My wife and I had decided to replace our original white tile flooring and faux wood flooring with porcelain tile that looked like wood. We went to the Home and Garden show and selected 3 vendors to give us estimates. After visits from 3 sales reps we felt confident that Bolder Image Floors would get our business. The sales rep, Jeff, convinced us that his firm was extremely reputable and would provide the highest quality materials and workmanship. Besides being a good salesperson Jeff was a very cordial and friendly person, he told us stories of his family and life back in Europe and the struggles he and his siblings had in coming to America. He was also able to get the job started within a few days, this was unlike the other two vendors that said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the tile in, BI had our patter in stock. One day one they had all 1250 square feet of old flooring up and in a trash bin, over the next 5 days they meticulously laid our new porcelain floors in the most expert way. They removed all of the furnishings, installed the flooring, cleaned up beyond our expectations, and then professionally replaced all of the furnishings to our liking (many pieces were place in "new" places but they did not complain, they did as we wished). We are so proud and happy with our new floors, my wife is reluctant to put down some of the carpeting we had in the living room, she loves the new floors so much that she doesn't want to cover them.
