We got a gift card for Bloomon. I was skeptical at first because I thought it seemed like a lot of fuss to actually get the flowers. But registering was easy and so was ordering. I sent an e-mail to ask a question and they answered quickly and in a friendly manner (even though my question was on the FAQ!). The delivery company had some problems and my flowers arrived 3 days late. When I wrote to Bloomon about this, they immediately offered their apologies and a refund. The flowers were also very beautiful. Some of them had wilted, but I was expecting them to be much worse! The packaging was made in such a way that the tips of the stems had been kept moist, and the flowers in place. So I am very happy with their service. And if I am happy even though my flowers were delivered 3 days late, you know they must be doing something right.
