We feel bad that it has taken so long for us to write a referral for Boulder Image Floors. We met Jeff at a home show in the spring 2016. We have a 2222 sq foot house and knew we needed to replace carpet soon. We had been looking for tile for quite a while but couldn t find anything that we liked. In the meantime we decided to replace the kitchen cabinets. We visited Jeff s store and saw a several wood look tiles. He told us once the cabinets were installed to come back and he would help us find the right tile to go with the cabinets. There was never any pressure to pick something at that time. In Dec 2016 I found a porcelain tile at a MSI. However, they only sell to contractors. We wanted to know how much it would cost so we had it priced at another tile store closer to our house. The price was not in our budget and it did not include installation.

After the cabinets were installed we went back to Boulder Image Floors and I took a sample of the porcelain tile. We wanted to find something similar since we knew we could not afford it. When I showed Jeff the porcelain tile he happened to have the same tile in his store. He worked with us and the price for the tile and installation was less than just the tile at the other tile store. This was the beginning of a great experience. We had also been shopping for weeks for a backsplash for the kitchen. We could not find the right one and if we did we had to hire someone to install it. Boulder Image has a large variety to choose from. We found the perfect one and they installed it at the time they installed floor tile.
Jeff brought several pieces of the tile to our house and left them for a couple of weeks. He wanted to make sure we liked it and it was the tile we wanted installed. Jeff was the first person that offered to do this.
We didn t have to worry about finding someone to install the tile. Boulder Image has their own installers that are their employees. They were very professional and we were not concerned about leaving our house while they were there. We were very impressed with how well they worked together. They installed our tile in perfect lines. The tile flows from room to room. It looks like they layed the tile then built the walls on top of it.

The countertop installers left a gap between the countertop and the cabinets. Jeff s brother-in-law, who was the foreman of the tile install crew, said he would finish the job that should have already been done. They also put molding on the bottom of the cabinets so there was not a gap between the cabinets and tile. Geoff asked us if we were considering new baseboards. We said no and he explained why we should. Boy, are we glad we listened. We wish we would have realized sooner that he also sold and installed quartz countertops because we would have purchased them from Jeff.

We were told the job would take 2 weeks. They finished the within a week. We highly recommend Boulder Image. Our house looks so rich now. Whenever anyone comes over they cannot get over how great the floors look. When anyone mentions that they are looking at new flooring we always tell them to check out Boulder Image and not waste their time looking elsewhere.
