We placed an order on Monday, on Wednesday we call...

We placed an order on Monday, on Wednesday we called to ask for the follow-up (why it does not appear in the order) and they told us that it was going through Celeritas, but that normally they give the package to another courier, that they would send us an email or call us with follow-up. On Friday, as we had not received an email or a call, we had to call a second time to ask and they told us the follow-up that the package had been given to Correos Express. We looked at the Correos express website and it indicated the "incident" status.
We call Bodeboca for the third time and they tell us that the package is on time (order placed on Monday and not delivered on Friday) and that they have no record of any incident.
As we know the delivery man, we investigate and find out that indeed, the package has been broken for two days in the express post office. We called Bodeboca a fourth time to tell them this information of which they had no record when the package had been BROKEN for 2 DAYS in the parcel and Bodeboca tells us that they reimburse us or send us a replacement. We requested replacement, but of course, they did not have all the products in stock and we had to modify the order.
Tuesday of the following week, we call Bodeboca FOR THE FIFTH TIME and they tell us that they are processing the shipment, which will arrive between Wednesday and Friday, that is, 11 DAYS AFTER HAVING PLACED AND PAID THE ORDER.
Wednesday afternoon, we received an SMS from Correos express indicating that they will deliver the package shortly.
We are on Thursday at 1:00 p.m., the package still does not arrive and emails or calls from Bodeboca to report something zero.
To be in the digital age and for those of us who are used to buying online, I can say that the delivery time and after-sales service is deplorable and with the wine websites that exist, I doubt that I will buy from them again given the disastrous experience with this delivery.
