Service Dept: The welcome was not there at all. Complete lack of enthusiasm. I spent $100k on my Corvette which I brought in for the 500 mile service and was not treated like a special customer who had just spent $100k ($104k to be exact) with Boardwalk. Once the service was completed, the car was given back to me without resetting the oil change gauge back to 100%. I had to ask this to be done and they once again took the car away and returned back once this was done. It leads me to believe what else was not done properly or even at all. I have serious doubts about returning back to Boardwalk for any services to my vehicle.

Sales when I purchased receives a 5 out of 5. Service was excellent. They answered all my questions and helped me select the correct package for my Corvette Z06 which I intended to drive daily.

Nancy Hoag helped me lease a Bolt, and she was the most relaxed, direct, honest, and helpful car salesperson I ve ever worked with. Don t let anyone else mess around with you, she ll do it right, and get you what you need as cheaply and efficiently as possible. 10/10 would lease with her again.

I went in for service and found the estimate to be very high. I asked and there was a lot of extra services recommended. My car is fairly new to me and I had a big service done at another dealership this summer but was not sure what was specifically done. The service agent would not call the other dealership to see what might truly be needed. I only got the oil changed and realized I paid significantly more than at the other dealership.

They fixed my 2018 ecodiesel very quickly. I had the vent noise fixed, oil changed, tires rotated and they also got it running again all under warranty. Its a shame my brand new truck had these issues but with a team of support behind it I still am very happy. Thanks Boardwalk you guys did a great job. Process went very smoothly throughout. The sales rep was very helpful and kept me up to date when the car was built and shipped. He also took time to provide me with an overview of the car and show me essential features.

What a pleasant experience I had shopping for and purchasing my new car at Boardwalk Auto Mall. I visited the showroom several times and I am sure asking the same questions over and over again. Alice Howard, a sales associate at Boardwalk, was there to greet me and listen to my questions and what I wanted in a car. Over the next two weeks or so she continued to answer my questions and she never pressured me to focus on one particular car model or to rush me into making a decision. Once I made my choice the process was easy. I truly believe it was because of the honestly and forthrightness of Alice Howard and all at Boardwalk Auto Mall. I highly recommend Boardwalk Chevrolet.

Brought my 2015 Corvette in for the last of 5 included oil change in the first 2 year period (including the 500 mile oil change) and was refused service and told it was about 100.00. Seat belt squeek was worked on AGAIN for the 3rd time and still squeeks at pillar after this visit. Also had the creeking from the top looked at again. Service person then told me that they are replacing the seat belt only to tell me about 30 minutes later that he mistakenly told me the wrong thing. Strikers were replaced for the top and nothing on the seat belt. Don't know how someone can mix those 2 items up. Back to the oil change - I was told to get authorization from GM myself and present it to him, then rather then looking up the service bulletin - I had to prove it. Well, my 2 years was coming up in 2 days So.... Had to go home, find service bulletin for the oil changes, call service person who then did not have a fax, no email, etc. Finally sent to his personal email. Then told me to come back in next day anytime and they will do me a favor and squeeze me in - what a laugh when this should have been done already. Showed up at 10:30am next day and was told that he did not think I was coming in since I was not there earlier at opening (previous appointment was 10am the day before). Just unbelieveable with the attitude when he is uninformed and all the excuses in the world (my 2nd day, etc.). For a dealership that sells a lot of these cars, this is a regular service allowed by GM on all 2014 and 2015 corvettes. Seat belt will need service again for the 4th time and the last time was a joke as the squeeking happened right at the driveway as I left

Boardwalk gave me an excellent deal on 2017 Z06 corvette. I drove 360 miles to pick it up. I was in and out within an hour. Friendly staff and incentives were great. Would definitely buy my next car from them

We had a great experience dealing with the staff at Boardwalk Chevy. Michael Little helped us every step of the way, staying in touch, answering questions, and finding us the perfect car. Ali Omar did the final paperwork with great efficiency and skill. Everything went easily from first phone call to driving off the lot.

To order parts, know your year/make/model/trim, engine type/size, manual/auto, awd/fwd and etc. Or just grab your registration and insurance from the glove box to show the VIN. Even if you think it's a generic part, let the parts guys check their catalog to confirm. Don't act all macho like you know what's generic and what's not.

Unless, you're a grumpy old lady whose pre 1986 car is not in the catalog and parts are mostly NLA... If you can't handle having to provide your VIN when you already looked up the part numbers, you should order online. Human contact is not for you. Go home and feed your grumpy old lady cats.

About a month i contacted the dealership to trade in my car and Marian or Maryann was supposed to help me out with the whole prosses, well i called her a few times and she never followed up. one of the managers Aramin reached out to me and said he was going to help. He said he called the bank and the car was ready to go he also promised a lower APR and i was ready Exited. Well the next day i show up and nobody has a clue of what im talking about and Aramin wasn't there. At this point i was ready to go to another dealership Thankfully Derek was able to help. He got me a good deal and made the process very easy. I had a few issues with the bank and he would always call back and check in im very pleased with his costume service and he is extremely professional, if you need help go look for Derek. After all i was able to walk out with my 2020 Dodge challenger. Thank you Derek!!!!

I was looking to buy a jeep for a very long time when I came across this Dealer. After comparing it to several dealerships around i decided to try them. Their website showed multiple incentives which most of the cases Dealers use to attract traffic and end up not honoring them. I had 2 more dealers making me offers. When I got there, MARIAH took care of me. She is very upfront and has a positive attitude. Went to other dealers just to compare which would offer a better deal and their attitude was just rude and not caring. I have a sales background and I know what kind of sales person they are just with the initial conversation. I went back to boardwalk auto mall and was taken care of. They honored what their official website said. If you go there ask for MARIAH she is a 5 star for sure. Can t speak for the rest of the staffing.

Great experience! Dean Peters and Ali Omar were great to work with and very knowledgable. Dean was readily available during the whole process and even followed up with applicable links. Ali explained all the extra insurance options well and helped us find the best one for us. They both also made photo copies of the appropriate forms for us to submit for our Spark so that made things easier. Highly recommend this team!

I received a great deal on a 3 year lease on a 2017 Volt. Eddie was extremely helpful showing my wife and me the car, and then went out of his way to ensure the car, which came in on the truck only the day before, was promptly checked out and detailed so that I could drive it home the same day. Don familiarized me with the car's features, answered all my questions and then followed up with the information I needed to apply for the CA rebate. All-in-all, a great experience.

I was impressed by the high quality of the customer service they provided.
Thank you to the team of service for performing excellent work on my car, and returned it to the life. Since, I added almost 10,000 miles to it with no touched it. The car is running perfectly!

I traded in an Infiniti FX35 for a Leaf. I've had two prior Infiniti leases and each time it was an excruciating experience. In fact, out of all the cars I've bought/leased from dealerships this experience stands out as the most positive and pleasant. Joe the sales manager was extremely accommodating and uncannily fair. Work done that was not authorized and I still had to pay 80% of bill.
$1200 in new tires and installation. Yet they couldn't clean them. They had my truck for 4 days because parts department, or service, couldn't get door parts in when they said.

Yet they did offer me a mini-detail for my troubles a week later. I really want to let them have my truck again, NOT.

I don't have much to say on the dealership itself ...

I don't have much to say on the dealership itself (Nissan) but the Service Center is horrible. You DO NOT have to go there to get your car serviced (can go to Sunnyvale). I came two times, and both times I was told "it will take two hours" it took the entire day. Or the guy who was supposed to pick us up never came. Look at the official Nissan website (you can live chat there) and check the quotes Boardwalk Service gives you, so they don't overcharge you with useless maintenance.

Oh, and they also forgot to mention a mandatory recall from Nissan for which I should have brought my car. Not a happy customer. They are friendly but quite inefficient, at least from my unlucky experience.
