Lovely place for a getaway. Wide range of rooms. A little pricey but memories are worth it

Very good staffing and neat and clean. We took heavens villa - with outdoor Jacuzzi. Very good food.loved all off it.

No good spread in food ...poor maintenence of resort....

A very good place to relax it's located around 10 km before the main city.the rooms and food quality was very good the pool was well maintained one of the disappoinment was the lake was under renovation.they also do offer lot of activities in the activity center

Worst resort full of theives do not go there and spoil ur vacation

Nice swimming pool and pool facing resort. The beach is far away but the setup is really good. You can feel the sea breeze but you can't see the sea.

Has that nice contemporary look and the space required for a decent resort. Lot of water bodies. No direct passage to the beach. Great maintenance.

Food is good. A large spread. Water bodies could be maintained better

Power fluctuations is the main problem needs improvement in presentation and hospitality...

first taking a option to enjoy your weekend with your colleagues or family in the resort is good .

then coming to the resort is big spot , a good property . you can enjoy all the amenities as mentioned in their web site .

you can also plan according to the days that you spend here . near by you can visit auroville ashram and the beaches near by.

if along pilgrimage also you can visit Hindu temples, chruch near by since French people stay here .

relaxation you have swimming pool that's maintained good and ground staff are good , they maintain it . news paper is also provided daily . bath room essentials are provided along for the room booked.

facilities in the room is refrigerator , locker safety facility , wash room with bath tub to refresh . balcony for good sight in early morning , late evening also .

you have DJ also and bar attached along according to your requirements and need for group visits .

nice time to go for morning walk also along with the pedestrians . enjoy your time once you visit . but coming to geographical , this is situated out of Pondicherry you always need a vehicle with you to make your life easier there .

Good spot for vacations. Environment is very good and you can enjoy the sea breeze but the access to the sea is separate and it's not safe visiting after evening. If the ocean spray had a private beach it's worth staying there.

Amazing resort. Had a real good time in the Bermuda villas. The outdoor playing areas like the badminton court were in a terrible condition. That is the only drawback I found. Otherwise, beautiful resort, five star service and the breakfast buffet was top notch.

Superb Resort. Excellent Villa resorts with water bodies.. we enjoyed our stay...

I chose this resort for a family vacation. Stayed for 2 nights. This is a huge property with lot of artificial water bodies inside. The rooms were large an spacious with bath tubs in the bathroom. I had selected a room that had two single beds. After booking, I had called up the resort to check if they would provide a room with a single large bed as we were going with our child. They said, that shouldn't be a problem and will join the two beds to make it like a single bed. When we checked in, we forgot to remind them about this. But as we moved to the room, we found that the beds were joined an made as a single large bed. Not sure if it was already that way or they arranged it for us. But it was a pleasant surprise for us.

One of the things I loved in this resort is its really large swimming pool. This was wonderful and we had spent several hours in the swimming pool during our stay. It was so refreshing! Even though the resort was full and there were several people in the swimming pool, it never appeared crowded due to its huge size.

Coming to the complimentary breakfast, the spread was quite good and the taste of the food offered was good too. We loved the breakfast and enjoyed it.

On the flip side, the lunch and dinner buffet were quite expensive. They said they only serve buffet in the restaurant and ala carte is served only through room service. We had ordered lunch through room service. Though it was pricey, the serving portion and the taste were excellent. We enjoyed the food.

The resort also offers few indoor and outdoor activities. Wish they had a private beach as well. Currently the beach access is outside the premises.

The staff were courteous and friendly. The check-in/out process was hassle free.

Enjoyed a lot during our stay here.

It's a nice place to visit and have a peaceful stay...with access to good food, sea beach, play area and sites to take decent pics. Service is also nice.

Sad and very rude behaviour from the staff... Only stars they have got from us is for their location and only location... Rooms are too cosy and cant fit even 02 adults and 02 children easily... Rooms are not symmetrical with each other so it all depends on luck as two rooms booked at same price also might be totally different...

Not upto the expectations level.
Service was good but it's quite exorbitant in providing basic needs which can be improvised.
No entertaining activities which makes the stay so boring. Food is good but can be better in adding more items to the breakfast buffet.

Booked for 3 nights stay in this resort. Looks great. Due to pongal holidays, all rooms sold out. Lunch was good and nice. Due to very heavy downpour today, could not explore more. Shall update later

It's was a surprise trip for my birthday... One awesome resort ever... Awesome sceneray from balcony view .and breakfast was so delicious.... I loved it....
