We were trying to buy a used 2017 Tacoma and they would only come off the price $300. The price they had it at, we could buy a brand new 2017 Tacoma with no miles, why would we buy a used one at the same price. After wasting our time there, we found the same truck with more features at another dealer and they were willing to come off the price to make sure we were satisfied customers. We should have known this because we had used this other dealer in the past and they have always worked with us. The reason I'm writing the review is because it's only a week later after we bought our Tacoma and I looked to see if Bluebonnet had sold the Tacoma we wanted to buy and to see they reduced it, that really made me mad because they rather lose a customer than make a sale.

Definitely will come back again and will recommend to friends. The customer service here was amazing. I was helped by a gentleman named Michael Cruz who was suggested to me by another friend. He helped me the moment I entered and gave the best advice about my vehicle. I was in and out. Keep up the good work and customer service.
Purchased a great truck for my new business from these guys... They worked very hard and were able to finance the vehicle under a brand new business! Everyone at Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge was terrific, by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Ask for Dave Fuller the dude is the best.
For 8 years I have brought my 2010 Ram 3500 4X4 Diesel purchased new from them for Lube Oil and Filter changes. Today i go in and told them to make sure they lube the front driveshaft. Service guy says it costs $15 more. I said, "NO thats included in the lube Oil and Filter service to lube chassis if applicable and I have never been charged $15 for the past 8 years ( I have all the records to prove it )" I asked to see the Service Manager. She said "Well we usually charge $40 so $15 is a good price." I told her "No! Not when I have never been charged before for it!" She said she would waive it "this time". I told her she won't have to worry about it again because I doubt I will ever come back. I then asked to speak to the Dealership Owner or Manager or someone in charge. The receptionist pointed to a group of White Shirts in the Sales office. I talked to some guy named Matthew Fraser, He "couldnt help me as thats up to the Service Manager" I said "OK so I guess your not the one in charge of this place then, Tell me who is." "Raj Cheddie is, but he is on Vacay". I got his number and will be calling. This makes me not ever want to buy a New Diesel from them again. If they will rip you off for a simple 5 second grease job on a single fitting, What else will they upcharge you for??? I called Steve @ Quick Align New Braunfels while I was waiting for them to finish my truck and he said he would would do my oil changes for $80-90 and lube the chassis fittings for FREE. He laughed when I told him my experience @ BlueBonnet Dodge.
I have had the pleasure of working with Colby from the service department, he's an outstanding guy to deal with. The problem is, my vehicle has been at the service department for 8 days with no feedback on its status. I've had to call on 3 occasions and on the third I requested to pick my vehicle up. Only after asking to pick my vehicle up did I receive a call back stating the initial issue could not be reproduced (of course it couldn't, apparently it only happens when I drive because it is a pretty apparent feeling in the rear end that happens) and the secondary issue needs parts ordered. A loaner vehicle would be appreciated for situations like this. As a parent with 3 kids and a 72 hour work week job, life is difficult with no vehicle. I could give this a 5 star rating based strictly on my experience with Colby, but the lack of communication and a loaner vehicle puts me in a bad situation, therefore I'm dropping it to 3 stars.
Wow!!!!! Absolutely impressed with the service and great attitude of everyone at this dealership..... completely painless!!! I'd say all together we spent an hour at the dealership tops.... Mr. Dave Fuller was a great help!!! He was able to accommodate us completely, about 90% of the deal was made over the phone!!! No pushing and no sales tactics! I honestly believe Mr.Fuller just wanted to see us happy in a vehicle.
We came in for the test drive on a brand new Dodge Durango witch is awesome........ About 5 minutes after that we are sitting with a Wonderful young lady by the name of Michelle who accomplished every one of our finance needs! She is a true professional!!!!!
I must admit I do enjoy the feeling of purchasing a vehicle from a local dealership, rather one that just sees you as a number!!! This is definitely a place you cannot overlook, hospitality and care all the way through the process.
Thank you again Bluebonnet and everyone that helped us!!!
These guys have the best prices in Texas and the best trade in values as well. My sales consultant, Brian Podgurski, was the best. He was easy to work with and got me the lowest price and best trade in value in Texas. Would recommend 100%!
Thanks to Allan in the service department I had a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and has lots of patience. Despite the building, everyone there is nice and easy to work with and that's what counts!!
Best car and truck dealer in central Texas. Just purchased my second vehicle from them. Both salesmen I ve worked with there have been very professional and easy going. The finance managers have also been very easy to work with. Go see Gregg for your next truck.
Dave and Taylor take customer service to another level! We agreed to price in 5 minutes over the phone and by the time I got to the dealership the paperwork took about only 10 minutes (easiest truck purchase of my life). They also helped accommodate me on several issues to make the deal make sense. If you are looking to buy a Ram look no further.
I recently purchased a vehicle from here and Doug assisted with my purchase. I drove from Corpus Christi,TX, and the drive was well worth it. I liked that he didn't SELL me a car, but help facilitate my needs in the car "I"wanted. He was kind, respectful, and spiritual many of the same things I value. I didn't feel con or pressured and services were quick. Thanks so much Doug! Loving my new ride!
Bought a new truck from Bluebonnet. Of course during sale, everything is great. While I still have dealer plates on the truck, had a major engine failure (new ecodiesel 1500) while I was working in the Dallas area. Called them. Nothing. Nada. Since this was a 2 week engine repair, walked in over the weekend and I shouldn't have wasted my time. My first RAM purchase and my first Bluebonnet deal. Will be my last. If you expect service for a problem after the sale, go somewhere else.
I have had the worse experience with this company, I have had to call them several times and have been told that I would get a call back and no one ever calls me back. This last time that I called I talked to Robert Mendez in finance to see if I could get in a vehicle or not and he told me to hold on a moment until he got back to his office. That moment turned into me waiting on hold now for 23 minutes and I am finally going to hang up as soon as I am done typing this. I would never recommend these people to anyone and the customer service is by far the worse that I have ever dealt with in 39 years.
Hands down the absolute very best "new" car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Ollie and Jovanny. My husband and I went in with no high expectations and really didn't think we would be approved but Ollie and Jovanny made it happen and in a timely manner to boot. Bluebonnet made a customer for life. Thank you again.
Just recently did a trade in to get a new car. The salesman I went to went above and beyond for me! So thankful to all the bluebonnet dodge staff making me feel like family. I would HIGHLY recommend going to bluebonnet dodge if you are looking buy a dodge car, or truck. Make sure you go see Jacob Campbell, best experience I've ever had getting a new car!!
IF THERE WERE ZERO STARS I WOULD CHOOSE THAT. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MINORITIES AND WOMEN. THEY SOLD ME A DODGE WITH DYSFUNCTIONAL DOOR PANELS. THEY GLIED IT DOWN AND 7 DAYS LATER THEY CAME UP. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT. THEN THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND CASUALLY. i HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR 56 DAYS AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. I RECORDED ALL THE MESSAGES AND IT ADDS UP TO 36 ESSAGES. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM GOING TO SUE. IF ANYONE WATS TO JOIN FOR A CLASS ACTION I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN FRAUDED BY THIS COMPANY
I had my best new car buying experience with Bluebonnet. After months of searching, Bluebonnet offers the lowest internet pricing, and largest inventory in the state of Texas. I had researched the market in north Texas, Austin, and San Antonio. It is definitely worth my four hours of driving to pick up my dream car.
My sales, Jeorge Ramirez, was very friendly and cursterious. When I arrived, he had already pulled out my top two choices for test drives, and further taking me to their offsite storage lot to see their 50+ Pacificas. Once I selected my final choice, there is not much negotiation needed because they had the lowest price. I would definitely recommend new car buyers to contact Mr. Jeorge Ramirez for the most enjoying and rewarding car buying experience.
The finance department was another great help. Mr. Thomas Alan was friendly to prepared my paperwork. And of course, he tried very professionally to sell me the extended warranty, and gap insurance. After I rejected both offers, Mr. Alan continuous with his patienting effort to sell me the synthetic oil change and tire rotation service. I finally touched by his professionalism in sales, and agreed to his third sales offer. BUT, thirty hours after I happily drove my car to my vacation site, buyers remorse kicked in as I found out that Chrysler website offered the same deal that costed 50% less than Mr. Alan's offer. So, my other advise to new car buyers is that do NOT agree to buy anything other than the vehicle in the finance office.
Just think about that you have spent months on car researching, and hours with your best sales to pick out your dream car, did you give yourself the same amount of time in researching the sales item from the finance office that is not related to signing the contract on the vehicle.
My five star rating is mainly based on Jeorge, because I knew that finance office in any dealership will not easily let you walk out without buying something. In my case, I am surprised at the deep markup of 50% more than Chrysler website. I can only blame myself for not doing enough research on the unanticipated sales item from the friendly finance office.
At the end, I do truely recommend this dealership, because it just got the best pricing and service....
Rodney helped me get a truck quickly and easily. They had the best prices I researched for a week. Couldn t beat any of their prices anywhere else. Picked truck up and it was cleaned and ready to go. I would definitely buy from them again. Very pleasant buy.
I went here to get a Durango recently and was shocked that they were trying to lowball me on my trade in as bad as they were. I knew I would have some negative equity due to what I owed but they were trying to lowball be 5k below what they were offering at another dealer. I quickly realized when I was there , that they have their prices lower as a ploy to get you to come in and see them. Once there, they make back the money they have off of the car you are interested in by giving so little on your trade in. I didn't fall for it and walked out. Don't go there expecting them not to low ball you on your trade more than other dealers. Hope this saves some time for others.
I have always dreaded the process of buying a new car. Dave Fuller and Bluebonnet have completely changed that for me. I live in Georgetown, Texas, and found several Ram trucks throughout the state that met my needs. I started the negotiation process online with several different dealers. While the other dealers gave me the runaround, Dave was straightforward and gave me an upfront deal that blew the others away. No need to haggle! I told Dave that I was battling a hurt back, and asked if we could take care of as much of the financing/contracting process as possible over the phone. In my experience, the process with a dealership s finance department is stressful and can take hours. I dreaded going through that with a hurt back. I texted him a picture of my drivers license and insurance and he took care of the rest. Today, I drove down to New Braunfels and met Dave. He introduced me to Michelle in the Finance department, who had all my paperwork completed accurately and ready to sign. I signed in 4-5 places and was done in 5 minutes! I could not believe it! No pressure to buy Gap or an extended warranty! When I asked her about this, she said that s not how they do business. I think I now understand why Bluebonnet is the #1 Ram volume dealers in Texas. I can say I ll never go anywhere else!
Although the entire staff at Bluebonnet is incredible, Jeorge Ramirez truly made my first time car buying experience one that I will never forget. He personally escorted me to each lot to drive each vehicle and answered my million questions ina timely manner with a depth of information and understanding. He helped me get into a car that I truly LOVE!. Exceptional customer service, great deals on great cars, and personalization are not in short supply at Bluebonnet! Don t buy your new or used car anywhere else!
I took my 2021 Dynamax RV on the 2019 RAM 5500 4x4 chassis in for the first oil change. Bluebonnet found a way to fit my 32 ft RV into their service bay and did an excellent job.
Thanks to Luis, Bobby and Ryan for working with me. Highly recommended.
Service department is terrible. They started off with very good customer service but I guess I was easily fooled. I showed up for my SCHEDULED diagnostic appointment for my truck and was told that it would be ready within a day or two. I eventually called to check in and was told that they had no idea when my WORK truck would even be looked at since they had other vehicles that were already sitting there for over five days. I have never heard of anybody doing business this way and when I asked to speak with a manager, they were supposedly too busy to speak with me so I eventually just picked up my truck and went elsewhere. Oh and they leave your vehicle in a sketchy parking lot with nobody to watch your things. Unprofessional to say the least.
Good service department. Excellent parts counter. New vehicle sales staff drop you like a hot potato after the sale. Their desingenous amicable behavior is ingratiating.
After shopping around for over a month I was given Brads number and I couldn t be any happier. Nobody and I mean nobody can beat their prices! My friend was even 3k away from their price. Not to mention the fact that they gave a great price on my trade in. Absolutely best experience I ve had at a dealership! I also couldn t believe how quick it was. No big sales gimmicks either. Thanks again Brad!
Low offer on vehicle when everyone offered 4k more for trade in . I always bought my vehicles from here , but not anymore . Seems to me if they can't make a killing on your vehicle you are not worth the time
I needed a new vehicle and after doing some searching online, I found the vehicle online that I wanted. I emailed about it and received a response email and text from Rick Tatum. I was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle for 2 reasons. 1) I've only bought new, fresh from the lot, once before. 2) My credit is less than spectacular so I'm always so nervous that something isn't going to work out. My husband and I went in on a Saturday to look at it. Rick not only was professional, but he was a straight shooter and was able to calm my nerves and made the process go very smoothly and found us every discount he could. For Rick and the man I dealt with in finance, I give 5 starts. However.......
Less than 2 weeks later, I had to have the car serviced due to a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I had the extra warranty that covered that so I called the service department. They had the tire I needed, but in San Antonio and would need to wait for it to be delivered. Okay. I'm fine with that. They called me at 430 and said it was in and asked if I could come in. I could not, but could come in first thing the next morning. The gentleman I spoke to wanted me to drop off my new vehicle, take me to work, and come pick me up at 5; leaving my car there all day simply to change a tire. I told them it was unacceptable as I needed my vehicle for work and they gave me the run around about how long it would take. One of the things said was "well..if there are no other vehicles in the bay, we can get it done in about 45 minutes." At this point I asked if I could have an appointment. I knew, from previous dealings with them, that I could set an appointment. I was a bit upset that this was not offered to me from the beginning. So I set an appointment at 815 and they ask for my warranty contract....a contract that I was specifically told by them to not keep in the vehicle. Not only that, it was their dealership who filed the paperwork so why could he not get a copy of it and if he did need it, why didn't he mention it while we were on the phone the night before?
Fast forward to later in the evening and I need to put something in the back of the car (Durango). I find that my back seats have been put down, partially, and everything emptied from my cargo area. They had no reason to get into this area as the spare tire mounts under the car. The items I had in my cargo area were thrown all over my seats. A plaque that was back there to be delivered to my son's baseball team sponsor was also thrown around and therefore, the front glass on it was broken. It was unnecessary and totally disrespectful. If and when I need my car serviced again, I will NOT be going to their service department unless I have ZERO choice. I honestly shouldn't be surprised though because this is the same service department that wanted to charge me $1500 to fix my air conditioner on my previous dodge even though I had less than the 36K miles on the car that would have otherwise voided the warranty.
Just want to say thanks to Colby in service department. Is well informed and keeps you updated on your vehicle. I have had my car in 4 times and he is best person to have on your car
I went in to get my truck serviced last week and the service advisor was so great!! They worked fast and talked me through everything they were doing. Will definitely come again!!
Up on arriving at dealership was greated by Mr Coby and had excellent service..waiting home was clean and had tv to watch while work was being completed on my car. Mr Coby came to waiting room and gave me keys explained what had been done and showed me where to pay and where my car was parked. Over all very good service and care. Thank you
My wife and I have now Purchased 2 vehicles with Bluebonnet and we couldnt be happier. We were lucky to work with Ollie Liss and would reccomend him if you are in the market for a new car. He was thorough enough to find us the right fit for us in our price range but also efficient enough to get us in and out in a reasonable amout of time. He even managed to save us a few extra dollars! The dealership itself is nice and Im sure the entire sales team is great but I can honestly say that we will continue to work with Ollie as long as we are buying cars.
Had an okay experience here until we picked up our truck. We noticed some change was missing from our change compartment in the center console. To be specific, all the quarters were missing. I absolutely do not care that someone there stole our quarters. It s the fact that they took anything at all. It makes me wonder if there had been anything of value to me in there that it might be gone. I called service and they were understanding and apologetic which I appreciate. What did we learn today? Do not leave anything you don t want taken in your vehicles.
Every time I go to this dealership the service is great but the work is always iffy there's always one thing that doesn't get done 1 time they never rotated my tires but they charged me for it this time they said that they inflated psi on the tires to proper levels but they didn't
I was headed for a bad experience originally. I posted a bad review not expecting anything to come of it other than leaving a bad review for people to see. I was than contacted by roge who really helped make sure any issue I had was taken care of, really put my mind at ease that i bought a car from the right dealership. Thank you roge
Made an appointment with service because my tailgate will randomly open, automatic windows don't always work, and sometimes while backing up a grinding noise can be heard from the front end. After getting me signed in, the service advisor asked if I had someone coming to get me so I asked him how long it would be? He stopped typing and looked me dead in the eyes and said he had no idea how long it would take. So I stared him back down and asked prior to coming here what was I supposed to do? Have my wife take off work, rent a car, sit in the lobby for 8 hours....he had no answer? I know they can't give me exact details, but what is the customer supposed to do? Could you imagine a spouse taking off work and it's ready in 2 hours? Or have a rental lined up and Dodge offers a loaner. Get a ride home just to get a phone call 3 hours later to say it's ready (we live 45 minutes from this dealership) or sit here for 5 hours and they advise me it will have to stay overnight. What does a person do? Anyone remember back in the day when you were sold a quality product and the dealership honored that purchase? These days they make you feel like you're inconviencing them by bringing your vehicle in! I'm sorry that my tailgate randomly opens after owning the vehicle for 3 months. I hope someone can advise me on what a person is supposed to do when bringing a vehicle in for service...how does one know what to do as far as sitting, staying, renting a car, finding a ride.....what on earth do you do??? Before the smart a** answers, Gunn Chevrolet sent my wife home in a loaner car at zero cost to us and we didn't even buy the car from them! On a lighter note, I've bought at least 4 Dodge Ram trucks from here and I'll buy all my future trucks from here.
**Update 06/07/18** I ended up waiting in the lobby for approx. 4.5 hours and Dodge took care of me 101% No loaner, but the work they did on the truck, thus far, is perfect! Also, I do recognize they can't provide everyone with a loaner or exact time frames. Someone responded to my rant (response is below), and I completely respect that response. Thank you very much.
Bought my first car here a 2015 Toyota corilla and had the best experience! Jorge was very helpful and made sure I left with the car I loved! Definitely recommend!
I can sum it up in one short sentence. BEST DEALERSHIP AROUND!!! There are no high pressure sales, the lot has everything you could ever dream of, and the staff is one of the best I have ever had the opportunity working with to purchase my vehicle. I have moved so many times due to the military, but I have always made it a point to purchase from here.
Got a new Dodge Journey March of last year, went to get it registered today and my two year inspection was not entered correctly! I know have to drive back there and wait for them to inspect my car. The tax office told me if I get pulled over I will get a ticket for not having my car inspected!!!!!
Undervalued my trade by several thousand dollars otherwise a sale could have been made. I just traded in again and Bluebonnet lost out on my personal car and my business truck.
Had a great experience with our salesman Dave and finance. Purchased a used vehicle that had a couple things wrong but we are completely satisfied with how things were handled and taken care of.
I set up a appointment with the shop to turn in my car at 8 in the morning. I was told that my car would be looked at and I would hear back before lunch. I informed the agent working on my car that it I lived in san antonio and if they would not be able to look at it let me know now and I will just keep it. At 3 in the afternoon I called and my car had not even been touched. If they were to busy to look at my car why have appointments???
They were able to help us buy our son a great pick-up for him to use in his new business venture. They worked out all the pesky details associated with intra-state title and taxes. It was simply amazing. They will be my first choice when it comes time for me to get a new car.
Avoid their service department. We took our 2015 vehicle to them twice within the span of two months- once for an AC issue and again for the same AC issue and the check engine light. We were told that the AC intermittently not blowing for the first 10 seconds the car started was a normal function (even though the issue was intermittent and had only recently started happening). For the check engine light they cleared it when we took it to them and the light didn t immediately go off again so they said it was a fluke . The car was throwing a code is related to the gas intake so once we drove the car the check engine code came back on. Their suggestion was to bring the car back in. No thanks, we have better things to do than drive back and forth to your service department so that you can clear codes and waste our time.
Terrible commitment to service! My truck was there for 3 weeks and they still did not fix the problem. They spent 2 weeks to replace the radio and then decided they would look at the engine problem, which is not fixed. Obviously they are not committed to a timely response. They are working in the vehicles per their schedule not the customers. I had to get an appointment to go drop off my car and then they said it would be several days before a technician looks at it. So essentially I had to get my car in line, fine I did that. Now after being patient for 3 weeks and after 2 verbal authorizations to do the work and a reminder of an issue to look at after week 2, and then a pre-notification that I needed my truck back at the end of week 3 that it needed to be done. It is not completed. Just terrible service.
If you are buying a vehicle from here - ask for Brad Murphy. I have bought all my trucks from him. Nicest guy, above board, great service. I like the service center too - nice people.
My second time going here they give people the run around i been canceling a service plan since Oct 12 and still nothing asked to speak to the ceo and the lady refused and hung up on me i spent over 60000 for 2 cars and not being treated right dont go here go elsewhere
Their service department is the WORST. When I first bought my Dodge there was a slow leak in one of the tires. They reassured me they would fix it and guess what they were never able to find where the leak was. I took my car in 3 times and they didn't care to find the problem, took it down the block to a tire shop and they found a huge screw in the tire within 1minute. Now took it in to have my radiator looked at and the jerks were rude and said I didn't have warranty. Guess what I DID and they said oh well we cant see it until next week and if its not the radiator we charge $115 for the diagnostic test. Called Wyatt Arp in seguin and they were so helpful and said it would only be $34.95 for diagnostic fee. BAM WYATT ARP will now be my to go to dealership. Bluebonnet is HORRIBLE including management. Nothing but JERKS
Service department was superb. Purchased a 2017 Ram used for another dealership. Air suspension was not working properly so brought it straight in to Bluebonnet. Diagnosed and corrected issue under warranty. Truck drives like a dream now.
This was the best experience we have had in buying a vehicle. Got what we wanted. Thank you AL and Tom yall were great. We will be recommending our friends.
Always so friendly getting the best deal and going the extra mile for their customers. Greg is amazing and very knowledgeable highly recommend getting your car or truck needs with Greg and BB dodge
The service department is outstanding, the service manager Rene is extremely professional and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely continue to give them my business.
We just purchased a 2020 Power Wagon from Bluebonnet in New Braunfels. They treated us with respect and answered all of our questions . They were very professional and doing business with them was great and easy. Everything was done over the phone and we ended up with a great package BLUEBONNET MOTORS HAS GAINED A LIFETIME CUSTOMER. WE WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH BLUEBONNET WHEN WE TRADE IN AGAIN IN THE FUTURE . Thank you Blubonnet !!!! Thank you Jorge, Clint, David and Tom and everyone involved In making this fast and easy. We are very pleased with our purchase and experience.
Sorry people it s a shame how people don t want to take responsibility for there own mess just know cuz of nonsense own your own not only did u lose out on my business cuz of what was done but u losing more business was it really worth it ? Couple grand but just know u gonna lose way more then that cuz I won t ever buy a vehicle an gonna make sure company I work for doesn t buy anything from here
I purchased a 2007 Dodge Mega truck with 54,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It was MEGA trouble from the beginning. Although it had a warranty, nothing was ever really done to fix the problem, although it ended up back at this dealership numerous times. They changed out something to make it run fine for a short period. Said there was water in the gas tank (that is standard excuse if it's a diesel) injectors that were supposedly replaced, just on and on. It stopped running in San Angelo and had to be towed back to New Braunfels. A dodge rep got invoived and gave us a two year warranty. (Worthless!) Finally it was taken to a diesel mechanic that told us NONE of the injectors were EVER replaced. After 4 long years, the truck runs like a top. I have purchased several used trucks from this dealership; NEVER AGAIN. Steer clear!
Fantastic place! Great service. Worked with Jeorge in sales and Tom in financing. No pressure from either and by far the quickest and easiest transaction we've ever completed. Would highly recommend! We will be going back within the year to get our teen a car too!
My buying experience was awful. My brand new car was damaged and they just shrugged their shoulders. This is after the finance guy tried to make me feel like I was wasting HIS time by not doing the financing that HE wanted. Now I'm getting phone calls once a week for over 2 years about upgrading my warranty. I have begged the callers to stop and they won't. The number keeps getting passed to different companies and the caller could care less.
Oh and one of my Kumho tires (OEM) with 20,000 miles just decided to hemorrhage. Dealer said go to the tire store for warranty, Tire store said go to dealer......
(edit 2 months later). I've added my number to the national database for do-not-call list. I've complained to the dealer directly. I still get these rude phone calls about my warranty. I've never gotten these calls from VW or any other brand.
I purchased a Durango citadel supposedly certified. .Certified meaning it s been inspected by certified technicians I was sold the vehicle as accident free .after taking it home and having it a couple weeks I noticed it had been in an accident .I could see bodywork and a difference in the paint and the sad part is I m not even in the body Industry !unfortunately for us it was dark when we purchased this vehicle .so I called right away And spoke with the manager and he informed me there was nothing he could do about it ,being I had it more than two days! What a joke !The word certified means nothing but a selling point for them !their technicians from what I ve read in these reviews can probably barely change oil, moreless pre-inspect a vehicle!Although the manager did tell me to have a good day !what a nice guy! Unfortunately that doesn t fix my problem !my advice read all the bad reviews on this dealership and make your decision from there !I wish I had!
Fair price, good service. Purchased a used truck here and from test drive to out the door was less than three hours, including the financing and business office.
