unprofessional service, disconnect on communication between service and parts department.
Work done that was not authorized and I still had to pay 80% of bill.
$1200 in new tires and installation. Yet they couldn't clean them. They had my truck for 4 days because parts department, or service, couldn't get door parts in when they said.
Yet they did offer me a mini-detail for my troubles a week later. I really want to let them have my truck again, NOT.
