My service experience with BMW Seattle has been HORRIBLE! I m a first time BMW owner. I experienced a flat tire. I called the service center so I could come in (I was previously told I had so make an appointment for any type service). THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I went for 2 days. No call. I had to take my car to Les Schwab where they put a used tire on as a temporary fix. When I took my car into Seattle BMW, they NOT check to see that I DID have the 5 Year Wheel and Tire warranty, they replaced the temporary tire with a new $450.00 tire and now they refuse to honor my warranty.

They didn t believe that I called. So I produced phone records. They didn t believe that Les Schwab declared the old tire unusable- I produced proof! Still they will not honor my warranty that I paid extra for.

I expected more from Seattle BMW!!
Now I m in search of a new BMW Service shop.

When I purchased my Subaru I got a call from the dealership to make sure everything was going well. I was asked if I had questions or needed assistance with any of the electronics on the car. I was sent a hand written Thank You note. None of that happened at BMW Seattle. They certainly need to step up their game.

Rebecca from BMW called. She listened and apologized. She is making it right. Thank you!! For doing the right thing.
