I am very disappointed in Bloomon. I had given my mother a gift card for a large amount so that she always has beautiful flowers for a year. Now my mother has had to make a lot of effort to have a bunch of flowers delivered in a period of her own choice. If she could already reach customer service at all, she would not be helped at will. That meant she had to call again. This has been done several times on different days at different times but there is simply no recording! This should have been a nice gift, but the fun is right now.
