It is the first time that I have tasted Panuozzo, a typical food, sandwich / focaccia, I don't know how to translate it, from Campania cuisine.
I ordered it with fresh ricotta courgettes and cured ham in bicongia, an excellent product by Bonuccelli di Camaiore.
I was very impressed and satisfied with the choice. Too bad he no longer had room for the dessert. My fault. I'll be back seeing the tempting choice.
