I have been a customer at BMW of Springfield for almost 10 years, way back when they were still JMK. I'm proud to say that my trust in this dealership and its service center has never wavered. All of the sales staff are courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable - management has always done a good job training up their sales staff. Just as impressive are their service personnel - every member of the team from technicians to advisers, to even the valet are highly respectful of their clients and work very hard to get you where you need to be in as short amount of time as possible. Most importantly, even with Celebrity Motorcars taking ownership of this BMW center, the quality of all the staff and the services they provide have not dwindled at all. I highly recommend this BMW center as a customer of 10 years.
