costly though. Indoor games are not well maintained. Beach access is through public road, no private access to beach.

Not of Ocean Spray is well-maintained, and the quality of the food could be better for its price. Its swimming pool is not heavily used not because all the guests booked their ocean swimming programme with A u r o s w i m on the beach, but perhaps many are too squeamish to take a dip in the swimming pool only to be chlorinated in other bathers' pee, snot and sunscreen. The hotel staff are well-trained, the rooms are well-furnished, and there are play areas.

The Best we found for our Anniversary! There was everything we asked for! My kid enjoyed because of the flora and fauna there. 5 min walk to beach, but we stayed inside the resort all the time. We took a Sky Jacuzzi room and every penny was worth it!

The property built up very well is maintained very poorly,I suggest they should handover it some of the very good operators like Ramada,Marriott etc.they will enhance the property what it is worth for
