I spent a month claiming a box that did not arrive and in the end worried that they would not give it to me, since according to the delivery note they had already delivered it to me. When you send an email to their after-sales service, they always say ... due to the high volume they can't answer ... you have to wait 48 hours. We are quite pessimistic. I tried to get a supervisor to call me but that was denied. In the end the box arrived but it was a fight. I did not like it. I think Bodeboca is for the masses. It is the McDonalds of selling wine online. I will certainly look for a more premium provider.

I had given them a single star in my previous comment, now I give them 4 stars, since I have realized that the culprit really was the provider in charge of logistics. I have had an order replacement because it did not appear and today 2 different companies appeared with the same order to deliver (one took 48 hours since it was sent, the other took 48 hours to deliver a package and 19 days the other). Even so, I think there is some room for improvement, so that several days do not go by without being informed about an incident, that user experience could be improved.

Once they deliver the package to Celeritas they ignore it, they do not follow up. If you have a problem and you send them an email, they don't read it or, if they do, they don't do anything about it. And if after a few days you call them on the phone, they don't take all possible measures to satisfy the customer. What's more, even if you tell them that, despite having been a customer for years, you're going to stop being a customer, they don't care. And also, although the amount is charged immediately when you place the order, the refund takes at least 3 days to do so.

After 5 years of orders, they have had to change the logistics provider and deliveries are being a disaster, they do not arrive, they arrive late or in parts. And worst of all, no response from Bodeboca.
I don't know if the product is good or bad because I have not received it yet, but what is delivery is outsourced to Celeritas, which in turn sends it by post. Result, it comes when you feel like it, exceedingly breaching the deadlines.
I sign up and using the 10 voucher I make the first purchase, of which I see the total before paying, but on the Visa I see that they have charged me the total without discount. I claim and they don't listen to me. They tell me to spend it on another purchase, but that they ask you for another 60 minimum again and the system no longer gives me guarantees. I placed my order 2 months ago. To this day I have not received my order nor a refund nor even an explanation what happened. I have written to customer service multiple times asking what is going on. Each time it takes days (weeks!) to get a reply, and each time I get a reply that they are contacting the transport agency in order to know the reason of the delay I have never received a follow up, never an apology, even though I have proactively written to ask if they have an update I again get a message that they are contacting the agency. I have asked them to cancel my order a week ago, zero reply. I hope I get my money back eventually and I will never ever shop there again.

You call Bodeboca's telephone number and they don't answer. You leave a message on the answering machine with your number to be called back and nobody calls. You send an email and nobody answers. You send another one trying to cancel the order and they don't answer either. You ask that the amount of the order be returned and the silent one for response. I am a premium customer with no problem before but it seems that the change of ownership of the company has made the operation now a disaster.

They should have delivered an order on Tuesday. On Wednesday I notified them by email that it had not arrived and that the carrier said there had been an accident. I told them that I agree but that, due to exceptional circumstances, I needed it to be delivered without fail the following Monday. And there was no way, they told me they couldn't assure me. From my work I know perfectly well that there are parcel companies that certify the delivery on a certain day, so if they had wanted they could have done it. But they didn't want to. So I am not going to buy anything from them again. By the way, when I made the order they charged me the amount immediately, but they tell me that the refund takes at least 72 hours.
