Good place to spend in a good family at night. At least in my experience uncomfortable bed and TV with defective screen.

Magic place, rooms on the beach, great bar, fantastic pool, good prices

This is one our most favorite hotels, it has great snorkeling right out the back of the hotel. The staff is always nice and willing to answer questions.. they treat you like family..

The place has a swimming pool and its beach is private. But the rooms and service to them can improve. The room was dirty.

Rooms without coolers, unlit beds and the green pool and without being able to use. Positive only the restaurant.

Worst hotel I've seen in my life. The rooms have walls, acoustics and cabinets full of mushroom. The service is terrible, security of the place is terrible. The bathtubs and the sinks are disgusting, the towels are given to you dirty and they do not change them, the sheets and friezes are stained. Honestly I felt disgusted at the place. I do not recommend them ...

Asia Italy Restaurant is amazing! I had the Crazy Dream Stuffed Choose Cheese fish with Pork Thai rice. A must have! These guys have it down!

Enrealidad not a star because when we arrived the reception was dirty, the room had a bad smell, the mapos are still using them while they are black, and the beds are more uncomfortable than in a motelillo, and finally the room where they keep the bread and the rest of cleaning does not fit more dirt.

Service it's not what I expected. Rooms are in bad shape and not clean enough.

ASIA ITALY SUSHI BAR RESTAURANT is the best of JOYUDA !!! Next to the beach and a tremendous family atmosphere and friendly! The exquisite meals and the treatment of the show bartenders!

We bought an excellent deal but the cleaning was Terrible !!

Trash in the trash cans in the room, dirty mirrors, sand on the beds, dirty sheets and curtains, the mattresses were very hard! The pillows were stained and dirty. Anyway, a bad experience. And it's sad because they have a great place to get the most out of it, but they need to invest and love it.

It is a fraud. First of all they offer WiFi and can rarely connect. The pool does not work. The room, we arrived and we had to change rooms. The air did not cool and the plugs did not have electricity, but to sleep it is good and it had a balcony that looked out for him. Very degradable, we rented two rooms and my son was in one and there were only two towels, I asked the waitress, can you please give us two towels, my son has three children and she answered, no, there are only two towels per room, I I was thinking of giving him a tip, but I do not earn it, I was also a waitress and the customer is always first, on the other hand the toilet was covered and the bathtub was disgusting and to complete the pool it was green, in the end we did not enjoy it, a urgent renovation !!!

Good pretty and cheap. To spend the night between beach and beach is fine if you get an offer. It is clean and cozy, they treat guests well. It is not a luxury hotel but for beachgoers it is excellent. The restaurant is only open at night, the food is excellent.

The location is very nice, with a small private beach and the restaurant looking right over the water, however some of the appliances are out of date.

This is a great place with great people! Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton.....But you will not be disappointed with your stay. Possibly my favorite place on the island.

Fatal!

I arrived late at night with my husband and decided to stay the night $ 86 when we entered the room was worse than that of a motel of death, matre uncomfortable. There is a TV and the plug that is next to the TV does not work. We were told that the price included breakfast. In the morning we saw in the lobby of the hotel a very poorly presented table with two bags of spice bread a pot of jelly and coffee. Very bad experience but only this happens once ... We do not return
