The agency is a hidden treasure. If you want to come-on-board with a perfect-matching making establishment, come to Sincerus.

They call you super positive and encouraging for new positions, set up interviews, but then when all is said and done they completely go radio silent. Zero feed back, zero explanation as to why you haven't heard back or why you didn't get a job.

Honestly, I feel as though it was a complete waste of my time. When you're actively searching for jobs, wasting people's time is a big fail in my book.

We worked with Jason who is the least communicative and unmotivated recruiter in the industry. He should consider another field or industry. He covers his shortcomings by hiding under a shroud of niceness and ignorance. Although maybe he reLlybis ignorant and we just gave home benefit of the doubt.
He hardly ever returns texts, calls, emails and if he does it s isually 2-3wks later. He s definitely not a head hunter but more like a processor. The onboarding staff members are equally unprofessional as they tend to meet in casual attire. They lack engagement and any depth. They re appear to be novices not worth wasting your time. You re better off working with experts who have drive and motovation.

This agency is one of the finest temp agencies I've worked for. Michelle L handled my case during the year that I was employed as a temp with them and she did a great job at getting me the kind of professional work that I had been seeking.

I've interviewed with many recruiters including Robert Half, Apple Employment, Century Group but was always told due to my lack of a degree at the time that they couldn't get me any more than data entry or receptionist jobs, despite my skills background including two programming languages, extensive database and MS office suite work, and three years of professional experience applying all of the above. Michelle and Sincerus got me back in to doing what I love to do and at the pay level applicable. After a year, I was hired as an analyst at the second company I temped for via Sincerus.

I will recommend Sincerus Solutions to anyone who has a dedicated work ethic and is down on their career luck or recent graduates serious about getting their career in order.
