Terrible quality store, after a month waiting for ...

Terrible quality store, after a month waiting for the wine I ordered, it has not arrived, I have been calling and sending emails and finally they will not send it to me, they could have warned before. They blame the transport company but they say that the product is out of stock and they do not send it, after a month with my money collected.
Very little professionalism. There are much better stores.
I am very displeased with the attention and the solution offered.
Regrettable.
