We were helped by Art Youman who made our experience in buying a car very painless and not time consuming.Art was very knowledgeable,put no pressure on us to make any decisons, explained everything step by step and was very patient with us.Overaall,the staff here is wonderful,the place quite calm and unhurried unlike the marketplace atmosphere in BMW Edison.Thank you to BMW of Springfield.

Update: Unfortunately,I have to reconsider my rating as my husband has been trying hard to get connected to the BMW Connected Drive every day since he bought the car.It is important to set up the Driver Profile since both my husband and I drive on totally different settings. He contacted the salesperson a couple of times and sat on the phone for 20 -25 minutes trying to get help from BMW Connected services,but to no avail.They say it could take couple ofweeks to set it up.We are quite disappointed at this time.
