A co worker bought 2 vehicles from you. His 2016 1500 has had several issues with his new truck. Every time his truck wont start or something that makes him unable to get to work on time. He takes it in and the service department tells him nothing is wrong. I think he might have a case for the lemon law.
Very disappointing. Waited for 15 minutes, standing around looking like a lost stranger. One person acknowledged me and said he d find me a salesperson. Although there were many walking around, I was never acknowledged again. Straight out of work, dirty clothes, I understand stereotyping nowadays. They bent over backwards to help me with my vehicle and repair and replace parts I got from a third party....unbelievable service from Bret...my service agent ... can't give them a high enough recommendation..and the price was extremely fair for what they did for me and the amount of time it took.... never buy a PCM from an aftermarket re programer ... just take your car to Bluebonnet Dodge and trust them to make it a great experience.... thank you BRET...
Exceptional service. Totally exceeded our expectations. I had a servicing appointment at another Ram dealership but ended up bringing my truck here. I had scheduled an appointment for drop off at 730 just to he told ot wouldn't even get looked at until the following Monday. No go for me. I called Bluebonnet and was taken in right away and on top of that my vehicle was done same day. We've had a hard time finding a dealership to service our Ram and we finally did.
Bought a used pickup with low miles, and had difficulty from the start. Multiple repairs to no avail and an apparent ghost in the machine. After three months of ownership, I returned the vehicle, was given a full refund, and when I financed the new vehicle I selected they even got me an extended warranty and a better interest rate. Ollie and Taylor in the preowned department are great guys and I have never had a better experience with a dealership. Their customer service is second to none and they have made me a lifelong customer.
Outstanding experience purchasing a new Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. I worked with Ollie Liss as the salesperson, . He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, answer any and all questions I had, and showed the patience of a saint with my inability to make decisions. Ollie spent the time needed to clearly explain features / benefits as well as drawbacks to specific models in the context that I was planning on using the truck.
Ollie met with me several times as I figured out what it was that I was looking for and was always respectful of my time and availability. We had one sit down that ran long, but that was because I was unprepared - he had his items ready to go.

Awful parking with great customer service. Service department has a couple of rude people (which I think they might just be miserable) but the sales side has some great people that will be honest with you. I will continue with Dodge because of this location.
I recently had to come to the service department two days in a row as I was struggling to get my Chrysler van's headrests to cooperate with car seat installation. I also was concerned with a loose seat belt following being used for a child's car seat for a couple years straight. Upon calling and talking to Louis, he had me come in (without an appointment) to be seen that same morning. He was so incredibly patient and helpful with all of my concerns. Despite my van not actually needing service work, Louis still spent time to address my concerns and help me out with the issues I was having. I was so impressed by his willingness to attend to something that could have easily been viewed as trivial since it didn't actually require service. Louis is a fine example of excellent customer service and he is a valuable asset to this business.

First of all, I would like to thank Brett in the service department for being an honest and true professional. My Chrysler 300 C had alternator issues that left me stranded and my family in a serious bind. I got to the shop at 7:35am and Brett had me signed in and informed of my repairs by 8am. He gave me a completion time of noon and arranged my ride home. By 11:48 am he called and let me know my car was ready and he had someone in route to pick me up. Since then my car is running like new. Hands down the best service and professional techs that I ve experienced in a while. Also like to take the time to thank Will for the ride home and back to the best dealership in New Braunfels. I m a diesel mechanic and often am asked for recommendations on automotive repairs and I would say I didn t know of any. I can t say that anymore. I purchased my 2015 Dodge dart here. The saleman helped get us into a car. The monthly payment is astronomical and our cost of our car was as well. We weren't cut a good deal as first time car buyers. I wouldn't buy here again.
I drive here just to get my oil changed and car matinanced because they seem like honest people.
I highly recommend buying here. My purchase was no hassle and painless. I purchased from out of town so my documents were mailed to me promptly with directions on where to sign. The process was very quick and transparent. My sales guy Jacob Campbell was professional throughout the whole process and got me a great deal on a 2019 Charger Scatpack that had my packages. His manager Matt Fraser was quick to call me to clear up any misunderstandings or confusion. Tom Allen, the finance guy helped me understand every number we reached. These guys didn't try to nickle and dime me for window etching, nitrogen, etc., or any charge that really just puts money in the dealership's pocket. 10/10 will buy here again.
I purchased a Ram 1500 truck from Brett Westbrook at Blue Bonnet Dodge ONLINE. Over the years of dealing with car dealers in general , they rank below politicians but above the media. I only visit a physical location to review models. Everything else is done online. I give these guys 5 stars because there was absolutely no "monkey business" They addressed any email requests I made, provided me the window sticker and any images asked for, and sent me a completed buyer order to review and double check. My truck arrived in Florida this week from Texas. I used my own shipper but even though road dirty, you can tell they detailed it and put gas in it before it left the lot. This is my first Dodge Pickup. Previously I have owned 3 GMC, 1 Ford and 1 Chevy. After GM put that crappy Governement influenced electronic tranny in my Avalanche and I did a history lesson about Henry Ford and some of his buddies right before WWII it made checking out a Dodge an easy decision. This location seems to be over priced from everything from the vehicles to the service department. Sales people are snide, and give off the feeling that you are annoying them with your questions.
After an issue came up with scheduling and service Raj and Thomas at BBD took good care of me. I recommend you talk to one of these guys when you take your vehicle in for service.
We purchased a 2018 Ram Pickup yesterday and were assisted by Brian Podgurski, who was a pleasure to deal with. Brian was professional and pleasant and was absolutely instrumental in closing the deal when it appeared we had reached an impasse. Nice guy, Navy veteran. An honor to deal with him.

Let me just start off by saying I received an experience at this place that is beyond 5 stars. This was my first time buying a car, so I was a little weary that a salesmen would take advantage of my lack of knowledge on vehicles. Definitely not. My car salesmen was Brad M., he went above and beyond to make sure my experience and purchase was exactly what I was looking for. I did not feel pressured or rushed at any point. Once I did decide to make my car purchase I was out in a little over an hour. Now this is where my experience goes over five stars- I've had the car for a little over a month now and my car got a large scratch on the door. I called Brad and he took me to an Auto Painter next to the dealership who then painted my scratch for $40! And in 30 minutes. I'm so grateful so have such a wonderful experience! My family and I will not go anywhere else from now on.
Robbie was dishonest with us throughout our process. He represented his dealership as a tiny little office over the phone which google maps says otherwise, he claimed they couldnt budge on price and other people were interested which is the oldest tactics in the book, but the worst part of all is that when we purchased the vehicle and asked for shipping info he would not give it to us and told one lie after another including claiming the truck shipped when it hadn't. There was no reason for him to lie but I can tell you this is why people don't use dealerships anymore. He claimed that he has a super high customer satisfaction rate but we will let chrysler and dodge know our rating is a zero and now we are going to the state attorney general because no one is telling us where our truck, paid for by cash, is sitting right now after numerous phone calls. This is ridiculous.
Very disappointed with service and treatment! My elderly father scheduled an early A.M. appointment with the service department in New Braunfels for his Dodge Ram truck. At first, Joe, the service manager was very nice and told him he would have an answer for his truck's problems before the day was over. I personally witnessed this statement! By 5 P.M. my father received a call from Joe that they still had no clue what was wrong. At this point, they wouldn't be able to deal with it until the next day and he had to leave it there over night. I drove father back to Blue Bonnet to pick up some important items he left in the truck and it was still parked in the back holding lot. Truth was, they never looked at it as they claimed they were too busy. Fast forward, after almost three frustrating weeks later, and the royal run around from Joe, truck was finally ready to pick up. They charged my father which he paid, then Joe called back a day later stating a billing error was discovered. While I heard the entire conversation, as well as others in the room since my father is hard of hearing and leaves his phone on speaker, it was witnessed that Joe, the service manager, being rude to my father and taking back on a promise to make good on the inconveniences and extra car rental costs he caused my father. Unbelievable, the disrespect. I cannot recommend a company that is dishonest and rude to their customers. Plus, shame on them for taking advantage of an elderly person. Senior abuse is a criminal act Blue Bonnet and reprehensible on all counts. Very upsetting experience! We will never use Blue Bonnet service again!
Dishonest, Shady, and Bait and Switch, is how I would describe my experience with Bluebonnet Dodge. I spent 2 days trying to buy a used truck from them. I agreed to buy the truck for a price that they offered only if it checked out with my mechanic. After paying my mechanic $125.00 and leaving the truck with him all day it was determined that the truck needed close to $1500 worth of safety related mechanical repairs so I returned it to Bluebonnet and told the sales person that I could not pay the agreed upon price due to the repairs needed. The sales person went to Drew and made a counter offer witch included them fixing the safety related mechanical problem (broken steering box). We agreed to an out the door price and we filled out the paperwork to get the money from my bank. While we were waiting for them to complete the paperwork and complete the make ready on the truck DREW approached us and said that he had made a mistake on the price and that the they could not sell us the truck for the agreed upon amount. He then made us another offer that was almost $2000 more or them not repairing the steering box. When we said no and started to leave he made another offer to split the difference and not repair the truck and that it was going to come out of his personal pocket. I told him that I felt like we had been deceived and that it was all very shady because we had already made a deal. He had actually used white out and changed all of the numbers to on all of the documents that we had already signed. He had covered up the original offer price and had filled in an amount that was $1000 more than their very own original offer. Drew claimed that he was being honest when he claimed to have made a mistake on the paperwork and the he had several other offers on the truck. It's more likely that he had a better offer or someone else or he could pawn the broken truck off on without having to make the repairs. Ironically after reading several reviews online I discovered that this exact same situation has happened to other people at this dealership. Honest mistake or dishonest sales tactics? This place wreaks of dishonesty and shady deals.
Purchased a new Ram 1500 Rebel from this dealership on 9/18/20. Had set up appointment to drive multiple vehicles on the date. Drove down from Dallas and found they were prepared for my visit. Worked with Art in sale who was friendly and very pleasant to work with. Negotiated a fair price for both the dealership and myself. Was not pressured in finance for purchasing any extended service or warranty packages. Enjoyed the professionalism of everyone on staff at Bluebonnet. Would recommend them to anyone making future purchases. Don't get turned off by the size or age of the dealership buildings, the price of the vehicles and the friendly people make it worth your time.
I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here or anywhere due to family circumstances. However, the staff were super helpful, kind, and not pushy. When I begin to truly shop, this is definately a place I will return too.
TBD...I was very pleased with the level of service, negotiations, quick financing and signing and my overall purchase. Nearly one month later on a high end, luxury, foreign vehicle I am receiving information that portions of my contract are being redacted. The changes are so impactful that it would have made me question whether or not the purchase was wise. I will five star them if they make it right. If they don't they will get a solid one star and some worthwhile information to perspective buyers of like vehicles.
Update....as stated they have upgraded to a 5 star review. 4.5 would have been more like it because I shouldn't have had to deal with the issue detailed above, but Steve and Clint fixed the problem and I am a happy customer. Thank you!
Recently I took my ram pickup in for a simple recall on the emissions. They completed the recall and by the time I arrived home, my truck had no power and sluggish. I took it back and they kept it for two weeks. I had to constantly check the progress and was told I was next in line. For two weeks I was next in line. Finally they got to it and told me they replaced a sensor. I picked it up and by the time I got home, I had the same problem. I guess they didn't really test drive it. I will never go back, nor will members of my family.
Bought my 2019 RAM Classic through Bluebonnet in late January and the salesperson Rodney Taylor was the greatest. I told him what I want, I told him what I expected for my trade and he made the deal happen. Couldn't be happier.
Bought my Ram 2500 here. Have received four recalls and had to take it back in. Each time it has had an 8:00 am appointment and ended up having to stay overnight because it was not ready after 13 hours. This latest recall they would not even do the repair work. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.
Gil is very helpful and super nice. He never rushed us and was honest for the start. They had an amazing selection of vehicles and everyone was honest. Not rude just honest as in letting us know from the get go where we were with credit, payments and equity. Every question I had was answered promptly with no hesitation. Even the hard questions. Straight up from the get go, not pushy or rushing. This is exactly what I was looking for in the dealer that deserved my sale. Thank you so much Gil. Even being new he still knew what he was talking about. I even had to google a few questions I asked him to make sure he was right! We really appreciate the honesty.

Called to make an appointment as required for a recall item, The appointment was for several weeks from when I called so they could order the part. Took the van to them on the scheduled date and when I called to check on it at the end of the day, they told me they ordered the wrong part and would let me know when it came in. That was in August. It is now October 29th and have yet to hear from them. Since then, wife's window went down and it wouldn't roll back up. Took it in Monday and today is Thursday and haven't heard a word from them. Very poor communication.
After searching for two weeks, we found a truck that fit all our needs. Jeorge has been very helpful, and upfront. Time was becoming an issue, and this truck may not be available to take home today. Jeorge offered to put us in a loaner in the meantime. This is top notch customer service. We appreciate BB Dodge.

Bluebonnet made a VERY complicated process (Dodge buy back of my Durango) and made it extremely easy. They worked with me on getting paperwork when needed. They followed up with me to make sure there was nothing they could do to help and when asked were ALWAYS ready to help me. Here is the deal though... Because of the buy back process the dealership made VERY little money on this. They don't get anything from FCA except a little amount of money. Rodney didn't care he wanted to help me get my truck. David Hajovsky (Sales Manager) and I spent a lot of time as well working the process. He and his team made the biggest of efforts to ensure that things went smoothly. They never once treated me any differently than if they were making a deal on this either. Needless to say my wife saw a Challenger TA 392 on the floor she wanted and we bought that while we were there. These guys ROCK.
Purchased a used Ford Focus from them a few weeks ago. Taylor paired me up with Brian P. Both guys were outstanding! The car had some tire issues which required them to put new tires on the car. I was told twice that I'd be getting 4 new tires, but when I got the car home, it only had 2 new tires. Other than that minor irritation, the process was good and I'd certainly recommend using them. The dealership itself is old and cramped, but if you can look past that, you'll find hardworking sales people.
I bought my SUV in June 2015 and love, love ,love my Dodge Durango. The deal we got was AWESOME!!!!Sales person geonvoni was great. Would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle.
Took a new truck that I purchased from them to have a warranty fix. They kept it for two weeks before calling me to pick it up. Once I did the problem was not fixed. I returned to them just to have the service manager say "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" I made no progress after several attempts and ended up taking it to a different dealer for the fix.
The one thing positive about them is their pricing. Their sales staff has their stuff together. Pricing and experience was top notch. Buy here, but know you will have to take the vehicle elsewhere for service.
Sales was friendly but can't have issues fixed under warranty cause the vehicle was wrecked but not reported. I have been charged for things that were replaced from the wreck or are missing because of the wreck. Spent 37k on a car that's worth maybe 25k because of the issues. And of course it was never sold to me in that condition.
First truck shopping trip. Tom Johnson was awesome. No pressure, crazy informative and helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the options, etc. He's got a great chance of closing this deal with us.
I have been to this dealership several times to have them try and fix the same issue the last time I took it there they kept the truck for 2 weeks I never Received and phone call updating me on the problem if any. Also I had a ice chest stolen out of my truck while they were working on my it and all I was told was you should have anchored it down. All in all the worst service dept. I have ever been to they are very rude and don't care about the customer. I will from now on use another dealership and continue to spread the word about how aweful of a experience they provide to their customers.
Had a couple of good experiences with service dept but the last two were not good. Made an appointment more than a week in advance & took my truck in where it sat for over a week w/o being touched, then Svc was done in one day. Why bother with appointment if no Svc is being done & truck is just sitting there. Upon pick up the truck was so dirty it looked like someone had gone mudding in it. I expressed my sentiments to Svc manager & he promised at next visit a fill up with fuel & a detail. I had to bring it in for recall & pblms that weren t fixed during the prior appointment. So I notified Svc manager & Svc writer upon making appointment for Svc & was assured this would happen. SUPRISE.... it didn t happen , dirty truck again & 50+ miles put on my truck for test driving to diagnose tire problem. They say new tires at 22,000 miles ? Hmmmm. This dealership has some issues at this point & no customer service to speak of. They just don t care!
My experience with this dealership was excellent. After visiting 2 other dealerships this week in San Antonio, the contrast with Bluebonnet was unbelievable. When I called ahead to confirm the internet price on a new Ram 1500, honest information was shared up front on some of the additional upgrades and price increase. No pushy sales tactics or gimmicks. Worked with Brad M. on our purchase who was very helpful throughout the process. I'd highly recommend.
They only look for people who are easy to approve or have tons of money to blow. Once they damage the hell out of your credit and see it's not the best, they hit it a few more times and stop all communication with you without explaining what went on and how much more it would take for an approval. Now left with more hits on credit that was already bad (even told them before pulling it was bad) and no clue as to what more was needed. Don't bother....
Friendly, helpful without being pushy. Stretch the truth a bit, but I was shopping for a used vehicle and they weren't any worse the I expected. Big selection of used quality trucks.

I requested that my oil and fuel filter be replaced. When my bill arrived it was $355.00 which I thought was excessive. I questioned the amount. The service advisor stated the staff cleaned the fuel line (added charge) and a few other items (more charges). I was not informed of additional charges. I do not believe additional maintenance will be performed there ever. I would warn others from going there for work as well.
I went to Bluebonnet today to narrow down my decision on the truck package that suit my family and I best. Nobody bothered me, with all the uncertainty going on right now it was greatly appreciated not to be hassled.

I needed to have a few recall repairs taken care of but was unable to pin down a time to go. I m very busy with work, and cannot leave my truck overnight. I was given an estimated time for all repairs being three hours, and sat down to read in the waiting area. Admittedly, I did not read the reviews on Google before coming here, and after reading the reviews I started to doubt my decision. Fortunately, my truck was ready in less than three hours. Everyone I met was nice and professional, and the waiting area was very comfortable. This review is for the service department. You guys deserve more credit for the great work. I even get scratches and tires fixed with just a nail in them, nothing out of pocket for any maintenance or issues. My 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel is such a joy to drive, with 8k lbs towing capacity I plan to do my next move buy renting or buying a cargo trailer.

"Window shopping" as the business is closed on Sunday but they have a good inventory of trucks, some with posted prices others without. This has been our go-to dealership for our Dodge truck & they've always been upfront. Thinking this will be our place to go when we trade up this year.
Had a service done on my Ram 2500 diesel, Colby? I believe is his name in service was very professional and made me feel that he was happy to have my business, the only small issue I noticed was there was oil on my frame where the oil filter is located, I'm not sure if they have a wash bay or not but it wouldn't hurt to spray the area off, but it is inevitable to get oil on the frame due to the filter location so it's no biggie. I will be back when my next service is due.
I bought a brand new 2013 Dart from them this car has had more issues than the used car I traded that had over 100 thousand miles on it. We ever I take it in it can take up to 2 weeks for it to get fixed. The brakes have always squeaked and they say it is because there new. I have had the car 3 years. Now I take it in because the Bluetooth stopped and I told them there was an update they told me it was locked and wanted 120 dollars to fix it.
