We recently purchased a new home and needed to upgrade 2600 sq. ft. of the flooring. Bolder Image helped us through the entire process and made it a fun and smooth experience.

Not only was their selection huge, the materials were extremely high quality. The personal service was also top notch and made you feel as if your project was at the top of their list. I WILL definitely use them again in the future.

If you're looking to have a job done right, I would say look no further: Bolder Imagine and Floors is the place. I have done few remodels and this team is by far best of the best! Starting with the show room where they offer variety of choices. We had pleasure working with Jeff, who helped us pick all of the material to help us make our vision come true and helped us fit it all in our budget. Everything was done right on time and materials were delivered as promised on time. We had a complete remodel and had to have our home done by a certain date and that's where Baki and his team stepped in and truly showed their professionalism and craftsmanship. No delays, no excuses, everything was done just as we wanted and more! Baki helped us with his knowledge when we were unsure of few things and always guided us the right way. This was an extensive project and I can honestly say that thanks to Boulder Image and Floors it went on smoothly with perfect results. Very friendly staff.We were greeted by one of the manager's Debbie who was very helpful,patient and knowledgeable. She showed us variety of options way within our budget. I would totally recommend taking the time to check them out.

We feel bad that it has taken so long for us to write a referral for Boulder Image Floors. We met Jeff at a home show in the spring 2016. We have a 2222 sq foot house and knew we needed to replace carpet soon. We had been looking for tile for quite a while but couldn t find anything that we liked. In the meantime we decided to replace the kitchen cabinets. We visited Jeff s store and saw a several wood look tiles. He told us once the cabinets were installed to come back and he would help us find the right tile to go with the cabinets. There was never any pressure to pick something at that time. In Dec 2016 I found a porcelain tile at a MSI. However, they only sell to contractors. We wanted to know how much it would cost so we had it priced at another tile store closer to our house. The price was not in our budget and it did not include installation.

After the cabinets were installed we went back to Boulder Image Floors and I took a sample of the porcelain tile. We wanted to find something similar since we knew we could not afford it. When I showed Jeff the porcelain tile he happened to have the same tile in his store. He worked with us and the price for the tile and installation was less than just the tile at the other tile store. This was the beginning of a great experience. We had also been shopping for weeks for a backsplash for the kitchen. We could not find the right one and if we did we had to hire someone to install it. Boulder Image has a large variety to choose from. We found the perfect one and they installed it at the time they installed floor tile.
Jeff brought several pieces of the tile to our house and left them for a couple of weeks. He wanted to make sure we liked it and it was the tile we wanted installed. Jeff was the first person that offered to do this.
We didn t have to worry about finding someone to install the tile. Boulder Image has their own installers that are their employees. They were very professional and we were not concerned about leaving our house while they were there. We were very impressed with how well they worked together. They installed our tile in perfect lines. The tile flows from room to room. It looks like they layed the tile then built the walls on top of it.

The countertop installers left a gap between the countertop and the cabinets. Jeff s brother-in-law, who was the foreman of the tile install crew, said he would finish the job that should have already been done. They also put molding on the bottom of the cabinets so there was not a gap between the cabinets and tile. Geoff asked us if we were considering new baseboards. We said no and he explained why we should. Boy, are we glad we listened. We wish we would have realized sooner that he also sold and installed quartz countertops because we would have purchased them from Jeff.

We were told the job would take 2 weeks. They finished the within a week. We highly recommend Boulder Image. Our house looks so rich now. Whenever anyone comes over they cannot get over how great the floors look. When anyone mentions that they are looking at new flooring we always tell them to check out Boulder Image and not waste their time looking elsewhere.

Jeff and his team at Bolder Image Floors were super professional and nice to work with. I ended up buying quartz slabs from them after visiting a ton of places in the Phoenix metro area. Most places were not as nice, helpful or friendly as Bolder Image Floors. I haven't received the product yet but am looking forward to having counters again soon.

We used Bolder Image to Replace our Kitchen, Master Bath, and Tile floors (complete house). We were referred to them from another Company (Cabinet Cures) who refaced our cabinets (great company as well) and for good reason.
Jeff & Baki are running an awesome company that not only communicated clearly with quotes and work schedules, we loved them so much that they became part of our family. Their work crew are amazingly talented, work very hard, and are just good people that we 100% trusted, polite, and were thankful to have working in our home.
As work progressed, Baki would see something that needed fixing (outside of the agreed work) and he would just fix it without any hesitation. The crew cleaned up every evening and left our home in good standing and safe.
Most of all, the quality of work cannot be overstated. Excellent quality and there are good reason they have 5 star reviews. Any and all work going forward will be with Bolder Image!

They have great service and extremely large selection. We compared prices and we got a great product and a quality product. That it is way we came back for our second project.

We met Jeff of Bolder Image Floors at a recent Home Show. We were high pressured by all the other floor vendors but Jeff. He answered our questions and suggested we stop by the showroom. We did, that very same day! We had some very bad experiences with contractors, so we were cautious and vigil in our selection. After weeks of estimates, it was obvious that BI was by far the best company to put in our floors. Since he was the first person we had dealt with, it was hard to find anyone better! At one point in the final process, I started to doubt my choice of tile. Jeff put me in contact with a customer who had installed this particular tile. She sent pictures, the floor was beautiful, and washed away my fears!

We were able to start the process of installation almost immediately! The crew ran by Jeff s brother Bakki, was the best crew by far that we had worked with. They were hardworking, so very careful and considerate of our furniture. There was a fair amount of leveling that had to be done with the cement. They took extra time to make sure the floor was perfect for the new tile.

It looks absolutely beautiful. We are so glad we chose BI for our floors. Please, if you are considering new floors for your home, call Jeff, he and his crew are the absolute best! You will not be sorry you did!!

We had Bolder Image Floors install countertops throughout the house - kitchen, two linen areas, and three bathrooms. They also did the backslashes, flooring in two bathrooms, and installed the fixtures we bought. Jeff was patient and really helped us through the whole process so we could choose just the right materials. Baki and his team were amazing throughout the installation and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Even when there were hiccups, they were able to address them and fix it right away. Every project is going to run into some issue or other. It is how the company responds and partners with you that is a true reflection of their character. Jeff and the team were true partners.

Working with Jeff and Baki was the best decision we made.
We have had tile done to a 1/3 of our home in the past and the experience made us leery of doing our entire home this year. We met Jeff at the home show and we were immediately impressed with the knowledge and confidence he had. He guaranteed us a stunning new look to our home that included the demo of the old, new tile and new base boards in two weeks. (Our last guy took 6 weeks to do 1/3 of the work and we did the demo and the baseboards!) We questioned whether that much work could really be done in that time, being that our home is on a lot of 45 degree angles, but he said "No problem! I have a great crew!"
When his brother Baki showed up with the crew we were shocked with the amount of work that was done the first day... and ever day after that.
Being a painting contractor and working on projects with other contractors I can honestly say that Baki and his crew were truly some of the most professional, courteous and clean crews I personally have seen on a job. I have seen what some contractors can do to a home when working on them, and yes things happen, but there was no damage to walls and it was kept clean!
But here's the kicker... they did it in the time they said! Painless and beautiful just as promised! We couldn't be more happy with them, and definitely are having them back to remodel our master bathroom.

I would like to say my experience with Bolder Image Floors was the very best from start to finish. I highly recommend only the very best when your remodeling your castle its a big job and you need the right people to be helpful and not just make a sale. Thanks for being a true business for the people.

I bought a home built in 1995. The home had not had any updates since it was built. Jeff and his brother Baki came in and replaced the worn carpet and dated marble with wood-look tile [actually it was Baki and his crew that did all the manual labor, lol. Sorry Jeff !]. They did an amazing job. In addition to replacing all of the flooring they renovated the master bath by removing the tub, enlarging the shower space and installing a new vanity. They also replaced the cheap bi-fold closet doors with new closet doors in all of the bedrooms and also replaced all of the interior doors and baseboards. They renovated the fireplace by installing tile backsplash from floor to ceiling - and man it looks amazing! I even had them install a pocket door to the spare bathroom as a space saving measure and it turned out just great. I didn't have too many concerns during the renovation but whatever concerns I had were addressed right away. The job was done at a very reasonable cost and I did not have to deal with multiple contractors as Baki and his crew performed all the work themselves [except for the glass shower doors which were installed by one of their subcontractors]. The job started earlier than planned and was completed earlier than expected. The workplace was kept very neat and clean at all times and the construction trash was quickly hauled away. All in all, it was an excellent experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bolder Image Floors and I would definitely use them again.

Pictures speak for themselves (I posted before and after photos). The quartz from Bolder Image is beyond beautiful! Without having to replace all of our cabinets the quartz gave our kitchen a totally new look and feel. The waterfall edge was perfectly installed and stunning! Definitely check out Jeff and his team at Bolder Image, they have full slabs of quartz to look at so you don't have to pick from a tiny sample!

Bolder Image Floors did an exceptional job on my home project. Jeff s estimated project timelines were met and I was very satisfied with their ability to abide by the estimated project timeline. The crew removed stubborn tile and replaced the floor with beautiful new flooring and baseboards. The work crew was very professional, punctual, and had impeccable craftsmanship. Bolder Image Floors attention to detail when cutting and installing the new floors was meticulous as was their detailing with the new baseboards. I've never reviewed a contractor, but wanted to take a minute to write a review of Bolder Image. Jeff and Baki (brothers) were absolutely phenomenal professionals throughout our master bath remodel. From walking us through material selection, to planning our new space, to construction, they were awesome. Not only was the workmanship great, but the price was reasonable, too. Baki threw in a couple extras for free... like helping fix a cabinet trim piece in our kitchen (they didn't even do our kitchen remodel, so this was an especially nice touch!). Trust is everything in this industry, and they certainly earned mine. Case in point: I recently sent my mom and dad Bolder's contact info for their remodel.

I found Bolder Image Floors on a whim when the countertop slabs I was going to get fell through. I called Bolder Image Floors and Jeff Bojaj promptly answered. he met me at the warehouse and I was able to see available slabs the same day. he offered me many options, good prices, and he actually had the slab I was looking for. I got the slabs and they will be delivered to the fabricator. it was meant to be to meet Jeff and I would recommend Bolder Image Floors to anyone who is doing home renovations projects.

This review has been a long time coming! With all the work we've been doing on our home remodel, I had not had a chance to properly review until now. We decided to do much of our home remodel ourselves, but when it came to some of the bigger items like floors and countertops, we knew it was best left to the professionals. I cannot say enough about Victor and his team! They were so easy and great to work with. Honest, transparent, punctual, responsive, professional. They did a beautiful job on our kitchen countertops! We absolutely love how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future!

My wife and I had decided to replace our original white tile flooring and faux wood flooring with porcelain tile that looked like wood. We went to the Home and Garden show and selected 3 vendors to give us estimates. After visits from 3 sales reps we felt confident that Bolder Image Floors would get our business. The sales rep, Jeff, convinced us that his firm was extremely reputable and would provide the highest quality materials and workmanship. Besides being a good salesperson Jeff was a very cordial and friendly person, he told us stories of his family and life back in Europe and the struggles he and his siblings had in coming to America. He was also able to get the job started within a few days, this was unlike the other two vendors that said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the tile in, BI had our patter in stock. One day one they had all 1250 square feet of old flooring up and in a trash bin, over the next 5 days they meticulously laid our new porcelain floors in the most expert way. They removed all of the furnishings, installed the flooring, cleaned up beyond our expectations, and then professionally replaced all of the furnishings to our liking (many pieces were place in "new" places but they did not complain, they did as we wished). We are so proud and happy with our new floors, my wife is reluctant to put down some of the carpeting we had in the living room, she loves the new floors so much that she doesn't want to cover them. We picked Bolder Image Floors with a recommendation from a colleague from my husband's work. Jeff was enthusiastic about our project and helped us decide on porcelain wood tile choices and converting our leaky shower and dilapidated tub into a huge walk in spa like shower. We recently remodeled our 4000+sf. home, and what started out as a simple, "Lets replace the floors" ended up being a much larger project!
We replaced the downstairs floors/carpet with a great wood grain looking tile, that Jeff recommended, and we love it! We also replaced the carpets in the Main bedroom & formal living room too. And a whole new "Wall" entertainment unit was rebuilt, in the family room which offers more space.

The Second story, had all floors removed and replaced with quality carpet/padding too; however, during the removal process we found water damage due to older french doors! Baki, (Jeff's brother) repaired "ALL" damaged sub-floor, and re-framed the door entry for NEW sliding doors.
Furthermore, there was a "Second" Master bedroom/Bath conversion added, now offering our home 2 Master Suite's. Jeff offered some "Cool" design elements which we incorporated into all 3 bathroom makeovers as well.

The addition of many quality items, such as "Quartzsite" was added to all counter tops in the Kitchen, and bathroom counter tops/floors/fixtures were also replaced. White "Subway Tiles" now line our back splash in the kitchen, and traditional "beadboard" was used in an unconventional manner allowing for a new look. Our total home remodel project lasted slightly longer than planned; however, the end product was the focus!

Bolder Image Floors, have very talented personnel, and nothing seems to shake them, period! From start, to design, and to finish, Jeff & Baki, ran with the project and insured daily communication as necessary. Job site cleanliness, material control/storage, dust control, daily trash removal, and the list goes on... My wife and I, are very happy that we found a Contractor, (Bolder Image Floors), that understands "Quality of workmanship, integrity, fairness, and consumer needs."

Since the completion of our project, we have had our home appraised and the outcome was astonishing!!! VA certified appraiser was used, and again we were truly excited.

Everyone here is very professional and friendly. We bought wood tile for our home and they gave us the best price. I came back a few days ago for a couple of pieces that I needed and the owner was nice enough to give them to me. I can't say enough about this place, wish more companies were as good to their customers as they are here.

My wife and I met Jeff and Baki at the downtown home show last year and got a remodel estimate but we weren't ready to pull the trigger. We saw them again in Jan. and this time we were ready.
We were set on large tile for our 2200 sq ft project until Jeff showed us the new Vinyl planks and we fell for them. He gave us a good price and we setup the installation for the following week. Miguel led a crew of 7 guys and Baki oversaw the entire project. I was blown away with the efficiency and teamwork of the entire crew. It was obvious that the crew loves their jobs and love working for Baki and Miguel. They communicated with us throughout the project and the end result is amazing. I've never met anyone as talented and visionary (from a construction perspective) as Baki. He convinced me to do a bit more then I had originally intended and WOW am I glad he did.
Our project has only been completed for a few weeks but everyone who sees the work is blown away. Boulder doesn't nickel and dime you and they don't cut any corners.
We'll be throwing a lot more work in their direction based on our experience and we're also planning on doing our master suite with them next year. I highly recommend Jeff and Baki and the Bolder image team!

After seeing this company at a home show, we visited this store several times trying to figure out what style and color of floors we wanted for our new built home. Each time Jeff gave is his full attention to help us find what would look good in our home. Once we finally decided and our home was ready for us to move in this company came in and did everything from tearing out the standard tile, carpet and base boards, installing our wood plank tile with minimal grout lines and new base boards, and cleaning up and this even included repainting some of the walls that had gotten dirty during construction! If you are looking for meticulous, detailed workmanship from a professional company this is your place!

I recently purchased flooring for my house from Bolder Image. They have a great showroom conveniently located just off I-10, so my daughter and I popped in one weekend. I was impressed with all the different choices they offer and how many samples they have installed in the showroom. I was set on getting luxury vinyl plank and they had plenty of samples and price ranges to choose from. Jeff was great to work with! He let me take samples home to "try out." The delivery was convenient and the drivers were friendly. The product is exactly as it should be and I'm very happy with the end result. My project was suppose to be done in two weeks and it was completed in one & a half week, during the project I decided to make some changes and they were done without any complaints. Baki and his crew did a wonderful job installing hardwood throughout my house. I also remodeled my bathrooms and my kitchen and they look AMAZING!!!

In our case essentially the whole house, 1765 sq.ft. was tiled, it looks amazing, superbly done, they move the furniture, remove and reinstall the appliances, put up plastic curtains to minimize dust. Very accommodating crew. They really have earned six stars.

We meet Jeff Bojaj at a Home Show last spring and set up an appointment with him for an estimate. Jeff was enthusiastic, personable and friendly. He gave us an estimate on the spot and stuck to the original estimate throughout our kitchen/baths/laundry renovation which included flooring and cabinets. Construction started on time, was completed in 6 weeks and other than a few communication problems went smoothly. Jeff took care of any issues that arose quickly and effectively. My husband and I just bought a 1953 home a month ago and knew replacing our 1800 sqft of flooring would be a huge project! We started looking online for flooring companies and saw ALL of Bolder Image's 5 star reviews and decided to go to the showroom... we expected to "just get a quote" and then check out another couple of floor companies.... well. .. as many of the other reviews state... Jeff's customer service was BEYOND GREAT !! and the pricing for high quality product was comparable and better than "do it yourself" spots we had shopped around at already. .. we loved the way Jeff was upfront with pricing and didn't nickle and dime us for every little thing. ... one price, all inclusive = wonderful! ! (Removing all layers of previous flooring and baseboards, buffing and leveling floors, padding, glue, labor... everything!) We were sold! ! We agreed on a date for our project to start and flooring was one less thing we needed to worry about. .. I'll summarize everything else as. .. EXTRAORDINARY ! !! Such professionalism in all the workers, punctual, polite and great workmanship! !! Our floors look so awesome! ! We cannot say enough great things about this family owned company! We met Jeff at the home show last year and after shopping around decided to go with Bolder Image Floors. We had two floors replaced with a wood looking porcelin tile last spring. Bolder Image floors installed our wood looking tile flooring - and it is beautiful. The first the thing people comment on when they enter are the floors. It was a big job, removing 2000 sq.ft of tile and then installing it all over. The process was very pleasant. We went to the warehouse and picked out our tile and they had a team ready to install it the day we needed them to start. The team arrived at our house on time every day and the project was fully completed in time frame they gave us. The work was outstanding, a year later we have had no problems with anything they did. In addition they gave our fireplace a complete makeover, covering it with stone - looks fantastic! This team of workers were outstanding: timely, polite, helpful - even helped us by making a broom closet into a pantry. We highly recommend this company!!

I went looking for quartz slabs. Really cool place. The service is awesome. They make you feel at home. The prices are very competitive. This is a place I would trust sending my family to.

We met Jeff at a recent Phoenix Home and Garden 2016 show while trying to select a product and a contractor for a complete flooring replacement of a three story home. He is truly a delight to work with, extremely knowledgeable and flexible, and ALL of his staff members are amazing and very skilled in their trade. He helped us pick the perfect flooring products, was flexible to accommodate our crazy construction schedule and installed flawless flooring on all three levels of our new home. It's rare in itself to get a great price, high quality and incredible customer service these days but Jeff and his team achieved all and went above and beyond our expectations. Simply an outstanding experience......every single person who comes over to our house comments on how beautiful the floors are. We used Bolder Image to remove Saltillo tile that had been laid throughout our home 34 years ago, and to replace it with wood-look tile. They had done work for our friends, and their floors were done so professionally. Our project turned out beautifully! In addition to the new flooring, they installed new base boards and refaced our fireplace. The project started early and took the exact amount they estimated. Jeff made a great suggestion on product, and Baki and crew worked magic. We highly recommend them for your project!

Jeff has done the tile and wood floors on both of my homes during the past 8 years. His selection, knowledge, experience, and workmanship puts him above the rest. I have recommend him to my family and friends and they all say the same thing about him and his employees.

Wow! Best tile work I ever saw. We chose to do the entire house except for the bathrooms (which we will renovate later). We picked out a dark plank ceramic tile that was 36" by 9" using a 1/16th grout line. The tolerances are very exact. The uneven floor was ground in places and cracks filled. When it was done I could not see a tile that wasn't perfect. They even create a special tile entryway for use. We even had the baseboards done! What a fantastic job .Kudos to Jeff, Baki, Manual and the rest of the team for this fantastic job.

I was referred to Bolder today from my countertop installer and I couldn't be more pleased. I spoke with Jeff over the phone who strikes me as the owner. He invited me to their showroom where I was met with a welcoming smile from Hannah. She was an absolute pleasure the entire time! She was creative when working with my budget and somehow as a team they got me everything I wanted and more. I thought I was going to have to settle for an alternate countertop because of my budget but I didn't have to settle at all!! Thank God I stopped here before I purchased in Tempe. I couldn't be more excited for my new Quartz countertops! Love this place.

From start to finish, I have never experienced better customer service than I received from Jeff and his team. Often, you hire a company to perform work and once you give the deposit, you have to call and call and email and email to get responses. Not from Jeff and his team. It was always within a few short hours that they would respond. In my opinion, excellent customer service is what makes a business successful and they definitely are the perfect example.
