BMW of Mountain View - the name itself is so catch...

BMW of Mountain View - the name itself is so catchy! Not just that even the people inside the dealership are great! My sales rep Mr. Eric Peng is an amazing guy, he answered every basic question of mine and was even accommodating while doing the negotiations. I highly recommend this dealership to all those people out there who are eagerly wanting to join the 'Ultimate Driving Machine' league!

I am on my 3rd leased car from BMW of Mountain Vie...

I am on my 3rd leased car from BMW of Mountain View, since beginning of 2015. Over the years, I realized that I am driving a BMW, not only because it is a good car, and good looking, but more importantly, the people in this BMW site are truly sweet hearts. I had car issues, and not all are easy, but people here managed to resolve all and deliver a nice solution to each every one. PJ , Joe help to make the car shopping less tiring, and find what I like. Sean, Wayne from the service department is always pleasant, professional, and very efficient in terms of appointment, maintenance, communication, everything is top notch.

They are not only delivering a beautiful car, they are delivering a wonderful customer experience!

I can say that, base on my experience, BMW of Mountain view sale service is better than BMW of Steven creek or BMW Fremont. Haha.

Great dealership, great prices, and great service....

Great dealership, great prices, and great service. I bought my first BMW in this place. My buying experience was beyond any expectation including detail explanation, meeting or even exceeding their delivery date, and the delivery itself. Then I did all my services in the same place (BMW Mountain View). Again - great service - they always treat you so well. They will take care of anything, from a tiny noise to even a small flaking on a button after 3 years. 100% warranty is 100% warranty. Comparing to my other car Toyota - this is different level of service. I was so happy - I bought my 2nd BMW in the same place. Alec was my contact person. Hope this helps.

I loved the entire process from the beginning to the end. Jeremy Welsh was very helpful and quick in responding back to my questions.
Most of the discussions and paperwork was done over mail/phone and that reduced the time I spent at the dealership in these tough times.
Mansoor Bafaiz helped me with the finance paperwork and went over all the details in a detailed fashion and provided me the best options.

Big shout-out to Jeremy and Mansoor for accommodating all of this and giving me a very awesome experience of purchasing a 2020 BMW X3 Xdrive30i.
Will definitely recommend BMW of Mountain View to others.

The place is great for buying a great car.
Mechanical work is really good.
The service advisors are the problem.
I was quoted one price for alignment when I booked the appointment. When I went to pay, I was charged $100 dollars more. I tried to discuss it, but the advisor would not hear it. I returned with proof that I was being overcharged and was sent away with a story that the order was closed and that they would mail me a check. I asked for an email confirmation. It did not come. I tried contacting them by phone, but they did not return my calls. Days later I went again and talked to the manager. Was promptly refunded, proving the order is closed, nothing can be done was a lie.

I purchased a CPO from these guys in July. I had to bring it back the next day because when we were signing papers I noticed scratches on the body and the windshield was cracked! How can they sell a CPO with a cracked windshield?? The salesman was horrible. When these issues were showed to him he told me forget the deal!! He has no experience. He did not want to document any of the damage on the vehicle. They did a poor job of the repaint. They were supposed to detail it and it was never done...

Almost 3 months later I have not received my registration or tags? What the hell is going on?

Worst experience ever!!! I would expect bad service at any other dealership but not BMW.

I will be writing a letter to BMW of America.

I had a great experience when I bought my X5M here...

I had a great experience when I bought my X5M here last year. I couldn't have been happier then....and now as I just had my first scheduled maintenance done. It was very easy to schedule my service appointment even though it was just before a long Holiday weekend. My service representative, Daniel, was on time and greeted me when I pulled up. He had my history and the reason for my appointment right at his finger tips so I didn't have to explain why I was there. He quickly got things going and gave me an estimated time to complete the work. And the work was done when he said it would be. Finally, it was a nice touch that the car was washed when it was returned to me. Thank you, Daniel! And thank you BMW of Mountainview.

We worked with Michael Gervacio and he was great to work with. He was very professional and prompt with his communications. We would give him 5 stars! We also love our new M240i. But things deteriorated once we entered the Finance Manager's office to complete the purchase. The Finance Manager clearly was working on a commission to sell some of their maintenance plans. Once he learned we were not interested in these products, his behavior changed and he couldn't wait to get rid of us. Making things worse, he promised to wait to deposit our check (which is common practice for dealerships) so we could fund our account, but instead he deposited the check immediately. We learned of this as we starting getting bank charges for returned checks and after we received a call from a collection agency. What should have been a simple cash transaction turned into a big hassle for us.

Servicing is good, no complains what so ever. But tire related like rotation, balancing and alignment are expensive than other stores. Car is not delivered on time after the checkout is done, takes 20 minutes plus and have to wait.

We just leased a new i3 from BMW of Mountain View. It was one of the best car experiences we have ever had. Steve Pan was our sales lead and he was terrific. Steve was responsive, worked with our schedule and offered an excellent deal. We could not be more pleased. To top it off we love the car, it is an absolute blast to drive! Thanks Steve.

MAC (Abdullah) was the most helpful sales associate I have ever worked with. Although we did not end up buying a car from bmw Mountain View, I certainly would in the future and I would 100% work with MAC. The experience was friendly and without pressure. It was a bad experience and a total waste of my time. My driver's airbag was supposed to be replaced on my 325i but they call me in the middle of the day to tell me that they didn't do any work because they did not have the part. I made sure to ask my service advisor (Sean) if they have the part when I dropped off my car and he insured me that they did. A total waste and disrespect for customers. They also refused to fix the passenger airbag cover (another recall) that they did not fit properly 1.5 years ago unless I paid.

So disappointed by BMW...

My wife liked the car but wasnt sure if it was the right one for her.
Eric 'loaned' the car to us overnight to let us get a better feel for the car.
My wife fell in love with the car. I came back the following day and purchased the car.
Throughout the entire process Eric offered superior customer service

I have always had great experiences with BMW of Mountain View's service department and my last one was no exception. When I bought my last vehicle (with run flats, ick), I also purchased the tire warranty (which has already paid for itself, by the way). But I digress. Long after the service department closed on a Friday night, I discovered a rent in my tire. I took it to Mountain View BMW Saturday morning, found out service was by appointment only, but they (very nicely) were able to squeeze me in. Not only did they replace my tire, but topped off all my car's essential bodily fluids and washed her, too. Bonus points for getting me in and out before noon ... all without an appointment! I just wish they had a more efficient checkout process in place since that chewed up about 30 unnecessary minutes.

This visit, was to replace passenger side airbag. BMW was very accommodating when making the appointment. Very prompt in serving me. When I got there they registered me and then a service person took me in and directed me to loaner car. He advised only be a couple-3 hours for work. He called me when done and said my car is in phenomenal shape, did need to replace rear brakes soon. I delivered my loaner and picked up my now clean car. Great service and made it easy for me. Thanks

BMW of Mountain View is an excellent dealership with several cars on display and many cars available to test drive. We had a particularly great experience leasing our new M3 from Alec Kisin. Alec was completely on top of it. He was patient as we specified all the options we wanted, then made sure we got a prime spot in the production schedule. He then followed up diligently to keep us posted of updates in the delivery schedule. Overall a 5-star experience.

I drove away happy until I tried to play a CD that I had stored in the car. Gone! In fixing a navigation problem the car's memory had been reset, thereby erasing all the personal data that I stored during three years of ownership! All the 50 or so CDs, soft button programming , phone setup, etc were gone forever. Also the satellite radio had lost most of its stations. The fix was much worse than the original problem.. There should be away to keep and restore an owner's data before wiping out the memory. If not, at least the owner should be notified before taking such a drastic action.

I am a return customer; this is my second lease from BMW of Mountain View. Like my previous one, I had a great leasing experience there. At the dealership, they had a great variety of options available. Staff was customer obsessed and very friendly. Shahram and Bahman patiently worked with me and my wife to find a right car and a great deal. Also thanks to Mehdi the financing process went very smoothly. I will certainly choose BMW Mountain View again for my next car lease/purchase.

All went smoothly except that there was conflicting information about when the service was due. Our salesman specifically told us that the warranty requires a service within a year, even though 10,000 miles may not have been reached. When we called to make an appointment, we were told it wasn t necessary until 10,000 miles. When we called and questioned this again, it was true that the service needed to be within a year. The two departments need to be on the same page to avoid confusion for the customer.

We were very satisfied with our purchasing experience at your dealership. Our sales rep Ken S. was very good and patience as we went through the process of selecting our car. We decided on a M550i which made it very difficult in that is is a new model and there were very few around. Ken, displayed lots of patience with us as we searched for options at several dealers. He spend hours with us looking at options so that we could determine our preferences. Finally, a car was located that fit our requirements at a dealership in SLO. He went the "extra" miles by driving there to pick up the car. This allowed us to finalize the transaction a day prior to leaving on a trip out of the country.

We will be very positive in recommending you dealership to others.

Our sales person, Joe Wahler, was extremely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The process of getting to a deal was efficient and the process of closing the transaction was as efficient as it could be during Covid times. I'd recommend buying your BMW there.

Sales, Finance, and Service teams were very professional through the whole experience for my 2018 M3. Greg in sales did a great job working with me to get the car I wanted. Mansoor got me in and out of the financing department quickly and easily with no hassle. It was a great experience from start to finish with this dealership. On the service side Eric was able to get my car in and out on time. All in all all members of each department helped me out to make sure i was delighted entirely with the whole process. I recently picked a BMW 3-series. I had done my research beforehand and selected the exact car that I wanted, present in their inventory. I guess that also helped me negotiating the price that I was looking for. Bahman Farzan and Sergio Castro were the executives I was dealing with. Both very sincere people. Sergio was the one who worked on my deal through negotiation and Bahman did the paperwork and final delivery for me. They both were very patient, rational and transparent about the proces. Apart from minor hiccups, it was a good experience.

All was good from the Phone call and setting up the person who took the appointment went that extra hurdle to set it up and heard it all. I came to Mt View since I got the car here. All went great till the pickup a $50K car after service left at the corner where no one came to as even a decent courtesy. There were 3 guys in the bay where you pull the car not even a nod to acknowledge or a smile just on cell phone like I don't want to be here, not again MT View BMW for any service or anything not even my lease back option with this dealership. You made it sound like u don't. Thank you much

We decided to try BMW mtn view after having horrible service at another bay area bmw dealer. It was night and day different. The staff and service team members were all very friendly and knowledgeable. When my car was in the shop for a maintenance and I got my invoice not only was it less than I was quoted over the phone, they had taken care of a factory recall automatically (I had gotten a card in the mail while my car was already in the shop and I had forgotten to ask about it, so I was impressed it was already taken care of). I am giving 4 stars based on the design of departments during construction is very confusing that each department has their own section and I had to keep asking several people where to go.

When I told my husband that I had made a routine service appointment for 9:30am, he said I would be there for half a day. BMW Mountain View proved him wrong. I arrived on time, met with Andrea, my service representative and was finished in 1 hour and 15 minutes. All work was completed and the car was cleaned. Thank you BMW, MV.

I would choose no star if there is a choice.
I went here two times. First time, I was checked in there. They told me to wait for my advisor. The advisor actually did not appear for 1 HOUR!!!!! And no one come to check what happened. I ask for help, but no one would like to take care me. I ask for the manager what happened. He didn't explain anything but only said the advisor is taking day off. WTH, assign me the advisor that is day off? What are those guy is doing? Anyway, I can only drive away.

Second time, the advisor told me the that mtmy car is ready. I came there, the cashier told me my paper work is not ready. I wait there for 1 hour. Then check again. The cashier talk RUDELY and said She never see me before. I should not come early at this time. They don't have time to finish paper work. So why they call me to say my car is ready to pick up before everything is ready?????

I think the management there is terrible. They don't respect their customer. Just treat us as fool. They are not worth to call as BMW dealer.

Just go to other dealer, not this one. The only thing they can do here is wasting your time and money!!!!

Actually seems to be getting better, finally! There was a loaner available, we didn't wait a long time, and it was done when they said without any issues. The complementary car wash (previously a ridiculous joke) was even pleasantly mediocre this time! Overall improved, +1 star

Spectacularly consistent in their terrible service. At least this time they didn't have someone accidentally take our key home with them, and it ONLY took 45 minutes from when we got there to pick up the car to when they actually brought it out. The 'complimentary' detail was, as usual, slightly worse than spitting on a rag and wiping the car down. But not a lot of choice in the area, so two stars for being close and the only option.

Just purchased 340i, and its the best car buying experience. Cai Lee is the manager who assisted with the purchase. He helped us in narrowing the model decision and helped patiently with the test drives of different BMW models. Probably the first time I had a chance to test drive different models with out the sales person marketing for it constantly during the test drive.

I left my car to perform a 60K service. I specifically asked about if it was only liquid changes and I was told no, it was a full 60K service, hence the cost of $1,900. I got a call that my car was ready 2 hours later, they only changed liquids for $400 cost of raw materials and charged me $1500 for labor. <<For 2 hours, and changing liquids only>> and the car wasn't even washed.

excellent customer service - servicing my vehicle. overall, a pleasant experience. Service advisor was efficient in communicating, reservation is easy. -1 star for slowness in getting the ride back to my office, where I waited for 25min and had to go seek additional option personally.
