Brought my 2015 Corvette in for the last of 5 incl...
Brought my 2015 Corvette in for the last of 5 included oil change in the first 2 year period (including the 500 mile oil change) and was refused service and told it was about 100.00. Seat belt squeek was worked on AGAIN for the 3rd time and still squeeks at pillar after this visit. Also had the creeking from the top looked at again. Service person then told me that they are replacing the seat belt only to tell me about 30 minutes later that he mistakenly told me the wrong thing. Strikers were replaced for the top and nothing on the seat belt. Don't know how someone can mix those 2 items up. Back to the oil change - I was told to get authorization from GM myself and present it to him, then rather then looking up the service bulletin - I had to prove it. Well, my 2 years was coming up in 2 days So.... Had to go home, find service bulletin for the oil changes, call service person who then did not have a fax, no email, etc. Finally sent to his personal email. Then told me to come back in next day anytime and they will do me a favor and squeeze me in - what a laugh when this should have been done already. Showed up at 10:30am next day and was told that he did not think I was coming in since I was not there earlier at opening (previous appointment was 10am the day before). Just unbelieveable with the attitude when he is uninformed and all the excuses in the world (my 2nd day, etc.). For a dealership that sells a lot of these cars, this is a regular service allowed by GM on all 2014 and 2015 corvettes. Seat belt will need service again for the 4th time and the last time was a joke as the squeeking happened right at the driveway as I left
