Front and rear impact damage to a 2018 Ford Edge w...

Front and rear impact damage to a 2018 Ford Edge with 8K miles was hidden. I came from Columbus OH and multiple times asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle and was confirmed more than once it is in perfect condition. I found the front edge damage (broken fairing, broken intercooler shutter fan, broken plug and connector, scuffed Ford emblem) rear end damage (deep gauges and paint scrapes), and protective plates on undercarriage not properly attached within five minutes!! The used car sales manager and sales rep both said they had not seen this before... if they didn t see this I wonder what else they aren t seeing on your purchase. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE!

We have bought over 6 cars here and they are the best. Jim is a great salesman and he really likes to see what the customer wants instead of pressuring. Amanda the finance manager is excellent at explaining and helping decide what place for loans is the best for the customer. Keep it up guys!

Took my car in for a simple fix, code P2138. My appointment was at 8:15am. I waited in the parking lot for 5 hours expecting to wait maybe an hour. My husband called them at the 5 hour mark to see what was going on with my car and they told him the guy that was fixing my car went on his break. Then got a call about 20 minutes later when we had given up and gone home that my car was done. 4 days later my engine light came on again and threw the same code. Ended up fixing my car myself. They couldn t even figure out why my speakers weren t working with the 5 hours they had my car. Worst service I ve ever had with a Chevy dealer. This one is a waste of time and money.

Went to look at a used Equinox, the very inexperienced salesman tried to persuade me to buy a brand new one. Then offered me over 3 thousand less than kbb or NADA on my 09 Camry. Another thing is every numbers were always a verbal estimate. Interest rate, trade in, payment, not once physically showing me any numbers. An hour wasted and left.

This week we had a highway mishap that causes a broken fuel line on our 2012 Equinox. I am quite certain that the service department worked us in at high priority and got us back on the road. Mr. Pulte even came out to offer us coffee and ask what had brought us in. A great big THANK YOU to the entire team and especially to Mr Pulte for promoting a great culture at his dealership.

Again the service department gets a 5 Star rating from me. Your service managers got my truck in and fixed the day I called with an issue. Professional, courteous and honest.
No need to get my vehicles serviced anywhere else.

Our experience at Bob Pulte Chevrolet was exceptional. The used cars that we were shown were of far better quality than what we were shown at other dealerships. Skeeter Shaw was very honest with us regarding the cars that he showed us and steered us toward what we were looking for, not what he wanted to sell us. The entire team seemed to operate as a large family. They made the time that I spent purchasing this car, as well as one other used car and a new car (all day long) very comfortable. I believe that, for the price, I have gotten a good quality car in the Honda Accord, as well as in the 2006 Malibu and the 2014 Camaro. I will definitely refer others to this dealership and I will definitely return for any other vehicle needs that I have.

After being exhausted from car shopping at multiple dealerships, we found a refreshing change of pace with the customer service and pricing at Bob Pulte Chevrolet. Salesman Jonathan treated us with respect, found what we wanted, and gave us the best price with discounts. He went out of his way to stay past closing hours with us (twice!) and even came in on his day off to meet our needs.

The sales staff were very helpful, everything was taken care of quickly, I did not feel pressured at any time, and I got a great deal! I had a great experience working with Dick Brooks and I'm very happy with my new vehicle. I highly recommend Bob Pulte Chevrolet to others in the market for a new vehicle.

I ve taken my truck here 4 times to be repaired and Blake has done a great job every time explaining what the problems are and makes sure I m taken care of. Took longer than expected to get my truck back but had a loaner so I was alright. Probably the best Chevy dealer in all of Ohio.

UPDATE: Had a horrible experience when I took my truck in to be serviced. The motor was knocking and I told them it had NO oil in it. So they come back the next day with a quote of $7,300 to replace the engine so I told them it wasn t worth that. So I come the next day to pick it up, they drove it around the building to park it out front for me and handed me the keys. I checked the oil level and they were driving it with NO OIL. If they would have put some in, it may not have been $7,300 to fix it. They most likely did MORE damage. They told me, It s pointless to put oil in a bad motor motor. Needless to say.... I won t be going back and I definitely will tell everyone to stay away from this place.

I drove from central Florida to pick up my new Tahoe on a Saturday morning. I arrived at the dealership at about 7:30 not expecting anyone to be there until 9am. I was pleasantly surprised to find Randy Rahmes, the General Sales Manager, already there. He provided coffee and a comfortable place to wait while they detailed the vehicle and then delivered it to me. I was on the road headed back to Florida by 9:30am, only 30 minutes after their official opening time. I was very impressed.

Went to a few dealerships in the greater Cincinnati area when looking for a new vehicle. Deondre at Bob Pulte was by far the best salesman I worked with during the whole experience. It never felt like he was trying to push me towards signing, and he calculated several different financing options to help me get the price I was looking for. I'll definitely be back when looking for my next vehicle!

I bought a service contract thru them when I bought my car my car started having problems, I called to get an appointment 2nd week of June they said 2 weeks but the day I bring it in will be day before July 4th so they could run test but probably couldnt fix it so July 2nd my husband was in a car accident and I could not take car in , this was the only car we had at the time so I canceled appointment and called day after to reschedule at that time I explained I needed an appointment asap or I needed a rental or a loner car because this was my only car since accident I was told then they had no appointment for 3 weeks and no loners was told I would be put on a list for loner , so on Monday July 15th I called in I was stranded car overheating and still no loner no help said they couldnt help , so I had to call 1800 Chevrolet they got me towed to another dealership that had car in shop next day to find out battery was bad , and the water pump was out , also when they changed my oil last time someone stripped my oil plug which cost me 20.00 and I had to pay for some of the repairs out of my pocket because my contract was with them not the other dealership now I've got to call ally contract service to hopefully change my contract to the new dealership because I cant get an appointment or service with them , today is July 22nd still no call from Bob pulte service department and if I'd kept driving my car engine definitely would have blown up ,6 weeks with no help from Bob pulte thank God 800 Chevrolet was there for me have all receipts and Chevrolet 800 number reports to back me up but 390.00 out of my pocket dont buy service contracts there wont get your car in for appointment

Absolute Best car buying experience I have ever had. Nate Allen was so amazing to work with. Deffinatly ask for him when you go in. He is not pushy, down to earth and has your best interest in heart. He got me in a brand new 2020 Equinox I absolutely love and he took the time to show me how every feature works. Everyone there was also very friendly. I will be a Pulte customer for life.

i was shopping online and the interent sales guys Jim is shady. He said he would lower the price by $200 then added a $250 doc fee to the price increasing it more than sales price. The doc fee is not required and anything over $100 is a bit much so beware of car dealers doing this!! I am going to call and complain to someone because I feel like he is trying to play me for a fool.

The service tech was very nice and understanding of my mother's concerns. The mechanic explained what he checked and or changed with the sparkplugs. Also he showed me the performance of sparkplugs with the tablet attached. They ordered a censor for the hood latch. Two weeks later, it only took 30 minutes to replace. Great work.

Terrible experience! I went to look at a Jeep Wran...

Terrible experience! I went to look at a Jeep Wrangler. The first time it had an issue with the battery, then it had a thermostat issue. I finally got to test drive it and we made a deal on price etc. I go to make the deal and the Jeep is leaking oil like the Exxon-Valdez oil spill. They then said they have to fix it and order the part. Took over 2 weeks to get it fixed. So then I am told it's ready but they raised the price $1500 to cover the repairs after we made a deal and agreed on the price. I am told "we are losing money...." I waited almost a month for this Jeep for them to jack the price up! Then the real trick is they made another inquiry on my credit without my permission to try to get a lower rate and get the payment I was wanting. I am contacting legal advice about running my credit without my permission after 3.5 weeks of waiting. Really shady deal. I would avoid.
