Beautiful landscapes, maintained well but because of corona swimming pool was not usable. Loved all the Serene waters and trees.
Not evn worth for 1 star, Location is fine, but seriously service is pathetic. It's 5 star, but it's not even 1 star. Stayed two days but can't even touch park Hyatt hotels. Rooms were not cleaned, no towels provided, no bath kit, no glasses to drink water, totally except bed nothing was there.. n comforters were full of stained. I don't recommend...no private beach, to reach beach u need to walk km, and that too not cleaned.. totally worst experience. Better don't opt this hotel

Decent place for a family; Swimming pool and play are are the main attractions. Beach is a bit far away, if beach is your priority, you may look for Le Pondy or RKN on the other side of the City. I would still rate Le Pondy is the best in Pondycherry

Wow what a place to loose yourself. There is everything you need for short holiday here. A beach just 400 metres is ye cherry on the top. Super clean property and spacious rooms. The breakfast here is kinda famous for I don't know what !!! Rather I liked Thier dinner buffet spread. Theree many things to do from swimming to archery and out doors games to indoor games. Kids will have fun and so the couples.

One of the best places in Pondi. Awesome swimming pool. Rooms and facilities are also good. Maintenance can improve a bit. Food in the restaurant is also very good. If you find food is expensive, there is a India Coffee House around 4 kms away. Approach road is very average.

It's a comfortable property that has begun to look a bit dated. It was under a bit of maintenance when we went during Christmas. Did enjoy their lovely welcome platters in the room and a complimentary invite to their Christmas Gala which had an amazing array for dinner. A five minute walk takes you through a fishing village to a beach. It's not as scenic as other places but is fairly empty at most times. You can do some fun stuff like zorbing and ATV on extra charge. Quiet and away from the city, with not much to do in the vicinity. Go for a quiet getaway and call the hotel directly to get better deals over aggregators.

Vast area with good rooms. But the maintenance was not good. The bathrooms were not so clean or well lit. The water in the fish pool was a bit dirty. Apart from that the place is so cool with a big play ground and has indoor games as well. No private beach and you have to walk out on the street next to it to get to the beach which is around 500 meters from the resort.

Infrastructure wise it is good. However there is nothing around. It's 15km from Pondy. Unless otherwise you have your own vehicle. Breakfast was good. They charge exorbitant rate for lunch and dinner which is not worth. Our room AC was not working and they have given a workaround. All staffs are very courteous. Hats off to them. Swimming pool was good. It's a overrated destination.

One of the good resorts on ECR for a weekend getaway. The property will be on your left on the way to Pondicherry from Chennai on ECR. Big swimming pool and well equipped rooms are its plus. What needs a big time improvement is maintenance, especially the artificial lake is extremely dirty with lot of insects. The front desk people could also be more attentive. It is not a beach resort but has an access to a road that takes you to the beach.
I request Ocean Spray not to categorise their hotel as 5 star for the 2 star facilities and service they provide. The room price and food costs are only 5 star. Totally disappointed with this hotel. Absolutely no maintenance. Their breakfast is unpalatable. The pond is unappealing to due low maintenance. The images and reviews are misleading.
Ambience is really beautiful. Good place to relax and stay as a family. pool is well maintained. surrounding is also too good. Breakfast is very good, but resort needs to change the menu if staying for more than two days. Prompt room service needs to be improved. Otherwise very good place to enjoy vaccation.
Best place for a getaway!! If u get a choice stay at the open to sky jaccusi room for the best experience. Food is great and the pool is just beyond
We were a group of 40 odd on a corporate get together and dinner. Food wasn't great. Lacked the basics of serving hot. Just 2 people Manning the entire buffet. Taste was very ordinary.

Awesome place to just relax and spend with family. Food taste is also delicious. There are lots of compliment activities and paid activities too. You can choose accordingly. Hospitality is also very good. Big swimming pool to hav fun with your family. Separate pool for kids with just 1.5-2 feet depth. Big ground to play outdoor activities. Only rule that might make us little unhappy is even if your kid doesn't eat properly you will end up paying extra money if he/she is above 6 years, minimum of 1500 per kid for MAP accomodation. One more problem is activity centre gets closed by 8pm and opens only by 9am. So you hav less tim to enjoy the activities and front desk gives the answer as management decisions.
Hospitality is not good... Managers are not polite..
In tamilnadu i think it's the best hotel and all in for family and all group of people and we can have the function halls and spa and . Club and night bar

The bathrooms are not well maintained..it stinks...the rooms are not well lit...very dim lights...Activity room for kids is right on top of Bar...also the activity room is not maintained...the artificial pond is not maintained properly...lot of mosquitoes....Breakfast is not worth the money we spend ...not a good place with kids...no private beach...it is around 500mts far...lot of fisherman's boats parked there...

This is a terrible property! We booked a luxury villa and the moment we entered it, it was so depressing:
- The jacuzzi was not working and leaking
- bathroom was stinking a lot
- no power sockets besides the bed
- no bath slippers or iron inside the room
- the villa area is completely in dark...no proper lighting
- No cleaning was done...there were wrappers lying here and there
- Their food menu is worse than a 2 star hotel
- No hand towels were provided!!!!
- In such a big villa booked for 2 people, we were given 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel!!!
- TV wasn't working!

A lake view. They maintain is well and regularly. They have a cafe and a restaurant. Food is pretty good. It's very calm and peaceful within their premises. Lovely for a nice walk around the property.
They have a huge hall with lawn area for events and functions. They claim the beach is private but you have to exit the property and walk down through a fishermen residential area. And not very safe after 6pm. Otherwise it's a great place within. High compounds and good sports and activities and recreational facilities.

I was there from 22 Dec to 24th dec. My room number was 125. The water took a lot of time to become hot, there was no proper bathroom cosmetics, there wasn't any bathroom mats, from the towels there was a smell of chlrofine and during the morning breakfast was very crowded. The staff wasnt able to cope uo with all the guests. There wasnt any plates or no glass for drinking water, no proper food like butter. They we giving the guests used glasses. So pls avoid this resort for your own hygieneness. This resort is no way connected with the beach

It's a wonderful 5 star resort to stay at reasonable price. One of the best resort in Pondicherry. Place is as described in the website, urban and with artificial lake. Food is good and so are the people. Best view is from top floors, Will visit again.

Stayed at Bermuda Villas @Ocean Spray. Experience was not extra ordinary. The room facilities were good, and house keeping staff were prompt and very friendly.
The ambience was not very great though. The water as they show in their site is not blue. Its rather green and had lot of algae in front of the villas which was a big let down. THe bathrooms are dark with black stone fitted to the wall. Go for it if you need peace from busy lifestyle and reasonable priced stay. The food however was expensive. The complimentary breakfast was strictly okay.
The best part of staying here is 5 minutes accessibility to the ocean which is outside the property. Best time to go to the beach is early in the morning or in the evening.
