I recently bought a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium from Chris Mitchell... What a GREAT experience! He was so patient with me (as I have a very hard time making decisions!!), helpful, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently asked him if he could come get my car while I was at work to get a few little scratches fixed and get a car wash. He actually came up to my work and personally handed me my keys after he took care of it and thanked me... WOW! I was the one thanking HIM! He really does put the customer first.
