When placing my order (paying in advance) it clearly stated on its website "GUARANTEED delivery before Christmas Eve", neither did my order arrive nor did I receive any notification
I asked for explanations by email but I did not receive a response, I called by phone and they replied that they did not have stock of the wine I had ordered so they would not send it to me for New Year's Eve either. Everything seems to indicate that on special dates they admit many more orders than they have the capacity to process (charging in advance and with false guarantees of delivery).
It is clear that the professionalism and reliability of this company is nil and I can only think that either I have had very bad luck or so much positive evaluation of this company is "suspicious".
