I would like to describe my recent experience with Jeff at Bolder Image Floors in Phoenix. We met him on a Saturday to choose wood-look tile for two bedrooms. Jeff was able to assist us with the color and type of tile expertly. His product knowledge and customer service skills were outstanding. He was flexible with price and delivery of the product as well.
