My trip to Bob Pulte Chevrolet was top notch! The location is very clean and the pricing is very reasonable. Deondre, my salesman, went above and beyond. I was blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and totally awesome he was to work with. He was quick to respond to emails and answered any questions I had with full transparency. I never once felt pressed to purchase a vehicle, the type of behavior that sent me away from another dealership just this past week. I was over the moon with the help I received from Karen in finance as well! She had the best financing options laid out very quickly, was incredibly informative, and made the paperwork process quick and fun! 110% worth the drive to Lebanon. Bob Pulte Chevrolet is a great example of how a car dealership should be run. Amazing customer service. Thank you for making this the best car buying experience by far!

Painful car shopping. Talked me out of any car I would of been interested in. If you don't let them run credit, they don't want your business. I wanted to test drive to see what I like...found a car I was actually interested in...asked what lowest price they would take and was told until they run my credit they don't know..... Ummm no thank you... McCluskey offers way more incentives in car purchases and will actually want to sell you a car instead of talking you out if the car.

Don't waste your time here.

I Honestly wouldn't have even thought to go here if it wasn't recommendation. The recommendation proved true and now they have another customer that will vouch for there service and prices. I had no what I wanted so we test drove a decent amount of cars, MICAH STEELE spent the majority of the day working with me wasn't pushy or pressed for time, his sales approach works, it was almost like shopping with a buddy rather than someone talking a mile minute just trying to get you in and out. I would like to recommend him as a salesman to anyone in the Market for a vehicle.

Our buying experience was wonderful and was a big reason we chose to buy at Pulte Chevrolet. Every contact we made from the time we pulled in until we left was great. Courteous, helpful and welcoming...it made our decision to buy there much easier. And yes, we got a very fair deal so you will "love the pulte price" :) !

Excellent dealership! Jesus is a great salesman. Very friendly and helpful. Our visit there was quick and we got to drive out in less than an hour. Even the paperwork signing was fun and quick. My wife is very happy with her anniversary present. The warranty covers most of the loan period unlike our last car. Outstanding!

Worst customer service I've ever seen at a dealership. Don't expect to be treated as if you are spending money at this place! Randy the sales manager is very disrespectful and rude. Will never recommend or return if I got paid to do so.

This place rocks. if you are looking for a car be sure to ask for Cory and/or Skeeter. They are by far two of the best salesmen that I have dealt with and the management is great too. They are honest and friendly and find you exactly what you need without trying to overextend your budget. No doubt I will go back to Bob Pulte for my next vehicle.

The Service Department at Bob Pulte is always warm, welcoming and prompt. They have even called us to see if we could move a tire appointment up to be eligible for a mail-in rebate, they didn't want us to miss out on savings! Both of our vehicles are serviced there, and my current one was purchased. Will definitely look to them for the next GM vehicle purchase.

The service at Bob Pulte was stellar! I have a new Chevy Volt and it represents a return to purchasing an American made car after 30 years of only owning Japanese or German made automobiles. Not only is the Chevy Volt an amazing vehicle that makes me proud to be an American, the service I got at Bob Pulte was nothing less than perfect. They are quick to respond, bent over backwards to help me, gave me a rental vehicle while my Volt waited for a part, called repeatedly to update me on the status and progress of the repair and made the entire experience pleasant and painless. In hindsight, I should have purchased the car their since I suspect the sales team is equally courteous, professional and easy to work with.

I have leased two Silverado's from Bob Pulte and my current one I will be buying it out. The service department is great, and do a excellent job on their work and inspecting my vehicle. David was my Service consultant and explained everything as to what they did along with my oil change/tire rotation. I also spoke with Deondre on my options of buying out my lease. Staff is very friendly!!

I would recommend Bob Pulte Chevrolet to everyone I know. We had an issue with our daughters 2013 Chevy Equinox burning oil. I started out talking with Randy the service manager a great guy by the way. Then started dealing with Blake. Blake has went out of his way to make sure every problem we have had was taken care of. They are still working on problems with this car but they have treated me with total respect. Thanks Blake and Randy.

I purchased a 2008 Surburban from Bob Pulte Chevro...

I purchased a 2008 Surburban from Bob Pulte Chevrolet at the end of December, 2019. The 4 wheel drive blew up on February 10, 2020. We received a quote from Jake Sweeney GMC, next door to Bob Pulte, to fix the 4 wheel drive. Jake Sweeney GMC said we needed to replace the front differential assembly, front axle, driveline system, repair a tire (unrelated), and replace all the transmission lines. They quoted over $5,000 to do this work. When I took the Surburban back to Bob Pulte, they did the work for $1,829, and told me replacing the front axle was unnecessary. Point is, Bob Pulte took care of me. Some may look at this negatively. But, I look at it positively. I purchased, as is, a 12 year old Surburban. When it had problems within 60 days of the sale, Bob Pulte did the work for less than half of what any dealership would typically charge. I appreciate that very much.

My husband brought my Traverse in for a routine oil change with no other issues with our vehicle on a Friday, then returned the Traverse and it sat parked the remainder of the night. On Saturday when I when to drive the car the oil light came back on and the car started making very loud noises. Upon returning home, instead of my second destination because of safety concerns due to the loud noises my car was now making, the noise got progressively worse until a loud boom sound occurred, and my vehicle lost power steering and completely quit working. After a tow home and further inspection there was now a large hole in my engine. We contacted the service department who did their own "inspection" and then claimed no responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle, that again had no issues with it before the oil change service performed by Bob Pulte. To say as a customer we are displeased in the poor customer service is an understatement. We are let down by GM as a brand and will never give Bob Pulte our business again. Our belief is someone forgot to put oil back in the car. Bringing a car in for a routine oil change, again a car that had no issues at the time, then have the engine blow up on the very first outing it was taken on afterwards in completely unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen, and although I was left stranded on the side of the road with 6 children in my vehicle, I was willing to let Bob Pulte fix their error and make this right. They refused to do so and would not take any responsibility for their negligence. I don't know many occupations where you can not do your job, a paid service in this case, and then take no responsibility for a huge error on your part. What a disappointment this dealership, service center and it's employees are to use. We bought a new vehicle here and have been bringing both of our Chevy vehicles here for two years now for all services. It's sad this is how you treat loyal customers. We will not be returning and we will let all those we care about know they are best to avoid dealing with such a poor establishment.

I made a appointment to just get a oil change done, sent my vehicle for service with my Man and was over charged due to him doing extra things that was NOT REQUESTED , for his benefits , David Meyer did a tire rotation, etc... for his side pocket money. He refused to give the money back for the extra things he added. Bob Pulte Chevrolet on Columbus Rd. Never will get my $$$ Business again, I see why it's always empty, Bad for Business....

As always it was a great experience bringing my truck in for service. Dewayne greeted me cheerfully and got me taken care of right away. Everyone is always friendly from the service techs to the cashiers. Jim, the sales guy, always comes over to see how things are going and Mr. Pulte being around makes me feel like everyone cares all the way to the top. Thanks again.

Great overall experience. Way better outcome than I expected. I walked in at about 12:30pm and walked out at 3:30pm. ZACH CHANDLER was my sales rep. I told him exactly what my situation was and what kinda of truck I wanted. Never did he try to push me into anything else. Car fax and service records were provided without even asking. AMANDA SHEETS helped with finance, she was terrific. Answered every question I had and made the transaction very smooth. Overall I had amazing service at Bob Pulte and I will hopefully be sending family and friends their way.

My car has less than 8k miles and the sunroof clas...

My car has less than 8k miles and the sunroof clasp fell off. I asked them to fix it when I had the car in for an oil change. When I went to the car after service was complete, it was obvious it was not fixed correctly. The shade for the sunroof was still open and the clasp was manually put on; which I had tried at home. Once I tried closing the shade, the clasp fell off again. I went back inside to explain it had not been fixed. The service guy looked at the clasp and said he needed to order a part. It had been 12 days and I have not heard if the part is in or not.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My experience with Dick Brooks was by far the worst ever! He was unprofessional and towards the end of our conversation he began to become frustrated and rude! Made promises that he couldn t keep and tried to take advantage of the fact that I am female. I came in with an approval already and left with more hits on my credit than I wanted all because he was so sure he could beat the rate I was given. And even after I sent the offer to the bank I still wasn t completely comfortable with the price of everything and I declined and then said I should take the deal even though I said the payments were too high for my budget and continued to push and push via text message. After I explained again I wasn t interested he still sent messages and at that point he was just being a jerk. Even if I hit the lottery I wouldn t buy ANYTHING from them! Not even an air freshener to hang from my rear view mirror!

I had never been to Pulte Chevrolet. But while I was working the counter at AutoZone I was repeatedly told by my customers that Pulte was the best place they would ever take their Corvettes for anything. Then other customers were saying the same thing about their vehicles. So---I decided to take my Equinox and my HHR to Pulte. I found out, my customers were onto something. I now tell everyone, "Pulte is the best dealership I have ever known."

I've been using Bob Pulte's service department for over 7 years, and they have always been fantastic. As I would with any car repair, I check up on them, and make sure their recommendations are fair and make sense. I've learned to trust this dealership. They make recommendations based on what would be best for me and my car, not just to try to up-sell me. Today's visit was no different. They are timely and professional and priced fairly. I'm a grateful, return customer :).

I had 2 passenger side window deflectors in which the 3M double sided tape was coming off that was installed by the dealer when I purchased the vehicle. I contacted Bob Pulte Chevrolet and spoke with Blake in service. He ordered a different (better set) than was originally installed. They went inside of the door, instead of sticking to the paint on the outside of the door (much better design). These new deflectors were at a very reasonable price and I could not be happier with them. Blake and the service manager Randy were really helpful and the folks at Bob Pulte really seem to have the customer at the forefront of their business model.

The service staff is always super friendly, willing to be of any help. I am so thrilled that Archie now works at Pulti. I have referred several family and friends to Pulti because I know Archie's work is professional.
