Worst service department. After damaging the car during service, it took BMW forever to fix the issue. Avoid service advisor Faylin Miller- she is highly incompetent at her job. Seems like the only thing she is good at is good at leaving fake positive reviews for BMW SA. She failed to fix an issue with my car after several reminders. After the car is outside warranty, I need to pay $150 fee to diagnose an issue that was already diagnosed, and also need to pay for repairs. Someone who owns two BMW's, this definitely was the last one. Moving onto something better going forward. I am done with BMW's...good job BMW SA. You lost a customer forever.

BMWSA- Thanks for the response...but not calling Lou again. The first time there was issue with my car, he didn;t even care to follow up. If leadership is so terrible, what can one expect from employees.
