I had an awesome experience buying my new X5- my salesman, Don Wilkinson, was great! Don took the time to listen when I listed what I wanted in my perfect car. Dealership is responsive, yet not pushy- I highly recommend!
I had to pick up some dealer only parts. They have a wonderful new complex, but when I was there parking was a nightmare. The construction apparently was not finished.
You should install cameras in your carwash area, or inspect the people who work there better because my sunglasses were stolen from my vehicle. I don't understand why either, they were prescription so they won't even be able to use them. I did not even need my car washed and I wish they didn't send it through there.
I have been to this facility before and nothing has been stolen, which makes this even more disappointing. Also, as I was waiting in the waiting area I was talking to a gentleman who said his glasses were just stolen as well.
Something should be done to remedy this occurring problem. A canned answer of "they aren't really our employees" is nonsense, as you know it is something that is happening and you should do a better job, period.

Worst service department. After damaging the car during service, it took BMW forever to fix the issue. Avoid service advisor Faylin Miller- she is highly incompetent at her job. Seems like the only thing she is good at is good at leaving fake positive reviews for BMW SA. She failed to fix an issue with my car after several reminders. After the car is outside warranty, I need to pay $150 fee to diagnose an issue that was already diagnosed, and also need to pay for repairs. Someone who owns two BMW's, this definitely was the last one. Moving onto something better going forward. I am done with BMW's...good job BMW SA. You lost a customer forever.
BMWSA- Thanks for the response...but not calling Lou again. The first time there was issue with my car, he didn;t even care to follow up. If leadership is so terrible, what can one expect from employees.
After a bumpy start, Bryan, Miguel & Stephen stepped up and took excellent care of me and got me the vehicle I wanted for a great deal. The car was prepped & ready when I arrived, and had a huge bow on it waiting for me. Dealing w/the business process and paperwork was quick & painless.

Paid for 50,000 miles and 75,000 miles. And was in Denver and could not get my car serviced. Bmw of San Antonio took my money two times. And I have no currently warranty package. Error on their part they say. Very classy. Take my money. And oh we are sorry.

Couldn't be more pleased with my guy Juan. Well I'm sure he helps everyone but he feels like my personal go to guy there. I accidentally texted him on his off day, and he STILL helped me out. I felt so bad about it, and wouldnt do it again but man it made me feel a bit special for him to go out his way like that. 5 stars isnt enough, but thats all google will let me put.

On the principle auto website (their official third party website) I saw car for $5750 and date correctly reflective. Called to verify availability and it was there on lot. Price was from dealer at $6500. They tried to explain that date price was incorrect and I had a screenshot of otherwise from THIER website. Rep said ok come on over. Just as I arrived rep called me and told me he would come outside to tell me what happened. He said someone had made an offer last night and that car was unavailable and his mistake was due to failure to secure the key by finance team. Get this though. Car was already parked out front and ready to go for me. Odd isn t it. First car available, I point out pricing error, 30 min later car unavailable. Unprofessional
I buy everything I need for my BMW from this dealership. I took my 328d in 30 mins before the establishment opened, and knocked on the garage door in attempts to get the attention of the employee inside. I knocked and was ignored, then I went to my car and honked my horn -- still I was ignored. When I preceeded through the side door I said "Excuse sir, did you not hear me knocking and honking?" His response was "We're not open yet". He didn't make any eye contact and was incredibly rude. I asked for his manager and was reluctant to get her for me. The name of the rude employee is Justin. I do not feel like the manager handled this situation appropriately. Therefore I really want to speak with the General Manager to this behavior to his attention.

I didn't know who to talk to since it was my time at this dealership. I've been to so many dealerships and when I would talk to someone they would end up brushing me off or not really help me when I told them I had no credit. When i was directed to Elise Delage at sales and I told her my story and needed a car, she did everything she could to try to get me a car. I was not able to get a car there but she did more for me then anyone else has. I would recommend going to Elise if you ever want to get a car at this dealership, she will go through every option to get you a vehicle.
Our Service Contact with BMW is Ryan Watson. Mr Watson has been our contact for the 3 year period of our Lease on our 530. By this time, I think of Mr Watson as a friend. He is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, thorough, and incredibly kind and patient. He answers and explains every question I have. He is a total package of professionalism and friendly service. Ryan Watson is a huge asset to BMW.
The mechanic left grease stains on the handle, door, and interior, and some are not coming out. I completely ruined my door handle and other parts of my car. I was going to leave one-star, but tbe service was excellent. It was my fault, and they fixed it.
Adam just sold me a new X3 and I love it! Ladies this is the guy to go to - he's not going to tell you what you want to hear - he's going to tell you the truth! I've had a BMW for the last 21 yrs - 15 here in SA, 6 yrs in VA (my last duty station) and I have to say this dealership knows how to treat their customers! I'm given a loaner car EVERYTIME I take my car in for service and when I get my car back it's nice and clean - very nice! Highly recommend this dealership - ask for Adam!

Juan Cantu (no relation) provided superior customer service during my wife's recent 2008 128i convertible recall maintenance service visit. Juan's attentiveness to her every question provided all the extra knowledge pertaining to the recalls and other questions of concerns. Juan Cantu is their Assistant Service Manager and clearly "one-of-a-kind" high caliber staff member. I wholeheartedly recommend Juan as the "go-to-guy" when needing any service related support. Thank you Juan for all your dedicated support and making our visits easy and comfortable.
Switched over to BMW this year and had an excellent experience from start-to-finish thanks to Bijou Pillai. He was very thorough while explaining my CPO coverage and was able to answer all of my questions. When I came to pick up my vehicle the next day (needed a new windshield + detailing), he took the time to go over all of the tech features with me and made sure I was comfortable in the vehicle before driving off. We are recent proud owners of 2012 BMW 550i M-Sport. I felt compelled to write a letter of recommendation about our experience with our sales associate, Ms. Elise Delage. Our first encounter was my inquiry towards the car I found in their corporate website and Elise was the person that contacted me. She was prompt, polite and professional with no aggression towards a hard sale, but very informative and accommodating. I live in Houston and been seeking this type of vehicle for months and trying to find the "right" one. After test driving several here locally and I was calling/texting Elise continuously about the car and she answered promptly with the information I needed. Since I was out of town, she offered to take videos of the car to gain my trust in considering at least a physical visit. My wife convinced me for us to take a quick drive and take a chance, so we did. During my 3-hour trip there, Elise kept on answering questions, providing photos and prepping the car for us accommodating our trip there. Once we arrived, the car was better than expected and Elise was extremely patient holding our hand through the buying process and took time to get information when she didn't. She was flawless and was efficient, in lieu of how busy it was, but comforting us ensuring a pleasant experience. The ONLY thing is, when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and they BMWSA recommends a $150 inspection (that goes towards cost if purchased) - Be weary that this is a BASIC inspection - more of an extensive visual and very little structural as there were fine things not recognized I found out after procurement. But, that was upper management promoting that no Elise. She apologized up and down after the sale and kept in touch wondering if I was able to get the minor issues repaired that were not uncovered in the basic inspection. I would HIGHLY recommend Elise as your sales associate when buying from BMWSA. She is a professional and polished person who catered to us in every way.

I own 2014 650i. It makes problem every month so i go there everymonth. Everytime when i go there i spen 2hours. Its horrible. They service system is completely messedup. Do not buy bmw at least if u live in san antonio.

Not a good experience! The salesman had a snotty attitude and had been working there for years. I was told they were going to work with us in getting a vehicle and showed us vehicles with hail damage! They said they would find us what we wanted and never called after numerous calls to them. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Mercedes GLC 250 in Austin where I received exceptional service!!

I personally never cared for BMW of San Antonio as a dealer but the new facility is very nice and a lot easier to get than the last location.
My boyfriend has been calling BMW OF SA for quite some time now. He just needs to find out about a price for a part. Left about 3 messages. Still NO call back. Starting to get on our nerves. Called a 4th time they asked to leave vin number, name, and number saying, "they will call us back". Told them, "what's the point if you all arent going to call back". I don't think I'll be coming here for car parts. It'd be a lot cheaper on amazon or another part store.
Purchased my first BMW vehicle here with salesperson John Rine and the rest of the team, great experience. Just relocated to the US for work, and John was responsive and helpful from my first email query while I was still located overseas. Arranged an appointment and test drive, and he answered all my questions, even recommended a great place for lunch! After the purchase paperwork was complete, he delivered the vehicle to me in Houston himself.
My experience at BMW of San Antonio has and is still 5 star service. I would like to say a specific shout out to Juan Cantu. Mr. Cantu remembers my name, information about my vehicle and makes sure I know my issues are being addressed, even when I do a simple drop in to check tire pressure etc. It is this kind of service that will keep me coming back to BMW in the future!
I have to give this place a 1 Star. The first time I called, Ricky stated he would call me back with a time for the day I wanted to do a test drive. RICKY NEVER called back. Well I thought ok must be a line of miscommunication. I called again and spoke with Ramon to bring the car to my home for a test drive. I took valuable time away from work for this appointment and he NEVER SHOWED UP! So I called the dealer and it seemed that one hand didn t know what the other hand was doing. They apologized and came to my house at a later time. Ramon left and then it seemed like he had other things to do besides handle a sale. He got back with me once but once I countered an offer he had no more Interest. I sent him a text stating that I decided to go another route. BMW of SA you lost a sale because your sales team failed to meet standard customer requirements. I don t mind traveling far to get the deal I want and the treatment I deserve when spending that kind of money. Best of luck!
My experience at this dealership was excellent! I thought the selection was great and I like the fact that there aren't a bunch of unnecessary added charges on the vehicles. Tim Navarette was a perfect fit for me and made it all happen! He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and explained everything to me in great detail. I also loved the fact that he listened and understood my needs without ever causing me to feel a bit pressured. I would definitely come back!!!

Jared Coronado was the Client Advisor who helped me through the process of buying my first BMW. Mr. Coronado was incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process and is definitely the kind of humble straight up person I like to deal with. At no time did I feel that he was dishonest or was attempting any sort of high pressure sales tactics. He specifically made the otherwise stressful process of buying a new vehicle as comfortable as humanly possible. I'd strongly advise anybody that's interested in purchasing a BMW from BMW of San Antonio to deal with Mr. Coronado.
Chaos is the only way to describe what is going on at the service department. Be prepared to wait and be ignored. I wish there was another BMW service location in San Antonio.

About a month ago, I went in just to look at options for my first new car. Jenny Dehoyos was my salesperson and she was beyond professional and well educated in the cars at BMW. She catered to my needs and had so much patience we looked at several car, but I sold by the second one we test drove! I am beyond satisfied with my car but even more satisfied to be a part of the BMW family! I know when it is time for an upgrade, I will be back to see Jenny, you should too!
My experience here wasn't all that great. Let me start off by saying my sales man JR was absolutely amazing. He allowed me to test drive until I was absolutely sure I had the car I loved. He also advocated for me as best he could. Now the finance guy Brad LeeLee was absolutely horrible. I came in with a pre approval and he ran my credit without my consent and had a horrible attitude when I asked why he had run my credit when I had a pre approval from the bank. Come to find out he had put in numbers higher than what I had agreed to to the finance company. He was a absolute nightmare and I left the first day upset, hungry, and confused until I called the finance company the next day and found out what he had done. Thankfully the Finance director and another gentleman in finance (I hate I can't remember his name because he was amazing as well) made sure I was well taken care of and I am so grateful to them.
On a side note I will say the amenities of Mercedes are way better. While you wait Mercedes Benz really makes your wait comfortable. BMW should take notes on that.

I was referred to Chris from a friend who spoke very highly of Chris and said to call him for assistance and he didn t disappoint. Chris was able to, not only make the deal work, but he delivered the car to me in Austin with pleasure. When he delivered it he was very patient and went over the documents and showed me the car and all it s features. Overall, very pleased and would return again!
My wife and I were given the red carpet treatment when we purchased a certified pre-owned bmw a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a few manufacturing defects which we felt like the service department didn t take the time to properly address them in a fair manner. This treatment made us give up on BMW of San Antonio until the vehicle had a drive train malfunction yesterday, and in desperation, we limped into a BMWSA service bay. I cannot emphasize enough how well we were treated by the service advisor, Robert Gomez, and his service manager, Lou Gatti. Robert Gomez demonstrated exemplary communication skills in helping us understand the diagnosis procedure in addition to keeping us informed throughout the day. In fact, Robert Gomez has restored our faith in BMWSA and we can now look forward to building our own bmw later this year knowing that great service will not end in the sale of the car. We feel like the service advisor should get the commission for the future sale because he is responsible for restoring the integrity. We definitely feel a positive difference in the service department. Thank you Robert and Lou.

From the beginning it has been a bad experience. I have always owned Lexus vehicles, but I really liked the 330i GT. I arrived at the dealership knowing which car I wanted to purchase. I waited for assistance and after some time had to find some one to call and get a sales person. I bought the vehicle same day. The salesman was mediocre. I did not have the vehicle long and was having problems with the AC and had to take it back to the dealership. It took about a week to repair. I was never offered a loaner vehicle, but I have other vehicles so I guess that s ok. At previous service appointment no mention was made of tire tread and had discovered when out of town my tread was low and needed new tires, so had to manage with that. I do drive a lot so perhaps that was a factor. I made an appointment for routine service, and after waiting 10 min for someone to acknowledge I was even there, I was told to wait by my car for my service provider. After some time I just went inside. 45 minutes later I received a message to meet my service provider at my car. By that time I had left and then had to go thru issues with consent to service my car. 4.5 hours later my car was finally ready, but notified less than 20 min before closing time. The next day, I messaged I would pick up my car at 1130 so they could have it waiting for me; however, on arriving it wasn t ready and had to wait for them to bring my vehicle up. There was no explanation of what was done during that time, just sign and know it s still under warranty. This is my first BMW and perhaps I am accustomed to a different level of customer service I have received from Lexus, but I expected more. Lesson learned. I have had my car less than a year and have been disappointed with the service department; they do not seem to value your time. As a busy person who travels a lot for work, when I am in town I do not want to waste my time at a dealership. I do like my car tho.
I had been in search for a new car for the last 2 months...I had visited Audi, LandRover, Mercedes, Lexus and Jacquar.......I was getting very discouraged about the whole car buying process...and in general the salespeople I was encountering......Finally BMW San Antonio!!! Jerry De La Garza truly provided exceptional customer service.....he worked so hard to get me what I wanted.....It was refreshing to meet a salesperson who had my best interest in mind...Thank you so much !! I am so thrilled with my purchase!!

Bought a car then it needed a recall done before I could take it home (which is work that should be done before a vehicle is even available to be sold). Then they were supposed to take 2 days to fix it and while it is only the day after it was supposed to be done they do not know when it is actually going to be finished
Horrible experience. I Wouldn't recommend this BMW dealership to anyone. It took 2 1/2 weeks to close on the vehicle. Not sure where the lack of sense of urgency fell on since no one wanted to admit who dropped the ball. I finally heard from Brian the sales general manager on Monday the 26th. He said to give him 2 days to find a way to make this right so that I had a more positive outlook on the dealership. Today is Monday February 3rd and I still havent heard from him. On a positive note I would recommend the BMW car to anyone but not to purchase it here in San Antonio.

BMW contacted me regarding a recall on the airbag system for my car. They sent a technician to my house to replace the airbag. The technician had to disconnect my battery. A day later one of my restraint system warning lights came on. Shortly after that my car would not start and appeared as if the battery was completely dead. I closed the door to my car when I got out and all the systems came on. I notified BMW and they told me to come in and speak with Ryan Watson. Ryan told me that my battery was aftermarket which I knew. He also told me that the negative terminal to my battery was barely making contact. I installed the battery myself and there was definitive secure contact on my negative terminal. He also told me that my intelligent battery sensor located at the negative terminal was damaged. This was a result of the mobile technician not reconnecting the negative terminal correctly. And then attempted to charge me $1,500 to replace the battery and sensor. They returned my car to me with the battery compartment in pieces and will not return my calls. I secured the negative terminal myself by tightening a small bolt.

Great salespeople, Don Wilkinson and Vanessa Kahn; and great service rep, Ricky Barrow. Don and Vanessa made the buying process as easy as possible and Ricky kept me informed of repairs. Great team!

Sad to say, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They disappointed me numerous amount of times and I would've gone to corporate if it wasn't for me being busy with college all the time. Also what's odd is that I had an amazing experience at Ken Bachelor and I went here thinking it would be 100xs better when It was the worst experience I've ever received. Never again will I buy from this dealership, nor will I even get my car serviced here. If it wasn't for the beautiful BMW I have, I would've gone back to Cadillac.
