I am very disappointed in Bloomon. I had given my mother a gift card for a large amount so that she always has beautiful flowers for a year. Now my mother has had to make a lot of effort to have a bunch of flowers delivered in a period of her own choice. If she could already reach customer service at all, she would not be helped at will. That meant she had to call again. This has been done several times on different days at different times but there is simply no recording! This should have been a nice gift, but the fun is right now.

I change the water 1x. Every other week I get fresh flowers, and then the 'old' ones are actually still beautiful. But then it's time for something new again :)

Forests are usually long.

For years now, an M-Bos in our living room every 2 weeks. The flowers are always beautiful and stay in place for a long time (at least two weeks, if it is not 40 degrees outside). What I like so much is that they come very fresh from the stock market, many are still a bit dense when you get the bunch, so you see such a bunch change in those two weeks and come to (further) flowering. It always makes me very happy :-)!

This is my third bunch ... I can only say that I am very satisfied with the delivery and the quality of the flowers.
A downside is the lady that I spoke by phone about the gift service ... she did not show her best side in terms of service ... so I found that not in keeping with the concept of the above superlatives.

Today I received a bunch of flowers from Bloomon, there are no less than 3 bruised / faded flowers .... My complaint was immediately made known to Bloomon: they want to give me a 20% discount on the next purchase .... bad thing, I want just a beautiful bunch of flowers. As soon as I indicate that I do not agree with their proposal, there will be no more response.

I have been enjoying the flowers for more than 2 years! The choice of delivery moments is fine, always very prompt delivery that is perfectly announced. Occasionally something goes wrong, but also about handling by the customer service I am very pleased. Both the flowers and the accessories are of good quality.

After some start-up problems with delivery, I have been very happy with my 2-week bouquets for another year.
They are so fresh and therefore remain beautiful for so long that I always have a bunch! Moreover, after 2 weeks there are so many beautiful flowers left over from the old bouquet that I can fill a smaller vase with it :)
The only drawback is that I will never be happy with another bunch of flowers ....

We got a gift card for Bloomon. I was skeptical at first because I thought it seemed like a lot of fuss to actually get the flowers. But registering was easy and so was ordering. I sent an e-mail to ask a question and they answered quickly and in a friendly manner (even though my question was on the FAQ!). The delivery company had some problems and my flowers arrived 3 days late. When I wrote to Bloomon about this, they immediately offered their apologies and a refund. The flowers were also very beautiful. Some of them had wilted, but I was expecting them to be much worse! The packaging was made in such a way that the tips of the stems had been kept moist, and the flowers in place. So I am very happy with their service. And if I am happy even though my flowers were delivered 3 days late, you know they must be doing something right.

Bloomon since one month. First delivery unfortunately one day late, but well kept informed of the delivery. Meanwhile received the 2nd delivery, neatly and at the agreed time. The flowers stay for at least 2 weeks and are of beautiful and good quality. Also the interim report to refresh the water and to cut the flowers extra is very pleasant. Price / quality very good!

I have been receiving Bloomon's flowers for over a year now and I am still very satisfied. Every time I am completely happy when they are fresh in the vase. The colors, composition and bouquet are surprising time and time again! The flowers are with me for 2 weeks and then the rest flowers go in small vases and they are left for another week. I can not live without!

Others may have good experiences with Bloomon, but my experience is terrible. 12 Feb flowers ordered for Valentine's Day. Payment goes through and I get confirmation that delivery to my girlfriend will take place on 14 Feb. It will be 14 Feb and no flowers delivered, no communication, no track and trace, nothing. 14 Feb I send an email. No response. 15 Feb I send an email and a Messenger message. No response. 16 Feb again sent Messenger message. No response from Bloomon, no communication, no flowers, while they have my 35 Euro since 12 Feb. I do not know what is going on, but this is really outrageous service.

Beautiful flowers, a gift every month. If you are delayed, you will be notified, the flowers will be placed in a bucket in front of the door and you will receive a message that the flowers are there. It makes me very happy every month !!

Beautiful flowers, very poor service. Another subscription taken at the start of this year. The first delivery went wrong. Deliveryman did not show up without any message from Bloomon. It is then very difficult to contact customer service. Final solution: flowers are delivered a week later. That delivery also goes wrong: the delivery person arrives much later than the agreed time (only at 11 p.m.). This week it went wrong again: no delivery person, without any news from Bloomon. According to customer service, the delivery person has been nearby and the flowers have also been delivered somewhere. At the request of customer service, inquired with our neighbors: none of them delivered the flowers. Post-delivery is not possible. The solution that is offered: deliver the bunch a month later and a 5 euro discount on the next order. For me the last time.
Update 13/06: The amount already paid has still not been refunded after three weeks.

Beautiful flowers! No fussy flower arrangement, but very beautiful works of art. A day in advance is known around which time the flowers will be delivered. And they REALLY stand long! The entire bouquet is 2 weeks with me, but often I can then make a stripped bouquet from some of the flowers, which is then left for another week. I have a subscription where once a month a bouquet is delivered for 22 euros (including delivery) and I certainly have 3 weeks of beautiful flowers in my house. And I get a lot of compliments about it. An absolute must!

If you take good care of it, the bouquet will stay for at least two weeks. After that often green or twigs remain, which I can then set up in another vase. So I really enjoy it and look forward to it again when a bouquet is delivered. That always works out fine. Delivery when it suits you (easy to put online) and it is announced via SMS. Top service!

Nice idea, badly executed, far too expensive. Never in my life paid so much for such a pathetic little bunch of flowers. Awful. If you want to make someone happy with flowers, go to a shop. Do not use Bloomon.

Really super happy with it. What a beautiful flowers. Started on the advice of friends and completely happy. Clear instructions on how to take care of the flowers. Really learned new things like what appeared in the water and did not place them next to the fruit bowl. A week later, my flowers are exactly as beautiful as they are after receipt.
