We were shopping for a new truck and Bob Pulte quickly gave a good trade in value for our used truck. They kept us informed of the status of our new truck order and finished the deal the day our new truck arrived. Our new truck even arrived two weeks earlier than expected! Glenn Hoover and Brandon Young did a great job! We were also very pleased there were no hidden items or dealer add-ons that we did not request. We are very happy with the service we received and won't waste our time traveling to other dealers on our future vehicle purchases. We will return to BobPulte cause "we love the Pulte Price!"

My car was messed up I'm really thankful that they got us in and out probably within the hour my kids with dad passed away a couple years ago so that's the reason we was in town because I was taking out 12 year old son to new places to celebrate his dad's birthday I'm very grateful did they help us get back on the road

I have to say I love this dealership first time I went with my girlfriend and she got a nice deal on a nice optima and didn t take long at all. We love the car and the experience. Then 2 years later on that anniversary of buying that car I went and got a used Chevy truck again in and out in barely anytime all great deals and vehicles and I love it...way better then anywhere I ve been like a dealership that wastes 3+hrs of my time ...so I suggest coming here when they have a vehicle you want , you won t regret it.

I purchased a 2016 Silverado High Country. The salesman was very knowledgeable with the features of my truck and was quick to show me how they operated. During both of my trips to the dealership, Bob came in and spoke with us. Unlike other dealerships, we felt welcome and not just another dollar.

Multiple times came in for the same issue. Paying for the same issues to be diagnosed, but still not fixed. Less than a year ago paid for a 4 tire alignment which didn't take away the issue. Told I needed tires replaced, but pushed past using tire warranty.. Replaced tires and only had a two tire alignment instead of 4. Coupon wasn't used again. Paid 89.95 instead of 49.95. Paid for other items that should have been included. Service isn't anything like it used to be. What was written on the document wasn't what was told. Discussed the coupons prior to leaving the car and was told could give later even though coupon says give in advance. Multiple ways of complaints being written incurred more charges when these items were looked at and paid less than a year ago as stated previously and as well prior to that. Same issues continue. As steering wheel shakes heavily. Still a clunking noise under near steering to front end. Still much noise with breaks. Told now that new tires are placed on that can't look to fix until after 500 miles is put on car. Also did not receive the usual tire purchase documents along with usual warranty, not including the added warranty I purchased at almost the tire price. Looking for the actual warranty. Service highly questionable and only advancing costs without fixing for some time. I like to service my car where I buy it, but its lacking dependability. Since the current service manager Randy has taken over satisfaction has declined highly. Test drives showing issues and acknowledged at the time by mechanics are later stated on paperwork that they could not be reproduced. This I am told continously is due to Randy telling it to be stated. His behaviour has lacked professionalism at best and has even reached making accusations that were disproven. The service department was one of the tops when Dewayne was there. I really believe they should bring him back. I have sent many people there to buy new cars from friends to family and colleagues. I have had intention to purchase a new vehicle, but this continual issue of service is making question the worth of doing that. Otherwise ownership and other staff members are usually helpful and pleasant. I do hope that the future brings back the pleasant and hassle free actual service in the future that always made the 45 minute drive worth it.

Excellent dealership! Jesus is a great salesman. Very friendly and helpful. Our visit there was quick and we got to drive out in less than an hour. Even the paperwork signing was fun and quick. My wife is very happy with her anniversary present. The warranty covers most of the loan period unlike our last car. Outstanding!

Awesome experience while buying my camaro. Came in with exactly what I wanted, my order was flawless and quick and rough estimates for delivery (completely out of dealers hands) was on the money. Highly recommend this group, specifically Jesus Velasquez (my sales rep). Jesus was honest, very accommodating and went above and beyond to answer my questions (first time ordering a car). He came in on his day off to deliver my car a day early and beat the poor weather we had coming. Highly suggest asking for Jesus.

Polite and courteous staff. Quick service. I had my oil changed, recall fixed and had tires balanced, rotated and a slow leak fixed (was something in the tire). My only complaint is the cleanliness of my vehicle after my maintenance. My rims had dirty hand prints on them and the wheel wells also had greasy hand prints that I had to wash off. Having just had my truck washed, I found this to be a tad aggravating. I did not notice this until I was already home. I would refer others to your business but give them a disclaimer about how my vehicle was left after the service.

I had a no hassle, welcoming experience. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Roger was unlike the typical salesman, he didn t try any prototype propaganda. He was relatable and that was refreshing. I buy a lot of cars and I ll definitely be returning here. Karen from the finance department was a very nice lady as well. Very thorough in her explanations of the contracts and available warranties.

we had a great experience at Bob Pulte.Dick Brooks was great. He wasn't too pushy and found what we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchases...yes we bought 2 vehicles. After we purchased the Colorado, we were in the market for an economical little car to commute to work. We didn't want anything fancy, just bare bones and economical on gas and inexpensive.Dick provided this and took the time to show us how to operate the vehicles.He also ordered a missing manual for the Colorado..he was pleasant, professional and delivered what we needed.

We stopped in Friday, 04/10/2020 with a broken seat belt. Randy from service insisted we leave the vehicle and put us in a loaner vehicle immediately. He had to get the part from Beavercreek and still had it repaired within 2 hours. Fantastic service from this service department and thank you Randy for helping and repairing so quickly. What a great sales experience. I had gone up to the dealer twice to look at a Cruze Hatchback and after looking at another car at Ford (not recommended) I decided to finalize the deal. By far best Chevrolet Service department in the area. Most truthful and trustworthy salesmen, and servicemen. They go out of there way to help you. They have picked up our car and dropped it back off after an oil change at no extra charge. I bought a replacement radio when mine went bad and they programed it for free.

I have used this dealer multiple times for our truck. They have always been professional and very helpful. Two years ago we we're loaded with a bed full of luggage, food, ect. We also have a bed cover. When leaving for our trip the tailgate latch came undone and we could no longer get into the bed of the truck. Called three dealers in route and no one else could get us in, But Bob Pulte took it on and had it fix and us back on the road in no time. Been pretty dedicated to them after that experience. They earned that one star. Like a dealership who takes advantage of their customers? Do you like a dealership that gives you multiple points of contact with each contact telling you different things? How about a dealer with one of the most high-pressure sales environments you'll ever experience? Well here's where you can attempt to purchase your next vehicle. Believe me, when I say this is one of the most poorly managed and backwards places you can go to look at vehicles. Prepare yourself for the confusion and bad attitude atmosphere that surrounds this place. Don't worry they will knock $100 off a used vehicle price to "help you out" when your sitting at the salesmen's desk but when you inquire online via their messenger chat you can get $300 of the asking price right off the bat! Glad I didn't do business with them but still just super disappointed in the whole process. Very nice PR manager, more helpful then the sales team.

Went their for some repair to my car. I left my car there for few days. When I got back to get my car they couldn't find the keys. Even when they were not sure where my car was they wanted me to make payment. And after j made payment I had to wait for 15 mins or so till they could find my keys. I didn't like that I felt if they were missing keys that should be priority and not payment. But work done was good so I guess it's fine.

Service department was horrible brought car in for problems with the radio and they said I needed new brake pads and rotors. I didn't notice any problems with the brakes at the time but I took them for their word. A few months later I was noticing problems with the brakes now and after only 4000 miles later needed them replaced again and they refused to reimburse me. Always ask for your old parts you can't trust the work was actually completed there

Bob Pulte is by far the best Chevrolet dealership. We have purchased 2 cars from Skeeter Shaw and he is a wonderful salesperson to deal with. There is no high pressure or trying to get you to purchase something you do not want. Skeeter listens to what you want. We continue to bring our cars into Bob Pulte as they take great car of us and our cars. They are a dealership that cares about the customer.

My husband and I had a great experience with Travis in Sales. I would recommend him to anyone. He was honest, and worked with us, and he was not pushy at all. The only thing I noticed from reviews is all there used cars are buy as is . My husband and I bought a used truck and it was buy as is . We were told the truck had a full inspection. We only had our truck a week and there was a problem with the front wheel bearing hub that cost over 500 dollars. I was told this could have been missed, but I don t believe how it could have been missed. They did work with me and my husband and paid half. They do offer a warranty but we had to buy it, and it wasn t worth what it only covered. I think they should at least have a 30 day or even a 15 day warranty. This would make the customer feel more confident that they did an inspection, and that would make the company look competent. I will go back if I am buying a new car, but I will not go back for a used car.

I was able to text them the details & a few pics of my trade, & they got the ball rolling & I had a trade offer within a couple of hrs. Je us did a fantastic job getting me into one of my dream cars. This was an exciting day for me, & Je us made the whole process fun & enjoyable. I definitely will send people to Bob Pulte Chevrolet, the entire staff was amazing from start to finish!!

I even told the salesman that I would contact him the next day with my decision and he was fine with that. i purchased my Hummer the next day.
