Multiple times came in for the same issue. Paying for the same issues to be diagnosed, but still not fixed. Less than a year ago paid for a 4 tire alignment which didn't take away the issue. Told I needed tires replaced, but pushed past using tire warranty.. Replaced tires and only had a two tire alignment instead of 4. Coupon wasn't used again. Paid 89.95 instead of 49.95. Paid for other items that should have been included. Service isn't anything like it used to be. What was written on the document wasn't what was told. Discussed the coupons prior to leaving the car and was told could give later even though coupon says give in advance. Multiple ways of complaints being written incurred more charges when these items were looked at and paid less than a year ago as stated previously and as well prior to that. Same issues continue. As steering wheel shakes heavily. Still a clunking noise under near steering to front end. Still much noise with breaks. Told now that new tires are placed on that can't look to fix until after 500 miles is put on car. Also did not receive the usual tire purchase documents along with usual warranty, not including the added warranty I purchased at almost the tire price. Looking for the actual warranty. Service highly questionable and only advancing costs without fixing for some time. I like to service my car where I buy it, but its lacking dependability. Since the current service manager Randy has taken over satisfaction has declined highly. Test drives showing issues and acknowledged at the time by mechanics are later stated on paperwork that they could not be reproduced. This I am told continously is due to Randy telling it to be stated. His behaviour has lacked professionalism at best and has even reached making accusations that were disproven. The service department was one of the tops when Dewayne was there. I really believe they should bring him back. I have sent many people there to buy new cars from friends to family and colleagues. I have had intention to purchase a new vehicle, but this continual issue of service is making question the worth of doing that. Otherwise ownership and other staff members are usually helpful and pleasant. I do hope that the future brings back the pleasant and hassle free actual service in the future that always made the 45 minute drive worth it.
