My wife and I were given the red carpet treatment ...

My wife and I were given the red carpet treatment when we purchased a certified pre-owned bmw a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a few manufacturing defects which we felt like the service department didn t take the time to properly address them in a fair manner. This treatment made us give up on BMW of San Antonio until the vehicle had a drive train malfunction yesterday, and in desperation, we limped into a BMWSA service bay. I cannot emphasize enough how well we were treated by the service advisor, Robert Gomez, and his service manager, Lou Gatti. Robert Gomez demonstrated exemplary communication skills in helping us understand the diagnosis procedure in addition to keeping us informed throughout the day. In fact, Robert Gomez has restored our faith in BMWSA and we can now look forward to building our own bmw later this year knowing that great service will not end in the sale of the car. We feel like the service advisor should get the commission for the future sale because he is responsible for restoring the integrity. We definitely feel a positive difference in the service department. Thank you Robert and Lou.
