As regards the speed of delivery I have nothing to say. They are effective.
I didn't like two things:
- I requested a shipment of five bottles for gift (1 euro additional cost). I imagined that I would receive a packaging per bottle. It was not so. I got a package for two bottles and another for three. Logically, they don't help me at all. I called to make a claim and they told me that there is an information note when you click on the option of gift packaging informing the client that Bodeboca chooses the packaging minimizing the number of packages, and that if you have a special need, contact them.
Obviously, I did not read the message carefully. My mistake.
However, this packaging policy makes no sense. The normal thing that one expects if one asks for more than one wine as a gift is that the same number of gift boxes arrive. The option proposed by Bodeboca by default is just the exception. The packaging policy should be just the opposite. To minimize the number of gift packages have not minimized the cost of them, which has been the same (1 euro per packaging).
In short, I have to settle for some packaging that doesn't help me. Lentils or lentils.

On January 16 (almost 4 weeks ago) I placed an order that appeared as shipped 2 days later. On Monday 25 (after 2 weeks) and seeing that the package did not arrive, I send them an email. Since no one answers me, 2 days later (Wednesday 27) I call them by phone and they tell me that they have received my email but they have not been able to answer me so quickly. I explain the matter to them and tell them that I think it has been lost, they tell me that they are going to investigate it and tell me something. The following Monday I still have not received any response and I will call you again. They tell me that they cannot locate the shipment (it has been 3 weeks) and that they are going to send me a replacement. On Tuesday February 2 they prepare the new shipment, on Thursday the shipment begins and again on the carrier's website the shipment does not appear. I call them again on Thursday 4 and tell them that I think it has been lost again, but they again downplay the issue and tell me that the carrier's website does not always update it. Do not worry that I will receive the order before Monday 8. On Monday, February 8, I call again and ask them that if they do not locate the shipment, they will return the money and please, whatever they call me and inform me of that day. Since I am the one who has to contact them all the time. The person who in theory takes that order and I have not spoken with her at any time, again does not give me any kind of explanation or contact me. The order has not arrived, they do not refund my money and nobody contacts me ... Second order lost (2 of 2). Anyway, better buy wine anywhere else ...

We placed an order on Monday, on Wednesday we called to ask for the follow-up (why it does not appear in the order) and they told us that it was going through Celeritas, but that normally they give the package to another courier, that they would send us an email or call us with follow-up. On Friday, as we had not received an email or a call, we had to call a second time to ask and they told us the follow-up that the package had been given to Correos Express. We looked at the Correos express website and it indicated the "incident" status.
We call Bodeboca for the third time and they tell us that the package is on time (order placed on Monday and not delivered on Friday) and that they have no record of any incident.
As we know the delivery man, we investigate and find out that indeed, the package has been broken for two days in the express post office. We called Bodeboca a fourth time to tell them this information of which they had no record when the package had been BROKEN for 2 DAYS in the parcel and Bodeboca tells us that they reimburse us or send us a replacement. We requested replacement, but of course, they did not have all the products in stock and we had to modify the order.
Tuesday of the following week, we call Bodeboca FOR THE FIFTH TIME and they tell us that they are processing the shipment, which will arrive between Wednesday and Friday, that is, 11 DAYS AFTER HAVING PLACED AND PAID THE ORDER.
Wednesday afternoon, we received an SMS from Correos express indicating that they will deliver the package shortly.
We are on Thursday at 1:00 p.m., the package still does not arrive and emails or calls from Bodeboca to report something zero.
To be in the digital age and for those of us who are used to buying online, I can say that the delivery time and after-sales service is deplorable and with the wine websites that exist, I doubt that I will buy from them again given the disastrous experience with this delivery.

I reiterate that the shipment of the missing merchandise could not be carried out because, according to you, there was no longer stock of some bottles. That is why I asked for the corresponding refund. This as of today has NOT happened.

If, as their good words say, "from Bodeboca we are always at your disposal", I beg you to return the money that I have paid for merchandise that I DO NOT have.

His last words of "contact us to proceed with the corresponding collection and refund" do not make any sense. They have proof that I have contacted him numerous times to make the refund.
